Urfa is wonderful

Jansal Valley (Sid Wainer’s House brand) is pretty much known for excellence and this is no exception. If you have never used Urfa chili, it’s flavor is deep and rich with a mild spice. It has notes of coffee and tobacco on the nose and just brings such a wonderful flavor.

Love this spice

Love this spice, discovered it while on a business trip to Seattle. Bought this to go with grilled vegetables and experiment with other dishes. I cannot confirm the quality of this brand versus others sold on Amazon. However, it has been very tasty.

Great smokey flavor. I'm adding it to everything. It's a super big bottle though, probably would take a family years to finish.

amazing pepper

This pepper is very unique and has an amazing taste. We use it when we make beef jerky and everyone loves it. We get requests for the jerky all the time. Also use it on steaks or chicken. Can't find it locally, so Amazon it is.
