I love using these pads with my EPM machine. They are very well made and very cheap per pad. I have bought these for both myself and as a gift. It comes with 44 pads that are stored in groups of 4 individually in zip lock bags. These will last you a LONG TIME. I also like to get myself a set of longer pads for the days when my pain covers a larger area. These are the long pads I choose: Santamedical 8 4" X 2" Re-Usable Tan Carbon Electrode Pads with Premium Gel - Satisfaction Guaranteed Some thoughts on using these with the most effectiveness: 1) It says to clean your skin each time you use it. This is kind of annoying but realllly makes a difference on the longevity of the pads. I think the best thing to do is to use one of those little alcohol pad wipes you get when you order ribs at a restaurant. Fast, easy, and simple! 2) When you pull these off your skin NEVER pull by the cord, when it gets lose from the gel you will notice little sharp pains. Grabbing the short edge opposite to the cord, pull it off slowly so you don't cause tears or air bubbles under the gel side. 3) Always put these right back onto the plastic sheet it comes on as soon as you are done. Minimize their exposure to the air! 4) If you feel any sharp pains when using it (like tiny pin pricks), this means the gel has dried out. The solution is SO EASY. You just get the gel side a little wet a few drops at a time. You will notice it absorbs water, so keep softly rubbing in drops of water until the gel gets a slimy feel. Place it gel side down on the included plastic sheet. It will feel slippery on the sheet - thats good! Repeat with the other pad. Leave it on a flat surface over night. The next day your pads will be like new! Any negatives?: • I haven't come across any negatives at this point. If any negatives become apparent to me as I continue to use it, I will update my review. Excellent Electrodes that actually stick to your skin, and great customer service from Syrtenty.

Awesome electrodes! I have had a horrible time finding good replacement electrodes for my TENS unit. They have all been so flimsy or did not have enough of the "sticky backing" to actually work. The quality of this product is great. Also, the electrodes are all individually bagged, and they have instructions. I ordered some from another seller, and they were just thrown in the package without any documentation. This company is professional, and they seem to care about their customers. They sent me emails with instructions for use and made me feel safe in using their product. Also, each package had a lot number and expiration date. I assume that is a requirement for these types of items, but it is the first time I have actually seen that for electrodes that I have ordered online. I highly recommend this company and these electrodes.

These are awesome replacement electrodes! I have had a horrible time finding good replacement electrodes for my TENS unit. The small ones always come loose and when that happens it seriously shocks you, these pads do not come off until you pull them off. These pads cover a larger area so the pain relief is much better with these than with the small ones. Also, the electrodes are all individually bagged, and they come with instructions. Also, each package contains a lot number and expiration date. Maybe that is a requirement of some sort, but it is the first time I have ever seen it on any of the electrodes I have purchased. I highly recommend this company and these electrodes.I absolutely love these pads and I will definitely be buying more.

I'd give these 100 stars if I could. My wife uses her TENS unit 18 hours per day plus, so we use a lot of electrodes, but these are the best yet. I have spent as much as $35 for a set of 4 electrodes and they lasted about 2 days and started loosing their stickiness, the first set of these (she uses 4 at a time) are on day 6 and they are just like new. I am placing another order right now, my only fear is that they will get old before she uses them, because they last so good. They are thick and seem very heavy duty and are the best out there, if you use 2x2 electrodes you better order these.

compatible with trumedic tens machine, better than the one that comes from the box of trumedics, bigger and last long, very cheap but made of high quality materials, this might be compatible to any tens machine out there, it really saves me a lot of money, this is already my second buy cause i gave my first set to my dad. thank you and more power to you business.

These pads are PERFECT!! When I got my tens unit, I was concerned. Two of the pads that came with it weren't very sticky. Your pads are WONDERFUL! They stick well, and I have already reused them a few times, and they still hold beautifully! The best electrodes I've bought

Hands down, these are the best electrodes I've bought in the six years I've had my TENS unit. I've had some that came unstuck within minutes of putting them on or have had the wire connection come off. I've been using this brand of electrodes for about six months now and none of that has happened. In fact sometimes I'll miss getting an electrode off and not notice until I'm in the shower (am I the only person who does that?). The gel material really keeps contact with the skin so there's no bad tingling zap that happens when the other pads come slightly loose. I'm really happy with these.

This is the Best Deal.

These are high-quality pads, the adhesive used is miles better than ones I've used before. Granted, my experience is limited to using 4 different pad brands. Price per pad on these is an excellent value, it's prime, and they have the best adhesive I've used to date. Just following basic care (surprising well done in the instructions) I can get 15+ uses out of these. The pads do not pull any hair out or bother me upon removal, and seem to keep being tacky when rinsed. I will update if I find something better; this is the consensus best deal for great pads. Go ahead.

I definitely am 100% satisfied with Syrtenty 2" Square TENS Unit Electrodes 2x2 -... Actually even more than satisfied, because they were the exact same as I had hoped they would be. Sometimes it is difficult to judge quality from online photos and descriptions because most people claim that their product is the best. The reasons that I am so happy with these Syrtenty 2" Square TENS Unit Electrodes 2x2 -... is that they are high quality and last a very long time. I say this because I wear these with my tens 7000 unit for about 18 hours a day. And during the time I wear them, I move them to different locations of my body every couple hours. I also remove the pads and stick them to the inside wall of my gym locker twice a day. And of course I remove them before I shower. The point is that even though I stick and unstick the electrodes pads many times a day when I relocate them to different areas, the electrodes pads continue to restick and with no noticeable decrease in quality of the electric current.

Really extends the use of the Pure Pulse Massager. I love these pads so much and they were a fantastic bargain when I purchased them. Also, the instructions I got with the pads were waaaaaay better than the instructions I got with the original Massager. LOL These pads are the perfect size and they have a lot of stick to them. I would highly recommend them.
