This juicer is great! I've been moving toward a healthier diet, and it is now so easy to create a nutritious juice for lunch or a midday snack. If there is any room for improvement it would be to replace the two-speed toggle switch with a rocker switch. The toggle switch can easily be on, and the unit starts as soon as it is plugged in.

I've been juicing regularly for 7 years with another well known machine. I've also used several other juicers over the years..some cheap, some high dollar. But this is the most well thought out juicer by far. The spout doesn't drip, the lid on the pitcher prevents all splashing, and when you pour the juice into a glass, the pitcher traps the floating juice foam (ugh!). The footprint and the height is smaller than my previous machine, but the 1.1 HP motor grinds hard vegetables faster than you can get them fed into the chute. The leftover pulp is very dry, and it even extracts a good amount of juice from fresh spinach and greens. It is simple to clean. My whole time investment from start to end, including cleaning the juicer, is about 5-6 minutes. $48!! Crazy good value. I bought this machine as an independent consumer.

couldn't be any easier

Juicing oranges and apples couldn't be any easier. My wife loves the pitcher that keeps the froth from getting into her glass of fresh orange juice. I love juicing the apples for making my homemade apple cranberry jelly. Like other reviews, be sure to clean immediately after using and use a plastic grocery bag in your collection container for easy cleanup.

Works very well!

The process of putting it together for use was easy. The instructions are easy to understand. We juiced apples and carrots and it processed easily, no leaks, no drips, no problems. The pulp was dry. It wasn't as noisy as I thought it would be, my Kitchen Aid is more noisy. It came apart easily. I'm soaking everything in soapy water but if I'd rinsed all the pieces thoroughly I could have loaded it in the dishwasher w/out soaking. The blade is easy to clean w/ the brush that came w/ the machine. I'm very pleased and my grandson loved his apple carrot juice!

Was skeptical at first but...

I gotta say, when I first saw this juicer and how much it was, I was skeptical. I've owned my industrial Champion juicer since the early 90's, but was starting to show its age and decided to purchase this one. WOW! I was amazed how well it juices! Although it boasts of putting a whole apple in the mouth, I would say nothing larger than a medium apple fits, but that's still amazing. The motor is powerful enough to handle lots of produce at once. I will say, the only challenge is juicing spinach or kale. It's not as good as my Champion juicer, but I found that mixing it with fruit at the same time down the mouth makes it easier. Don't be fooled by the price, it's a good buy. EASY TO CLEAN!

Almost went with a more expensive juicer and so glad I went with this one

I purchased this to make celery juice for my husband who suffers from an autoimmune disorder which infects his joints. Not only does this juicer handle the heavy use (I make 16oz of celery juice everyday) but it’s so simple to use and clean. It’s loud but I don’t think there is a quiet juicer. Such a great value. Couldn’t be happier. And my hubs is feeling better!

fantastic juicer

I've made carrot juice for years with another brand of juicer till it broke. I am so glad I had to buy a new one since this is so much better. The wide mouth is absolutely fantastic. I can put 2-3 carrots in the shoot at one time instead of having to cut the large ones down the middle. This has the strainer basket and blade in one piece. It makes it easier to clean and much safer. It is noisy, but so was the other juicer and my food processor. I put a decibel meter next to it on the counter. 44 before I turned the machine on, 94 after I turned it on and down to 87 decibels when the carrots were being juiced. I thought it would register more than that. It's obnoxious but so is my food processor when I shred carrots. There is probably no way to make a silent juicer. I just put on some noise reducing protection and juice away happily. So glad my other one broke and I bought this one. Highly recommend it!

Loving this so far....

Now, we just got this and only used it 1 day so far, but we love it! I read all the reviews and felt this was going to be a good buy from the start, especially having the 2 speed option. We do juice veggies and low water content foods, so we knew we wanted a dual speed juicer. This price is very good compared to other units on the market. Reviews said it is loud, but we use a bullet for smoothies and that is much louder than this is. Since mid-January 2017 I have lost 40 pounds just eating and drinking more raw foods. This is a good product that will help us make fast work of fruits and/or vegetables that need to be eaten before they go bad. It is fast work to clean. A good tip people tell about is to put a bag in the pulp collector tray, which is a good tip. Makes for much faster cleanup.

I received item 2 weeks ago, so far it has paid for itself. My wife and I love carrot juice. weve been drinking it almost daily. If i would go to store a small 20 ounce jug cost me 4 bucks. In just 15 days the machine has paid for itself. My kids like orange juice and apple juice. The juicer is very powerful and gets the juice right out of the fruit. Easy clean up and large chute to get the fruit in. the only annoying thing about this juicer is that some of the pulp will fly out of chute as you are putting in the fruit or vegetables. very recommended.

LOVE THIS JUICER! It's a lot nicer than I expected. Love the stainless steel look. Parts all assemble tightly. Powers like a champ through whole beets and I get a lot of juice from them too. Been juicing carrots, apples, beets, lemon, ginger, strawberries, kale, cilantro, oranges... The softer fruits definitely leave a tiny bit of dampness in the mulch but this thing makes a ton of juice with a quickness and it's a great machine for a great price. I use a bag to catch the mulch when I'm in a hurry in the mornings and it really does simplify the cleaning process. Takes maybe 10 minutes tops to prep, juice and clean and then I have a whole mason jar full of deliciousness to drink throughout the day.
