Great Sounding Monitors and High Quality Stands
The monitors are incredible for the price and sound amazing. Since it was a bundle, I was expecting a flimsy set of monitor stands just to sweeten the deal, but they are top of the line, high quality, built like a tank and could hold my Mother in law. The cables are very good quality as well. If you are looking for a great set of monitors, with a great pair of stands, at a great price, this is the bundle to buy. Great package deal at a price most are selling just the monitors alone for.

Solid, pro sound with useable accessories
The Auralex MoPad are versatile, helping pitch the angle slightly up or down to make arranging the speakers easy. The AxessAbles stands are solid metal and easily assembled; I think the bolt through the base into the vertical tube is shorter than necessary to make the stand as sturdy as it should be, so I got a longer bolt at the hardware store --- no big deal for peace of mind. And of course the Yamaha HS8 pair are sequential and sound phenomenal. Both HS8 speakers have their own power cable because they are each amped. As part of the deal two XLR 20' cables were provided: they get the job done. I'd recommend is HS8 package deal for pro or enthusiast musicians and engineers. It's an investment that makes a difference.

Great quality stands and speakers. Quick seller customer support
I bought this setup for my home studio. The stands are sturdy and hard to tip over. One of my stands had the adjuster holes drilled in a different pattern but the Seller quickly replaced the item. Very pleased with all of it.

So happy with these monitors and even the stands were beyond what I expected...not cheap and crappy. They were solid and I love them as much as the monitors.

These speakers sound great. I use these for mixing audio for videos
These speakers sound great. I use these for mixing audio for videos. They have great transparency on vocals and a well rounded frequency response for mixing music. If you're looking for deep bass, you'll need to add the HS8S sub to your setup. These speakers hit down to about 100Hz, but don't push much lower. They are a great reference speaker for balancing audio sources for multiple playback situations. The speaker stands and iso foam pads are a little low end, but do the job. The platform on the stands aren't perfectly flat or leveled. A little manual leveling had to go into the stands.

These Monitors...
I'm going to go ahead and assume that anyone lurking around amazon for these monitors has already done his/her fair share of research on them. That being said. I will just confirm a few things. Their flat response is very good. I use FL Studio to produce (electronic music) and my mixing/mastering has definitely benefited from these monitors. Just like Yamaha (and many other people) have said, if your mix sounds good on these monitors, they will transfer to other audio systems very well. The monitors are very clear, from what I can tell none of the bands receive any attenuation. The 8" sub woofers provide a clear representation of the low end, rendering my actual sub woofer (Yamaha YST SW216BL) kind of useless. Not only are they clear, but if you want to blast some of your favorite music, they can easily go there. I don't have to turn the gain on the monitors passed ~40% and they can shake my room, and be heard from outside. TLDR: The monitors are FANTASTIC and the gear works are expected/advertised. I would recommend these to anybody.

Buy
Fantastic. As a previous reviewer said, you have probably done your research to arrive at these. I bought a pair in 2005. They were good then. I sold them when I parted out my home studio. Again, I went around listening and comparing. These were still the best. You would have to spend over $2k with other brands to match the quality monitoring they achieve.

Great pair of monitors
Great pair of monitors. I have found that once a mix sounds good on these, it transfers well to other sound systems.
