I liked that it wasn’t hard to start. When I pulled on the inner piece of yarn the middle part came out and wasn’t tangled. The skein was easy to work with. I have tried other yarns but Caron’s is the best. I made 4 large blankets. I soaked the blanket when done in water with hair conditioner for an hour .Doesn’t have to be expensive . Found on the internet. Washed on gentle cycle and dried on low.

A good huge “ball” of yarn, not soft but nice and strong and in so many many colours... you can make anything out of it, its easy to work with and - oh I just love it even though it has some few issues: it’s really not soft so get something else if you want cuddly, it’s a yarn on it’s own, I think it only works best with itself but of course you can mix textures, it’s heavy - you could say hen you work with One Pound it’s like painting with acrylic as opposed to water colours. I love it.

I was running out of my yarn in the middle of a project and ordered it online. Got here fast. True to color on screen and now I have crocheted a nice hat to go along with my scarf!

Used this brand of yarn for a latch hook rug a while back, excellent quality. Texture is great, not too soft or silky (durability issues) and not too hard (roughness issues). Also the price is excellent.

Great yarn, easy to work with. For softness, I would put it at a medium. I have ordered several different colors, some seem softer than others (could be the dye) and some have different thickness found in the skein of yarn, that was a little disappointing. But in general, it is more consistent in thickness. So far I have not had any knots while pulling the yarn out of the center of the skein.

I crochet a LOT. ( check out my book of patterns at https://www.amazon.com/Better-Worsted-Hooked-Creative-Crochet-ebook/dp/B01B6R8LH4/ref=sr_1_2?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1481412673&sr=1-2&keywords=for+better+or+worsted) I use Caron pound skeins and Bernat Super Saver for most of my work. I was in the middle of an Afghan and ran out of white yarn, and couldn't find it at any local shop. When all else fails, Amazon fills the bill. This yarn is great. No embolisms when pulling from the center of the skein, no unwieldy joins.

I am using this product to crochet a scarf. I have used other yarns in this particular brand before, and have always been satisfied. The color is beautiful, just as I expected. It is easy to work with and does not Ravel.

I always like using Caron's yarn for amigurumi projects, and this one was no exception. I wanted it for an elephant I made, and it was perfect! The Caron yarn is, perhaps, not quite a soft as some yarns, but for amigurumi toys, that is a good thing. The toys keep their shape and the fabric works up smooth and doesn't stretch out and gap between stitches after stuffing.

This is one of my favorite yarns! I crochet regularly and most yarns are either very expensive or cheap and scratchy. This yarn is affordable and is fairly soft compared to other yarns in this price range. There is also a TON of yarn in a pound. I can make a blanket out of 3 rolls of this yarn (and I have).

Not as soft as their simply soft, but still quite soft and a bargain! So far I made a halter top and have plenty of yarn left for other projects too.
