There's not much to say about a B12 spray. Other than, this one is great. This has been my go-to B12 for quite a while now. I have a young toddler and this is a simple way to ensure that she gets her required intake of vitamin b12. She enjoys the flavor and never once have I had an issue with her taking this. That alone has made this my favorite b12! I highly recommend.

My family is vegan so it's important we take a B vitamin that is easily processed, vegan, and affordable. We love this spray. There was a period of about 1-2 months where I wasn't taking this spray and i noticed a huge changed. Oddly, my skin broke out with pimples and bumpy "chicken skin", I was exhausted, and I caught 2 colds (which is not typical). After 1 week of taking this everyday, my skin and energy level is back to normal AND the cold is gone!! Never doing that again.

Good Taste Lots of Energy

Store in the fridge or it will get moldy. Otherwise a great product! Will be purchasing again in the future! Tastes good too! It was the perfect morning boost for someone who doesn't have any caffeine in their diet and chooses to go natural!

Best B12 Vitamin ever!

Best B12 vitamin I’ve ever tried, this is the second time I buy it and keeps working for me as day one! I used to feel tired all the time and thank God I found this. It gives a lot of energy and keeps you active the whole day! I fully recommend this... and it’s Vegan! Remember to keep it refrigerated once opened.

Have been vegan for at least 10 years so Vitamin B12 supplement imperative. I can vouch for this particular brand backed up by lab work. Have not run low since taking this every day. I like the spray is very nice too. Will not switch brands.

Instant Energy!

Works so well! I've used other b vitamin supplements and this is the best by far. I've tried sub-lingual and gummies but this has a much quicker and more noticeable effect. The taste takes some getting used to, very fruity and almost too sweet, kinda like 5 hour energy (if you've ever tried those) but definitely not intolerable and I'm already used to it. I'll be buying this again.

I have been using tablets for years with sketchy results. After researching liquid VS tablet I thought I would give it a try. I suffer from Hashimoto's, and my husband had thyroid cancer, From taking 5-6 10 mg tablets at a time with little results to two sprays a day, the results are dramatic. we can finally tell it is working for us. Possibly the best B12 product on the market! Warning: This stuff is good to a fault... sometimes I take more than I need because it tastes so good - not kidding.

Perfect choice!

I am so excited that I found this product! My doctor advised me to take a B-12 supplement and I instantly took to the internet to find what kind was best. Liquid, methyl, and certified vegan were the top suggestions. This one covered all of my requirements so I took the plunge despite HATING liquid medicines and vitamins. I'm glad I did because this one tastes GREAT and I instantly felt better, more awake and re-energized!! I'm a vegetarian and had been feeling a little sluggish.
