It is the perfect price for a beginnier

I got this for my son for christmas. He loves it. He has a new found interest in making music. It is the perfect price for a beginnier. The equipment is pretty sturdy. It has an easy connection. Sound are nice and clear.

Headset alternative

My issue with the kids playing Fortnite with a headset, is that we couldn't hear their conversations, possibly with complete strangers. This mic, along with the splitter worked beautifully. I just plugged some PC speakers that I wasn't using, into the splitter (the USB power for the speakers plugged into the Switch). Now they can talk to their friends and we can make sure they're not exposed to internet weirdos. Just need to keep the mic about 3 feet away from the speakers to prevent feedback.

Decent mic for the price

This mic is delivers sound quality well beyond what I'd expect a 15 dollar mic to sound like. Mix that with the fact that pretty much any motherboard should be able to drive it, and I'd say this is a safe buy for anyone looking to get a decent mic for gaming/voip or any other type of voice recording barring something like, professional podcasting. The stand is a nice touch, but it took up too much space on my cramped desk. I ended up getting a boom mic stand that could sit behind my monitor to take care of that. If you have a large desk though, the included stand should be fine.

Magnificent!

So far this microphone is working pretty nice it works on my phone and my PC and its really good for $14 and it arrived on time, it has increadible sound on it. Hope this helped.

Microphone works very well

Picks up my voice without any concerns. I'm in a basement that has no basement door. It took a lot of noise from the upstairs location for the mic to pick it up clearly. I'm using it on my PS4 and I plan to use it when I'm streaming on Twitch. Note that every environment will be different depending on what you plan to use it for. It will pickup other voices if someone is in the same room or sitting next to you. Personally, I'm fine that it picks up others talking in the background. My only concern is when my the kids are screaming and running around upstairs but that's not in anyway the fault of the microphone. I would recommend this item.

Perfect for gaming let's play

This mic is amazing for gaming let's play. Honestly that's all I've used it for but I'm certain the quality is good enough for other things. Paying only $14 for this was a bit scary. Although if it was bad I didn't have much to lose. Setup was easy enough. If you have a desktop, laptop or capture card with a mic input it will work perfectly. I was using a laptop to record voice and I plugged it in, the computer recognized it and the recording app I was using made it the primary recorder. Still suspicious of what the quality was going to be I tried some game play, edited the vid and the voice recording was excellent! Highly recommend this to anyone who wants to record but doesn't have a heck load of money.

Great microphone!!!

I love this Mic! It is a good way for young people with less income to get a nice high quality microphone for a fraction of the cost. Right when I pulled the Mic out of the box I could feel that it has good weight to it. Everything could not be easier to set up and was essentially just plug and play! I asked my friends how it sounded over the internet and they said it sounds just like "one of those professional mics!" Thank you for the great quality microphone!!!

Not expensive, but very nice.

I was looking for a basic mic to start recording audio, and this mic works very well. Sound quality is a bit nicer than what you would expect from such an inexpensive microphone, enough so that I was surprised. It works equally well on my computer and also on my Android phone. I was thinking about using it with a camcorder just to see what happens. All in all, definitely worth the price if you're looking to improve on factory equipment.

A Great quality microphone for the price!

The first thing I noticed on receiving this microphone was the size. It was not too large or too small. This was something that I really like because it is able to sit on my desk without taking up to much space. One downside, however, was the sound quality when using this item to record on a phone. When recording there would always be a static like sound in the background. However, when used with a laptop or desktop the sound was clear. This is a product that I would definitely recommend if you're in the market for a microphone that dosen't cost to much.
