Truly ultra quiet
Rosewill is building a reputation of delivering good, quality products and these fans are no exception. They are indeed nearly silent. Kudos. I have tried many other fans but these indeed live up to the promise. The downside is that they move slightly less air than the others, but when mounting 2 in the front of the case and 1 in the back they provide enough cooling for the whole gaming system, which now is finally nearly silent.

not as quiet as noctuas, but 1/4 the price
For less than the price of a single high-end fan, you get 4 of these. They look good in just about any build (and even in non-builds. I've used quite a few for soldering smoke extractors) and I've only ever had one fail on me (likely my fault, I'd cut the leads and soldered it right to 9v connector... possibly backwards?) They're blacked out, even the cable is a nice flat black to keep from standing out in a PC build with a side-panel window. I'm a repeat buyer of these, and will continue to buy them again for any build that's not looking for RGB LEDs or Noctua levels of performance.

Pleased with these PC fans
They are not the fastest fans on the block, or the prettiest, but they get the job done. I mounted two of the four in this set and the max rpm is 1100 on one and 980 on the other, according my my A-97Z motherboard fan monitor. RPM is not as important as CFM, which is (Cubic feet per minute) or simply put, how much air it can move. Generally, the higher the better. For my purposes, these fans work well. They were used as replacements for two of my existing fans and made a big difference in my PC heats retention. My system went from an average of 110 degrees idle and 160 degrees at full load, to 89 degrees idle and 143 degrees at full load.

Quiet - low speed
No complaints. Fans are very quiet and work well on my fireplace. I have a wood fireplace that allows for air flow but unfortunately it does not have a blower but these fans force air through it this heating my house. They don't move too much air and if I were to shop for fans again I would have purchased higher CFM fans but as you know there's always a trade-off in air flow and noise. The box showed up destroyed and had definitely been opened and re-sealed but that's likely not the sellers fault but the postal service. Luckily the contents were unaffected.

Great little fans repurposed
I use these in our fireplace heat-o-later. The 2 original fans were ineffective and noisy. There were five fan mount holes but only 2 fans. Cheap manufacturing install! I ordered a set of 120mm fans for quiet and efficiency several years ago. They eventually wore out and quit. I ordered two sets of these and installed one set about a month ago. These are more quiet that the first set of 120's were. I use a 100mw 12volt dc power supply to run them and it sets in the 5th hole with a cover over it. The whole setup is very efficient. We heat the family room & kitchen all winter - about 18' x 27' area with this setup. Great little fans repurposed.

Ultra silent, molex AND 3 pin for whatever your need is but it wont blow you away with fan RPM.
I thought about the correct stars to give this for a while. There are 4 fans in here and i got them on sale for only 11.99. Some people say they dont push much air, and honestly they would be right. They dont push nearly as much air as say a BeQuiet! or Noctua, or Thermaltake. etc. But that being said they are dead silent, they have molex and 3 pin connectors on the same wire for each fan in case you are like me and dont have a dedicated fan controller. That being said they are so quiet and pretty low RPM fans so running them full speed with molex all the time is perfectly acceptable in my eyes. After installing 3 of them to my case my temps in 35C summer time ambient heat dropped by 15C under heavy gaming, from 75C gpu/cpu to 60C. Over time I will gladly upgrade all of these to much faster, higher quality fans, but its a quick and dirty solution that is dead silent so i cant complain one bit! I mean come on, you are getting 4 fans for the price of 1 what do you expect?

Exactly as advertised. Very quiet.
Exactly what I wanted and very cheap. I bought these fans as part of a project where I needed to hook them all together and connect them to an AC adapter. I am not a pro by any means at electricity, so I really didn't know what I was doing. But it ended up working out very well, and I was amazed at how quiet these fans are. I was really upset at first, thinking I had screwed up because I didn't hear anything when I plugged in the power adapter. Then I realized they were already on and just really really quiet. Very happy. Nicely packaged too. And they came with screws that I didn't need, but a nice touch!

Super Quiet Yet Efficient!!
You can barely hear the fans when they're running. Even when they power up to full speed they're still really quiet. I have these installed on my gaming rig (i7 quad and gtx1060) and they really help to keep the air flowing and keep all of the internals cool; even under heavy loads. Includes all the screws required for installation. Worth every penny.

Amazing fans, great colors, easy install!
Absolutely one of the best PC accessory items I've purchased in a long time. They arrived quite quickly and were a snap to install...IF...you know what you are doing. There are no instructions for the average Joe, however, if you can't install a fan in your PC with it being four screws and one plug...you honestly should not have your PC door opened. The control box for the remote control hookup is smart and small, making it easy to hide inside your PC. There are also multiple plug options on the control box so you can add more fans later. Let me give you this one warning though, if you are in a darker room. These LED's are B R I G H T! If you roll the rainbow option on the remote or the fan option where it looks like the fan has only one light blade you are in for some brightness! They overshined the current fan left in my PC (two fried, one is still working) and with the lights out are very, very bright. This was what I wanted, but for some it might be too much. Just be forewarned. Other than they are bright, that's all the bad I can say. EASY to install, very thin profile so no need to shift around to make it fit, four screws that come with it. Super easy you won't be disappointed.

Great basic fan.
I installed all 4 fans in my case. Very quiet, and a good amount of air gets moved with these. The plugs have 2 options. They can go into the motherboard, or into the power supply. I used a combination of both. For the price I’m very satisfied with them. Are there fancier fans that flash and are rgb and color match your rig? Sure. But these are good old, high quality fans that do their job quietly.
