This came exactly as described. What does suck is the fact that I went to a hardware store and found this for like 10 bucks cheaper. Plus no shipping and handling. Its a great product but if you don't have social anxiety I would recommend calling a few local places and ask about it and go out and get it. Saves you some dough and we all know how important our bread is. ALSO... Good for BHO extractions. On a scale from 1-10 I'd give it a 6 based on price and effort needed to make this work right. I used a mason jar and a couple of attachments you can get at the same Hardware store that you will find this product 10 bucks cheaper.

This is a good quality item. It has all-metal construction, so it won't get sticky or brittle in contact with brake fluid or other solvents. The cylinder and fittings are brass, and the gauge is good quality. I much prefer it to the plastic ones, that cost almost as much.

Product worked great. I purchased this to use to vac seal dehydrated products without using our seal a meal. While doubtful at first and it did take a little country boy engineering to make the hoses fit. The product worked perfectly. Will have to purchase another one if I ever need it to bleed brake lines, but it works great for the purpose it got it for.

Wow, so much better than my last Mighty Vac! I hated the flimsyness of that one and returned it after trying over and over. This one, solid and did the job without falling apart somehow. Awesome! This is a keeper.

It works great!!!!! It performed just like it said it did and it has a very powerful vacuum. It Exceeded my expectations! The handles are made of what appears to cast aluminum and has a solid feel in your hand! It has a Brass vacuum tube with brass fittings. The pressure gauge is accurate and the only parts that are plastic are the accessories and the tip of the pressure release button. All in all a amazing product with zero complaints!!!! Thank you for actually making a product that performs like you say it does! Many other products here claim to perform better than they actually do! This is not one of them! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Love my brake bleeder. I actually bought it to use with my Food Saver Jar Sealers and it works PERFECTLY!! I absolutely love it for canning all my home dehydrated fruits, vegetables and herbs. You can use it for anything you want to protect from air exposure. So much more economical than buying tons of oxygen absorbers. Annnnd it'll bleed your brakes too! ;)

This thing is a BEAUT! I cannot tell you how many cans this thing helped me seal by hand. All my dry ingredients are now sealed with a vacuum seal and I don't have to worry about it. 15lbs of pressure and my jars are sealed up, and my bags get a faster seal with it too. Now how did I do that? Well, on my air pump, I reversed the air flow valve. But if power goes out, then what? You are stuck with a device you cannot work and can't reseal mylar bags any more than you can pump air to a fish tank or whatever you have. So, a handy off grid device like this baby is all I need to keep going. Its not just for cars anymore!

Ignore the bad reviews. This thing is outstanding both in its construction and its function. Not to mention about half the price of a really cheapo plastic model from another mfr.

while not for it's original purpose, survivalists, preppers and self sufficiency folks are all getting to know how vacuum sealing can preserve food in mason jars for extended periods. this allows you (with the addition of some mason jar lid attachments for a high end expensive sealing machine that requires electricity) to vacuum seal jars of food for long term storage.

I love this break bleeder. I use it for vacuum sealing Mason jars. I dehydrate a lot of food and this works better for the jars than my Food Saver. I use the Food Saver adapter for jars and the nozzle of the break bleeder fits perfectly in the top and pulls the tightest vacuum ever on the lid. I have never had it to fail and it's a really tight seal. It even works better than an oxygen absorber.
