For a while, I was over feeding my fish using this food and my tanks got cloudy. Keep in mind that this fish food is concentrated and you don't need to feed as much as traditional fish food flakes. I use this exclusively on my 3 tanks and have had many fish live 3+ years. I recommend this product.

This is a great product for use in an automatic feeder. Considering the feeder is placed above the water, standard flake food will "mud" up and clog the feeder. These crisps don't seem to be too affected by the humidity above the tank and the fish seem to enjoy the food.

I was buying this product at PetSmart in a much smaller container for the same price. These are exactly the same and work great in my automatic feeder. The fish have been on the brand for a long time and eat them shortly after feeding.

My 20+ female and male bettas prefer these crisps to other foods. In particular, they attack the red-colored flakes. I mix Tetra crisps with freeze dried Tetra blood worms. Many betta foods are floating orbs that have a diameter too large for bettas. As with all flake food, fish detect rotten flakes made so by the addition of moisture. Don't pinch the flakes with your hand. Purchase small (thought more $$) containers.

My fish love this food. Some of it floats for a while, some of it sinks, but it works out well since I have some small fish that won't come up near the surface to compete for food. Fish color and health are all good. I tried a different brand for a week, and then bought a new bottle of this food.

This is my go-to daily food for angels, gouramis, tetras, and catfish. I sometimes treat with dried blood worms or shrimp but all of my fish in my 60 gallon tank are healthy and happy. So much so that I have angels that are palm sized and trying to spawn, which is why I'm setting up a new 56 gallon tank to try breeding angels.

I have been using this variety of food for the community tank for years. It is a good combination for floating then sinking, to keep all level feeders happy. Little waste. I don't know how much difference the color adds. If you take good care of your fish, they will have good colors. Since my fish are >10 years old, I don't think the food is doing them harm.

I've tried several different brands of betta food, and this is by far my fishes' favorite. I have a sorority of 7 bettas, and they love this food. It also seems to create less waste than other brands, which keeps my tank cleaner.

My angel fish prefer this food above all others. So much so that they would probably starve themselves if I didn't buy them more when it ran out. Too bad the community fish don't, so I still have to buy your flake kind as well anyways.

FIsh in the wild have to grab things sometimes and wrestle with them. It's good for them IMO. I like this stuff because it doesn't disintegrate into small pieces like flakes. It stays intact. The fish have to bite it and rough it up. They seem to really like it. It also is a great food for all water level feeders as some sinks, some floats and some slowly sinks.
