After ordering a set of LED lights which looked great but were too long to fit, back I came to Amazon with a unique idea: measure the available space! WOW! Who knew? So the problem was the depth that's available between the bulb socket base and the end of the light enclosure, which for the 2007 Gen 2 Prius and the older 2002 Camry, is pretty shallow. It turned out. Heh. A charming thing about these two vehicles is that neither one have an access door which can be easily opened and closed to service the license plate lights. One has to pull off the entire cover of the hatch or the trunk lid, respectively. Then once that's pulled off and you get to the bulb sockets then find out that the lights you bought which were described as "Door, dome, and license plate lights" actually doesn't mean YOUR license plate lights... there's going to be awhile before you can put it all back together or you're going to have part of the car pulled apart awhile. Hilarious! Enter the Yorkim 194 LED Bulbs to the rescue! Packed in a nice five-per-side tray, these little gems fit and are a bright pure white, worked the first time in the Prius without having to hassle polarity. In the Camry I got 2 out of 2 wrong, so we're even. As others have observed, just turn 'em 180 degrees and you'll be good. Of course make sure they're working right before putting everything back together. :) If you've recently run into a 'this-light's-too-long-for my-Prius and-Camry' problem, or wish to avoid it altogether, just scoop up a 10-pack of these Yorkim 194 LED Bulbs, confidently knowing that you'll soon be glowing happily into that good night, and doing it without the worry of a traffic stop for having no functioning plate lights, which is a moving violation in these parts! "Sorry, officer, I have Yorkim 194 LED Bulbs, so no probable cause for you!"

Wow these are bright! NORAD just called, they thought they spied a nuclear explosion! Seriously though, they are definitely bright! The interior of my truck is light up like I'm about to be abducted by little green men. I now can see things in my truck that I had trouble with with the stock lights. I never knew my carpets were that dirty, and that's where that french fry I dropped back in '10 went..... IF you want to light up your car, these are the lights to get. Just make sure you're wearing a welding mask when inserting them! Now.... on to find a good carpet cleaner.....

I purchased generic brand LED bulbs for the interior of my 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix. they lasted about a year and the flickering started. I shopped around and I came across these Yorkim bulbs and decided to give them a shot. I was instantly impressed with the components quality of these bulbs, I attached picture to compare next to my old bulbs. They are way brighter than I expected and they gave my car a crisp clean look. Will be installing these bulbs on my 2005 GMC yukon map lights. I will write a follow up review in about a year with the progress of these bulbs.

2002 Tahoe. While the LED replacements for the 168s I used in the map lights, and the license plate lights, etc., will fit in the same socket, I noted on the original front side turn signals, the bulbs were p194 and had a silver glaze. I'm not a car guy, but I figured if the factory used a different bulb in the same socket, there was a reason for it. So I bought these 194 specific bulbs. They are much brighter, probably because of 5 large emitters versus 3 small ones on the others. Further research is very confusing as Sylvania lists the 168 as 3 cp and the 194 as 2 cp (that is, the 168 is supposed to be 50% brighter). But that does not match what my eyes tell me. Anyway, I am pleased with the additional brightness of these 194 replacements, for my turn signal. For inside map lights, license plate lights, etc., it is going to be personal preference. I prefer lots of bright clear light - some might find them too bright. But at this price point, I had no problem buying a 10 pack of each (even though I only needed 2 of the 194s), to experiment with them.

These LED's are pure white and pretty bright- I really like them. I previously had cheap LED's that had a hint of blue and weren't that bright. The only problem I have run into is that they are not Canbus error free (nor are they advertised to be) so my BMW doesn't recognize the low voltage and these lights turn themselves off after 5 seconds of them being on when the cars running. (They won't error out with the car off because the ECU isn't on) This is not Yorkim's fault at all, it's just that I need to buy Canbus error free LED's instead and didn't know this when I purchased these. These LED's are great and I have bought other Yorkim LED's (that won't code out) and are even brighter and just as white. Yorkim makes pure white and bright LED's. Would absolutely recommend any of their LED's. I'll continue to buy from them.

My Car: 2019 Honda Accord Sport 2.0L Manual. They take standard bulbs for the inside map light and dome light in rear. The same bulb for the inside trunk light as well. These lights are nearly IDENTICAL in length as the standard bulb, making the swap VERY easy and noticeably lighter. There are other options with pancake style LED boards for this car, but I wanted to use as close to the original shape/size bulb as possible and these are it. High quality and a bunch of extra bulbs means that I will have the ability to replace LED's when they finally go out several times over saving me valuable $$$$ - a definite buy in my book given the results/price/ease of use.

For $10, I now have: 2 led front running lights(2825), 2 led rear side-marker lights(2825), 1 led license plate light(168), and although the packaging says nothing about being compatible with 921, gave it a shot and these bulbs work great and fit well for my 2 reverse / backup lights(921). brighter than factory in all applications so far in my 1997 Honda CR-V. I have occasionally had to flip a bulb around while installing, but it really doesn't matter if you remember to try it before putting things back together. Used 7 out of the pack of 10, haven't encountered a defective bulb or had one burn out in the bunch, and still have 3 spares. They are cheap, but decently sturdy, and reflect well in housings designed for factory bulbs. I once tried to install one on the license plate light on a 2009 impala, and while it fit the plug well, the housing was designed for an even tinier bulb and so wouldn't fit. Only time I had an issue

I'll start off by saying the lights get 5 stars...They're the perfect brightness for the lights I replaced in my dashboard. These are non-dimmable and polarity dependent, meaning there is a right and wrong way to put these in. So to anyone that says half of them don't work you need to pop them back out and put them back in 180 degrees. That being said I wasn't paying attention before putting my dash back together and realized some of the lights didn't work so easily enough I just had to flip them around and they work no problem. The reason I mention the lights get 5 stars is because if I could rate the probability of them showing up at your door I would give 0 stars. The first order I placed with prime shipping never showed up..even till this day months later. Amazon refunded and i purchased again with next day shipping which was covered by amazon, well even with next day shipping it took over a week for these to show up. I don't know what or where the problem is but I would like more of these in the future however I am very hesitant as they may actually never show up. Good Luck

These are bright, and they are the pure white color you are hoping for. NOT the 2700k orange/white color, and NOT the 6500k blue/white color. These are just a nice pure white that does not have a strong orange or blue hue. These lights are used in my 2012 Prius V, for the front seat map / interior lighting, front lower door lighting and for the license plate lights (though it is a tight fit). I purchased another brand (white bodies, but look very similar) on two different other occasions. The problem being that after several months, one or more of the the individual LEDs on the bulb assembly, either fail or begin to blink with a poor connection. This is really silly because the whole idea behind the LED lights is the energy savings and the long life. It does no good if the light falls apart before the LEDs "burn out". These are advertised as having stronger solder joints, so we shall see if they hold up... I'm hoping they do better. So far they all work that I've tried so far, and the color is exactly right. I'll update the review if they begin failing like the other brands I've tried.

I actually bought both the Only Led and the Yorkim Led. While both claim that they are rated at 6000k, the Yorkim are more color accurate while the Only gives off a more purplish/pinkish tint. In both picture, the Only led is on the left side and the Yorkim led is on the right side. In the picture, the led on the right(Yorkim) gives off a bit of a yellow tint and the led on the left(Only) is not a purple/pink. But in real life, the Only led is very tinted and the Yorkim led is very white and accurate to the 6000k rating. Yorkim is the way to go if you want the accurate 6000k white.
