Great for expensive hand bags

First of all, the product came on time. I bought this for my GF to clean her Michael Kors purse that I bought last Christmas. Originally I was going to get the MK specific cleaner, but the store where I live was constantly out, and Amazon had it at 3 stars compared to about 5 stars for this product. The bag was covered in some kind of makeup at the top, and I was tired of her walking around with it the way it had looked. I wanted it to look good again since I spent so much money on it. I personally cleaned the purse myself to surprise her and the results were really good. The purse looks pretty close to new again. I did notice that the towel turned the color of the purse a little bit, but the purse looks fine. I'm pretty sure any cleaner would have done this bc the purse is a colored. Anyway here were the before and after shots. Would definitely recommend this product. I cleaned the left side only and the right is the dirty side in the picture.

I was given an off-white leather recliner by a neighbor that was in need of a good cleaning. Based on the reviews of this TriNova product, I bought it and I agree with the 5 star reviews. It has made the recliner look amazing. I highly recommend this product. It arrives with a very nice white microfiber cloth. It's a good size cloth and it's amazing how well it worked on my recliner.

I was skeptical to buy a leather cleaner that I have not seen actually work but based off their good reviews and tried it on my brand new Kate Spade white leather purse I got for Christmas. I actually got a blue denim stain on them from my pants rubbing against the purse while walking and after I applied the cleaner on the cloth they shipped to me as well, it took the blue denim smear right off. I couldn't be happier! Thanks!!

This product is amazing!! I have a white/cream colored leather couch

This product is amazing!! I have a white/cream colored leather couch, and it was starting to look very worn and dull. I ordered this hoping the reviews were accurate, and boy were they! This product took years off this couch, making it look pretty much as good as new! The leather itself also looks much better, not as wrinkled or cracked as it did. Some reviews recommended to get the conditioner to use afterwards because the cleaner can make the leather rough, but I didn't find that to be the case. Leather is still soft as usual. I bought the conditioner, but haven't had the need to use it as of yet. I highly recommend this product!! You will not be sorry. This pic shows half the couch cleaned, with only one passing. I did two coats just to get it super bright.

Great cleaner, gets the job done!

Very good cleaner, gets the job done. Cleans and conditions at the same time. One tip, test leather before spray. Put a drop of water on leather to see if the water drop sits on top. If so, it’s safe to spray this cleaner. If the water sinks into the leather and you see drops or water stain into leather...spray this cleaner on cloth and then wipe. This won’t affect/damage the leather. I made the mistake with a leather skirt. The front of skirt became a little hard after spraying and took away the softness. I saw the cleaner soak through, so I over sprayed and soaked the entire front of my skirt. I was afraid it would dry with spots. But I quickly learned and tried the other way and it left the backside in normal condition but cleaned all dirt. The error was my fault but now I know. Just wanted to pass along so you don’t misuse cleaner like I did. Enjoy 😉

The best cleaner I've ever used.

I've used Lexol, Griots, Meguires and Chamberlains. This is by FAR the absolute best cleaner I have used. I spent about 30-45 minutes on each seat of my '14 Grand Cherokee with the Napa Leather (Don't ever buy this leather package) and the 3 years of grime came up beautifully, You'll definitely need more towels if you plan on doing anything more than a single vehicle seat but that's not the products fault. Couldn't recommend more.

AWESOME cleaner for the price, left my seats feeling CLEAN and MATTE textured.

I got this cleaner to use in my 2001 Mercedes leather seats and door panels. Using a scochbrite sponge/scrub, I sprayed the product on the scrub and it cleaned off the debris, dirt, and possible sweat from my seats. The BEFORE AND AFTER pictures do no justice because i keep my seats well cleaned, but my towel was dirty from the invisible grime. Pros: - Comes with a soft, white microfiber towel - Works well on REAL black leather - Did not pull the color out of my seats besides the obvious dirt and grime - Cleaning action can be seen when the glossy leather becomes dry and matte to the touch - Makes my seats feel less slippery Cons: - Smells weird but hey, its a cleaner that does its job - My white microfiber towel got dirty from the buildup :) In the end, my seats felt clean and I like the matte look/texture it gave. I then followed up the cleaning with some "Meguiar's 3 in 1 Leather Cleaner, Conditioner, & Protectant" I was afraid that my seats would feel too dry but in general one must CONDITION AFTER cleaning to protect the seats.

Stain Ninja: Saved my white leather chair

This product is seriously a STAIN NINJA for leather--I feel like I have my favorite white leather aviator chair back. I was definitely skeptical, but had tried soap and water and wasn't sure what else to do to remove the stains. About the stain: Assuming it was dirt and oils. Pretty dark stains on arm rests, front of seat cushion, back, and where heads would rest on my white leather chair. Maybe some hair product on there too, or food...not sure what friends/family might have spilled on it. Using the product: Was my first time using it and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Easy-to-follow instructions on the back said to spray onto the microfiber and apply in small circles, so that's what I did. The smell of the product was pretty faint and didn't bother me at all (and I can be really sensitive to smells), easy to wash hands after use with no lingering smell. Chair just smells like leather too, so smell didn't seem to linger on the materials anyway. Probably took about 10 minutes to do the whole chair. Barely seems like I used much of the product. Results: The dirt/oils came off instantly and I could even see where I had used it and where I hadn't (areas I didn't even know were dirty) - which led to me actually try cleaning the entire chair (not just the obviously dirty areas) so it looks just like new now. Honestly, it was really gratifying to see the stains lifted away and the white microfiber cloth (included) showed me the dirt as I was lifting it. Now I'm on the hunt for other leather items in my home to try and clean tomorrow. hahaha. I might also take a closer look in the daylight tomorrow and see if there are any spots I missed on the chair. (included a few before and after photos below and will add some more if I get it even cleaner) Pro tip: I'm glad I listened to the reviews that said to order another microfiber towel if you didn't have others at home. I found it much easier to apply the leather cleaner with the one towel that was included and then to use another towel to dry the spot afterward.

Excellent customer service

When I bought this item, it arrived leaking and soaked through the entire package. I wrote this in my Amazon review. The company saw the review and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Not only did Amazon refund my money, but TriNova re-sent me the product (not leaking!) as well as a handwritten note and sticker. Excellent customer service! The product works beautifully. Dark blue denim dye had rubbed off on my light grey purse and this leather cleaner worked wonders to remove it and maintain the bag's soft texture. Would order again, but there's plenty of cleaner in the container so I won't have to for a while! MANY THANKS TriNova - this is how customer service should be done!

Great medium strength leather cleaner

[Purchased for use on high end white leather sofa and leather shoes as an afterthought.] Solid "non-heavy" cleaner. I have purchased this stuff multiple times because It does the job and isn't too offensive in smell and is quick to apply. Microfiber cloth is essential to working SMART with this cleaner (have used paper towels and tshirts on the fly) but is not really required for it to work WELL. Smell: 7/10 - Not bad! Some batches seem to have a stronger scent than others but it wears off fast and leaves a lingering smell that isn't overly chemically. I wouldn't drink it lol but it seems very non-caustic, if that makes sense. Strength: 5.5/10 I'd liken this stuff to an "everyday shower spray" versus Tilex. It will tackle potentially staining messes on leather if you catch them quick, and will do a good job of removing grim/stickies/baked-on-crap but does not seem to be a hard-core stain remover. To me, this isn't the item where you'll find reviews like: "OMG THIS REMOVED A 10 YEAR OLD SHARPIE STAIN FROM A LEATHER HANDBAG" and more like "keeps my leather goods looking clean and swanky if I use it weekly". Is your real leather lookin' real dirty? Give it a shot! I'd highly recommend it, but don't expect it to be leather-bleach. - A guy whose white leather couch has become the neurotic bane of his existence.
