We used this to play "watch ya mouth" that's popular right now. you really only need the large size, maybe a medium. Unless my family just has really big mouths, but i doubt it.

Superb at keeping your mouth held open

Fun sex toy works well as a dental retractor,but much less dangerous than the steel ones that actually touch your teeth.This set comes in 3 sizes...s,m,l. Large is a bit too big ,even for my big mouth. These won't last forever but for the low price you can buy a bunch.With mouth held open so comfortably SIR can do whatever he wants.. I laughed out loud when I saw that many folks were using these to play "word games". Hilarious !

I work with a youth group and I bought these mouth retractors for a game in front of three hundred teenagers. It was awesome! The package came with three different sizes which was perfect for teens because we had multiple sizes people. The game was a lip-sync battle with the mouth retractors in it, and it was a hit. Everyone loved the game and thought the retractors were awesome. I know this is not what they were originally designed for (games I mean), but they held the mouths open perfectly and kept them open through dancing and jumping and screaming. This was a great product and I recommend it to anyone looking to have a good time, or if you are a dentist and need them for work.

Good and cheap.

They work, they were cheap. I ended up finding a better deal elsewhere, but these were still good. They've survived 5-6 autoclave cycles so far.

I got these to take photos for my 90 day check in for smile club direct. It’s a bit difficult to figure out how to use them at first, but one you do they work very well.

Served their purpose.

We ordered these as extras for the LOLZ game and we're glad we did. They came in a variety of sizes so we got to choose accordingly which made it more comfortable than the ones the game came with. Also there we're enough for our while family to play. Easy to clean, just tossed in the dishwasher. But we did use a sharpie to label them for extra measures.
