Recommended by the Skincare Addicts Subreddit, and I see why... wonderful, inexpensive (but expensive-feeling) eye cream.

I am part of the Skincare Addiction Subreddit. Additionally, as I age, I have fine lines and a little puffiness around my eyes. I had initially received a sample of this eye cream with some Cerave Sunscreen I had purchased (This one right here: CeraVe Moisturizers, Body Lotion SPF 30, 3.5 Ounce ), and was skeptical. My mom has told me for years that I needed to start using an eye cream, that regular moisturizer isn't enough... and so on. And of course, I was dismissive. I had young skin, and didn't have any of those things happening. But then my mid-to-late-20s arrived, and I realized I needed eye cream. Amazon has the best value for this particular eye cream, and while it's not expensive, it definitely -feels- expensive. It has the consistency of a pudding, and leaves your skin feeling perfectly moisturized and not greasy. Additionally, it doesn't rub away very easily, so you don't have to worry about your eyes burning if you have an itch later in the day. Like their other products, I don't believe CeraVe adds fragrance to anything.. but if they do, it is extremely light and undetectable. If you're like me, and you have fussy skin where moisturizer either soaks in almost immediately, or just greases up and sits on the surface, it will be perfect for you. A bonus is that it works just fine on sensitive skin, and I convinced my husband to start using it. You may or may not see immediate results, but you will definitely feel them. This was on the list of eye creams recommended by the Skincare Addiction subreddit, and I see why. If you're looking for a solid product that doesn't break the bank, try this eye cream.

its the best undereye cream I have ever used

I didn't think this was working for a couple weeks. A month later, its the best undereye cream I have ever used. Drastically minimized puffy under eyes and dark circles. I don't have to wear nearly as much makeup under my eyes now.

This is a really great eye cream

This is a really great eye cream. It's gentle and applies nicely. I have actually noticed a difference in skin texture when I remember to use this for a few days. It has helped hydrate my eye area. The price is a great selling point too. This brand has worked better for me than some of the other more expensive brands I've tried in the past. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a gentle eye cream.

Impressed with this eye cream

I really like this eye cream. I found it at Ulta also but this is a better price. My dermatologist recommended this brand. I use the day and night cream also. I have used a lot of different eye creams and really find this to be as good if not better than some more expensive brands. I tend to have fairly dry skin but especially around my eyes.

Hereditary dark circles lightened.

I bought this stuff at Target, but wanted to share my review somewhere that it will be seen more. I inherited fair skin from my German mother and very dark circles from my Lebanese/Mexican father. These dark circles just JUMP out at you on my face and I've had them my whole life regardless of what I eat, how much I sleep etc. I never could leave the house without concealer and no creams ever worked for me in the past. I decided I should try this one because, I guess why not? I had heard great things about the product, so I decided to document my efforts. :-) I used it twice a day every day after washing my face. I put little dots around the bottom and top of my eyes (because I felt my eyelids were also rather dark) and gently massaged it into the skin. I can let you be the judge, but to me, this is so much more of an improvement than I've ever seen before! If you're like me and have naturally dark circles under the eyes, unfortunately you can't expect a miracle from any cream. I still will wear concealer when going out, but I don't feel so ashamed of my dark circles anymore. :-) Here you can see a bit of a before and after. Top picture was taken Jan. 25 bottom was taken today, April. 12. Bonus fact: I have very sensitive skin and this was very soothing and not irritating in the least.

Essential part of a 30-something man's daily routine

As other reviews say, for dark circles, you can't expect a cream to banish them completely. But I was surprised (as a guy) at how well this works, for a very fair price. My raccoon eyes aren't as intense nor as big after a couple of weeks. It's also made the skin look less like crumped tissue paper, which is nice. I'd say it subtracts 5 years from my 30-something face. This has quickly become an essential part of my daily routine.

i moved from a very humid area to a very dry city, and my eyelids developed scaly patches that wouldn't go away, no matter what i tried. within a week of using CeraVe Eye Repair Cream, my eyelids were back to normal, and i haven't had a problem with dryness since! i don't care what anyone else says, this stuff works. and to the reviewer who complained that it was "so expensive!", all i have to say is that one tube has lasted me for 4 months. that's $2.50 a month. if that's too expensive for you, just go out & buy some lard and put *that* around your eyes.

The only thing i don't like it that it stays on top of my skin ...

This stuff changed my life. It got rid of the dark circles under my eyes and also worked for the folds around my mouth and nose. I have gotten so many compliments on my skin. I had serious bags and sagging skin at only 25. I have been using this in conjunction with doing facial exercises and after a month and a half my face is tighter and brighter. The only thing i don't like it that it stays on top of my skin and feels greasy. I am already oily, and so i have to wear this on a day I am not wearing make up underneath or just at night. But for the results, I'll sacrifice! I included my one and a half month results.

eczema on my eyelids for months and hydrocortizone cream wasn't even cutting it. A week of this stuff and my itchiness is GONE. my eyes are no longer red and I can actually wear eye makeup again. Helped a little with my dark eye circles, but nothing dramatic. Although I have chronic panda eyes so I can't expect much to help me. Overall it's cheap, it's effective and I will definitely be re-purchasing.

This is like a little miracle tube

I've been embarrassed for years about the bags under my eyes, but with two preschoolers at home,stress, and mild insomnia I didn't see a way out. This is like a little miracle tube. I use it before bed and then in the morning too. I use it even if I didn't wash my face. I've gone from looking like there are bruises under my eyes to looking normal again. I no longer feel the need to use concealer under my eyes on a regular basis. I highly recommend! I use a few other products that make my sensitive skin red or burn, this doesn't do that. It doesn't have an overwhelming smell either which I appreciate. It's worth every penny.
