Good product horrible shipping.
Good product at a good price. Please don't let FedEx ship anything again. Box was torn up, instructions lost, parts in a FedEx envelope inside the box. All styrofoam was broken and crumbled. Couldn't pick up the box without it coming apart. I haven't installed it yet. Will provide update if it doesn't work. Update. All parts were there and installation took about 15 minutes. Everything seems to work good.

POWER!!
Lippert is a huge name in the RV industry. This is so much better than hand cranking. I bought this for my son-in-law and he was thrilled with it the very first time he used it. What a huge time-saver, back-saver, and frustration reliever! Especially when camping in high elevations where catching one's breath is a huffing-puffing ordeal. I recommend using this while the trailer power is still hooked to a running tow vehicle or shore power to save on draining the battery.

lifts my 21ft Toy Hauler tongue no problem. Sandstorm 21slc.
INSTALLED ON A Sandstorm 21SLC tow hauler. I added a crimp on battery connector and ran that to my 12v batteries. Powers up and down nicely. Its slow, but smooth, so i use blocks of 2x10 stacked, and screwed together to set the footpad on, so i dont have to wait for the ENTIRE leg to drop. lifts my 1000lb tongue weight trailer. the supplied 3/8 bolts are not grade 8 hardware like the originals, but they got stripped when i removed them with my impact gun. So i was not able to reuse the Grade 8 stuff. I will eventually replace the stock ones with actual grade 8 bolts. It has an inline fuse attached, and built in light works. Overall great looking and well constructed unit.

Great Power Tongue Jack - Great Deal
I was hesitant to purchase as this was listed as "Used-Like New" but the price was right. It showed up repackaged with no factory packaging which I expected. The seller did a good job repackaging for shipping. Upon opening the box I was pleased to see no damage and all parts were included. Easy install on to my camper and it works perfectly. Quiet and smooth operation, lifts my 21 ft Coachman Catalina with ease. Happy Camper here.

Installation as easy as eating Ice Cream
The Tongue Jack arrived very quickly in a superior packaging job by Lippert and good thing because the oversized Amazon box was tore up. Instructions were clear to read and all party easily identifiable. Installation of the jack was a breeze with the hardest part being taking off the old one. This jack is very low geared and has a good extension to it. The light is bright and will certainly save me from holding the cell phone light under my chin while I unhitch. Also, they gave plenty of electrical cord to reach any source of power along with a nice inline 30 amp fuse. So easy to install, leaving plenty of time for Ice Cream! I highly recommend this Tongue, you cannot wrong.

Nice, easy installation!
One-wire hookup straight to +12VDC at the battery, unit grounds through the frame for negative side, makes this installation a sub-5 minute job! It is really slow to go up and down, but that ensures me it will last quite a long time as there's no sound of it struggling to lift the trailer. I doubt I'll be in that much of a rush to require instantaneous lift or lowering of this jack!!! The light is decent with plenty enough light to hitch/unhitch in absolute darkness, and the fact that its an led means I probably won't need to replace it in the time I own this trailer.

Excellent Jack, high quality, super easy install. A+++++
Arrived packaged a little loosely. The Jack box was basically floating in the much larger Amazon box, but there wasn't any damage. This is the same jack you'll find on many new campers. I have an older (2004) camper so I was a little worried about fitment. I removed my old jack in about a minute and I half. By the naked eye I was thinking I might have to move my tank rack back a hair, which might mean also adjusting the battery tray location, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I slid the new Jack in the hole everything lined up and no more work was needed. It does lightly touch the tank cover, but I don't see an issue with it at all. Remember you'll have to get a connection for the end of the wire to hook to your battery, but that's understandable as different units have different hook ups. To be fair I've only ran it up and down a couple times since installing, but it's quiet and smooth. It was extremely easy to install and looks great. I did purchase a cover for the power head, but i wasn't worried at all about being weather proof, I just want to protect it from sun fading etc.. they're available for around $10. This is a great Jack, that is reasonably priced. It's a piece of cake to install and hook up and is an rv industry standard Jack. My old sore shoulders wish I would have done this sooner! It was literally a 10 minute job removing the old Jack and installing this one.

Works and fits fine
Just purchased this jack for our 30' TT. Installation was pretty straight forward. The bottom shaft of the jack is 2 1/4" and our lower guide/support hole was 2 3/16, so I had to enlarge it ever so slightly. Mounting holes differed just a hair, so we lengthened the slots for the bolts and used washers on top. No big deal. The hardware included was cheap no grade stuff, so we used grade 8 instead. One wire hookup and inline fuse was supplied-very thoughtful of them. Jack operates just as it should. It may be a little on the slow side, but it is geared to pick up almost 2 tons, so it is understandable. Jack picks up our 1000# tounge weight and the back of our 3/4 ton truck enough so that I can get the bars on my Equal-i-zer hitch with no problem. Our tailgate will not go down with the jack in place, but that will vary with every trailer and tow vehicle combination. Overall I am well pleased.

Awesome trailer jack
Awesome trailer jack! The mounting holes were different than the manual crank one I had previously, so had to drill 2 new holes (the 2 rear ones as the front one I could work with) and tap threads into the holes. I also ran nuts underneath to ensure it was strong. I saw some complain about it being slow, but it doesn't seem slow compared to when I had to manually crank the damn thing! LOL!
