This is my third!

I love the Microfiber mops. I just bought my third, so I could have a different one for each level of the house. My other two are 16". I like the extra width of the 18", but the mop handle for this size is heavier and bulkier. It doesn't matter when the mop is being pushed around the floor, but it's a bit harder to carry and to put the mop pad onto. I use the wet mop pads much more than the dusting pad (I tend to vacuum rather than dust--although I find that the dust pads get under furniture that the vacuum cleaner doesn't reach), and they're wonderful. I wet one, put it on the mop base, spray it with an appropriate hardwood floor cleaner (not essential, but it makes the mop glide better and the floor look better), and let it just about glide itself across the floor. When the pad gets dryish or dirty (usually both at about the same time), I rip it off and put on the next one. The pads wash well in the washing machine, and I lay them flat to dry. Occasionally, I've forgotten and put them in the dryer, which hasn't seemed to hurt them. (I think they're supposed to be less absorbent when they're machine-dried.) My only complaint about the 18" mop is that the instructions aren't terrific. They say to put the handle into the frame and tighten the compression ring. What they don't say is that there are really two compression rings--one for attaching the handle and the other for allowing it to be extended. Although there is information about extending the handle much later in the instructions, it says the compression ring for that purpose is in the middle of the handle. On my mop it was near the bottom, where the other compression ring was. Confusing. One recommendation: Buy extra wet mop pads. First, it's amazing how much dirt they pick up. And second, they tend to dry out quickly as you mop. Rather than re-wet a dirty pad, I change it.

Strong Mop to Beat your Floors Clean!

Probably the best floor mop I've never owned. Bought this after I broke the one that came in a Bona floor kit, literally bent that things bar while cleaning my floors. Guess cleaning really does require elbow grease and that cheap thing couldn't hang! This thing is SOLID as a rock, well made, sturdy, and adjustable so it can fit your height needs. The pads are thick and also well-made that are perfect for cleaning hard wood and tile floors because it's textured so it doesn't just wipe the floors, but scrubs them clean. Added bonus that it comes with two pads that are machine washable, so you'll always have a fresh/clean pad (switch the dirty out for the clean one while you wash the dirty, then repeat!) makes this even more ideal. No money wasted on disposable cleaning pads or cheaper ones that fall apart. I use this with Bona floor cleaning products and love it.

Great Mop

Got tired of hearing my wife complain about mops leaving streaks on our wood floors. Our daughter told us of a microfiber mops she uses that does not leave streaks. The brand she has costs over $100.00 on Amazon. Found the 18" Professional Microfiber Mop from Microfiber Wholesale that has the same design and pad type as the more expensive brand. Wife used this mop the day it arrived and instantly fell in love with it. She also used the microfiber clothes for cleaning glass and it was like a miracle. Because of the amount of glass in our home I ordered the glass cleaning pack from Microfiber Wholesale to supplement the 2 that are included include with the mop. Buy these clothes. First wipe clean the glass with the green microfiber cloth dampened with only water and then dry with the blue microfiber cleaning cloth. Your windows will be crystal clear. You will never have to buy Windex again.

I am in love with this dry/wet mop

I love this mop. I mostly got it for the wet mop portion, but that's only because I was ignorant to how great dry mopping is. Both work great, and I love that the height is adjustable, I plan on using this for cleaning my walls and ceiling in the future. For the wet mop, I spray a little of the solution on the bottom of the mop to get it barely wet, then just spray on the floor as I go. I use hot water, pledge floor cleaner, and vinegar. Works great and does not leave a residue like my old mop did. As for the dry mop, if you've never done it, you might be like me and think "...I already have a broom". This works much better and quicker. It takes me only a few minutes to dry mop my downstairs daily. It does not replace sweeping or mopping or vacuuming, but it makes it so I don't have to mop or vacuum as often, which is great. The size of the pad is also good, it's not too big and not too small.

The ONLY MOP you will ever want!!

We’ve all owned a sponge mop. They always leave too much water on the floor, get nasty, are hard to find replacements for. Well, this Microfiber Mop is AMAZING!!! It’s so easy to use. The pad is held on with Velcro type material. It’s a gentle tug to remove. You get the head wet and roll it up to remove excess water. Pop is back in the mop and do your floors! I used just the damp mop for my hard wood and added a little diluted Mr Clean with a spray bottle for my linoleum and laminate. The results are amazing! No streaks. No foot prints or water spots. No excess water. They all dried instantly! After, I removed the pad and rinsed under hot water. Hung to dry. I bought additional wash pads, so that when several get soiled, I can pop them in the machine. I’ve posted on FB and all my friends are excited to hear of this revolution is floor cleaning! I’m so glad I found this one. OTHERS have had complaints of weak handles or lack of movement...THIS ONE is the best. I can’t say it enough. I will never use anything else.

Finally! A way to manage all the dog hair!

We have been corgi owners for the last 20 years and know what a challenge it can be to keep floors free of pet hair, as the breed is known for "blowing" their coat twice a year. Recently replaced our carpeting with vinyl plank and wow! The hair is VERY easy to spot now. After trying an array of microfiber mops and dusting cloths, I was almost resigned to purchasing a mopping system costing over $100 - anything to manage all the shedding. Fortunately, I found this system for much less and decided to give it a try. I am SO impressed! The adjustable mop handle feels very substantial and the mop pads area super easy to attach and detach. Every morning, I run the dusting mop head over the floors and under furniture and it's strangely gratifying to see all the hair being picked up. The 18" mop head makes short work of dusting the floor - much more efficient than even the "extra large" Swiffer. Very satisfied with this product!

Found the answer!

I recently moved to a country home with beautiful cherry wood floors. Beautiful, at least until the sun shines on them, and the dust is glaringly visible. Country life is pretty dusty and my floors show every bit of dust and dirt that hits them. I tried it all - vacuuming, old time dry mop, micofiber towels, running an air cleaner constantly and stopped just short of Swiffer. I have a problem with the waste of Swiffer pads and haven't had much luck with them in the past. I was quickly resenting the time it took to keep my beautiful floors beautiful. In a last ditch effort to save my sanity, I purchased the Professional Microfiber Mop. This microfiber mop does all it professes! The microfiber pad actually picks up dust, doesn't just move it from place to place. It not only picks up the dust, but holds on to it!! One trip around the house , a good shake of the mop outdoors, and I'm ready for the next project. The wet mop pads work equally as well, picking up and holding onto the dirt and it glides easily across the floor. The mop is easy to adjust, is sturdy, but not heavy and the mop head is the right size to make a good size path, but allows me to get into corners and under furniture. I haven't washed the mop head yet, but don't anticipate any issues. Shaking alone seems to remove most of the dust , so I think laundering will be an occasional task. The micofiber towels work equally as well, removing lint from mirrors and dust from table tops with just a bit of water - no chemicals needed. I feel this is a great product offered at a great price and highly recommend it!

Great even for small/medium size spaces. Great for textured floors.

Very good product. It is big and took a few minutes to get the hang of it, but totally worth it. I don't even have really big spaces, but this just makes cleaning so much faster with the big surface area on the mop head. My kitchen floor is tiled and is a little bit textured...this mop works really well since the mop head is so thick. I was having trouble (working very hard) with the wet swiffer, this is SO much easier. I think it took about a third of the time and effort that I was expending with the wet swiffer. I was worried about the "velcro" attaching and that it might be either not strong enough or be annoyingly "grabby" when the mop heads are not attached, but so far that is not a problem at all. I am very happy with my purchase!

I finally found a solution! I used to hate mopping my floors, now...

I have 2 cats and 2 dogs, so the battle with muddy paw prints and rogue litter is constant. I have a tile kitchen and a laminate wood floor in my dining room. My old sponge mop would leave dirty water the grout in the kitchen, and would leave my dining room wood streaky - especially if I went against the grain, it would leave a white smear. It was a nightmare. And I don't know if you've ever had to sweep litter, but that kinda sucks too because the little granules go everywhere. The dry duster of this microfiber mop is awesome for litter. It captures it all together and I can sweep it into a nice little pile, without it flying everywhere. My pet hair clings to it, so that's a cinch too. The wet mop is equally awesome because: 1 - I don't need a bucket, so no more mopping with dirty water after the first pass. 2 - the floor dries much faster, and I even walked across is when still wet, and it was such a thin amount of water that it didn't leave a footprint. 3 - I don't have to keep re-wetting/dipping because I can do the whole floor in one shot. I can even move right onto the next room without re-wetting. 4 - I don't have to put my chairs up anymore, I can swivel right around them and under the table. 5 - I can get under cabinets and right up on the fridge and oven, whereas other mops stop me short. I'm new to using it, so I can't say anything about the lifetime of the mop, but it seems quite sturdy.

I love this mop!!!

I am not exaggerating when I say that this mop has changed my life. I used to have to get down on the floor and clean every inch by hand, because every other mop that I tried left streaks and skipped over dirty spots. Even though I love my floor, I really regretted getting it. It was such a ridiculous amount of work. With this mop, the floor is wiped clean and shiny the first time. I'm saving so much time, and it looks beautiful. I'm ecstatic!
