Worked like a charm on an Edelbrock 1406 carburetor. I installed A 700R4 transmission this is what you need to attach the cable too.

This will be the first time I have used one of these but I have always been well pleased with Edelbrock products. This looks like a much simpler and more efficient design than others I have used. Wish I'd thought of it!

Perfect fit for my Edelbrock 1406 used carburetor, works well.
Worked well on my Edelbrock 1406 carburetor. Only issue I had was they had installed the Factory GM throttle return spring in the same location this bolts onto. Not sure if this is common practice, but I just moved it to the front of the intake with a new Throttle return spring bracket (I believe that is where it should have been originally.
