If I could give the product a perfect 10 I would. It’s easy to swallow, especially with its gel covering. I don’t have an after taste. I’ve been using the product for 3weeks and I already see the results. I use in combination with the Quadra lean. I’m motivated to take it with every meal, however it does decrease your appetite. With consistency in eating right, exercise, and supplements you will see true results.

Really boosts metabolism and helps reduce fat

I’ve been eating clean and exercising without it, and the results were good. But with the CLA, I am achieving great results such as, I have decreased my metobolic age, decreased the body fat percentage, and it’s been only 3 weeks. So I really recommend this product:) peace out

Great Product, RSP is my go-to

Ive been using RSP for a while now and their CLA does not disappoint. I stack it with the L-Carnitine and Quadra Lean before my workouts and I feel consistent energy througout. Not to mention the sweat! I take one with breakfast and lunch as well and feel energized all day. Highly recommend

Perfect Stack!

I use CLA in a stack with my RSP Quadra Lean and LOVE the changes I'm seeing in my body! I've always eaten in a healthy manner and have worked out regularly and taking this stack has helped me break through my plateau I just recently encountered! I love this product and would recommend it to anyone!

I love the fact I can take this without it messing ...

I have tried several different products to gain lean muscle but they usually have stimulants in them. I love the fact I can take this without it messing with my digestive system and giving me the jitters. Ever since I started taking RSP products I have seen improvements in my endurance and strength while working out. I am not a 2 hour A-day workout type of person so the 45 minutes I get RSP products maximize the results.

RSP has helped me lose 95 lbs

I love everything about this product. I am very picky about what I put into my body, so I did plenty of research before choosing RSP CLA. I truly believe that it has been a big part of my weight loss. In Sept. of 2018, I weighed 330 lbs, now in April of 2019, I have met my goal of 235 lbs. I have had great results with this product.

This stuff is great!

Got this along with quadralean from RSP Nutrition a few months ago and I've been getting them every month since. Sometimes the local Vitamin shoppe has a sale but if not Amazon. Either way this stuff is great I stack this with the quadralean 20-40 min before I go in to the gym and the difference is noticeable compared to when I wasn't taking anything. I lose track of time in the gym mind you I haven't started taking any pre workouts I feel like this is working for me now so why alter. Just got some L-carnitine so I'll probably add that to my stack for a week and see how that goes.

Great product!

At the advice of a friend, I decided to try this product. I was not disappointed! I was afraid of adverse side effects, but have had none! I am already seeing results in just a few days of use. I am using this in conjunction with the RSP L-Carnatine and RSP QuadraLean, and I will be restocking when my current supply is gone! This product does everything it claims!
