Great charger -- works extremely well with 18650 batteries
Used this charger multiple times already and love how it charges my batteries rapidly and makes it clear when they are fully charged. With the number of batteries that I have currently, powering the number of flashlights that I have, I expect that this charger will see lots of use in the future.

Must have
Perfect! I Vape the RX200 and I love putting 3 batteries at a time. I also own a 2 battery charger l. Nitecore VS intellicharger- they are BOTH great! If u Vape- grab this w the batteries! I can't imagine life without it!

Would Definitely Buy Again
I go through a lot of 18650 lithium batteries and I have always liked the Nitecore recharging products. In the past, I've had some issues with the springs being too tight, making it somewhat difficult to insert the batteries. Not so with this unit. The springs are perfect. Visual feedback is minimal. but all I really need to know is when the batteries are fully charged. Would definitely by again.

Great value. Now I can charge overnight without fear of over charging my batteries.
I bought this charger 2 months ago along with six LG 18650 2500mAh batteries. Since then I have been able to rotate them as a fully charged batt lasts me a little more than 1 day. I use these for vaping, and I don't consider myself as knowledgable like other vapers. I was afraid that overcharging batteries will shorten their lifespan, and that charging them overnight could be dangerous. With the i4, I no longer have that fear. The Charger identifies each battery type and individually charges your batteries accordingly. It also stops charging batteries that are full, while continuing to charge the ones that are not. The LED indicators are also a good way to gauge your progress, and helps you decide whether you've charged enough or need to bring spare batteries for the day. It may sound like I'm making a big deal over this, but as a vaper who quit smoking, it really is a big deal for me to run out of battery power in the middle of the day. I don't expect I will need to buy this again n the future, just because I'm happy with the build quality and don't anticipate it breaking down anytime soon. But in the unlikely event that this breaks down or gets lost, I will certainly buy this model again. My favorite part is that I can sleep better at night as my wife is no longer nagging me about how dangerous it is to leave my batteries charging while we sleep.

Good charger excellent price
Good charger! Not the fastest, but for the money is perfect! Was considering an xtar or opus for gayer charging and more options, but ultimately the price was the deciding factor I charged 4x new ncr18650b batteries in about 6 hours, if you only charge 2x at a time, it will charge twice as fast. Only con is there are no options to change charging methods and the light is constantly blinking when charging wich can be annoying b.c the light is bright Other than that, simply put the Batts in, wait, and they're charged perfectly! If your undecided about a charger this is the one! Bte, this is the 2014 version even tho the description doesn't mention it

A decent charger for the money, does not come with 12v car adapter.
When reading reviews, DO NOTE if the reviewer has the "New i4" charger. Amazon has lumped both versions, the original i4 and the new one together in a big mess of reviews. I have the New i4. Charges at a reasonable rate. It does under charge 18650s by a tiny bit, so a 3.7v battery is about 4.17v - 4.18v instead of its all out maximum of 4.2v. Do note, charging 3.7v batteries over 4.2v is DANGEROUS, so I can easily see why they are sticking to the safe side. As a side note, lithium ion batteries do benefit from being undercharged in that they will last a bit longer. It does have a 12v port to use instead of the regular 110v figure 8 power cord. It does not come with a car charger and honestly, I do not see a point to using this in your car, it does not charge batteries nearly fast enough to be used as a portable charger and leaving it in your car unattended is super sketchy dangerous. However, if you are hesitant to connect 110v to a pair of bombs (18650s), you can use a standard 12 volt 3.5" desktop external hard drive power supply to run it. The barrel jack it needs is identical to what those hard drives require. Any 12v 1+ amp power supply with center positive barrel connector is all it needs. This should also be the same as your router/modem uses if it is 12v, but those usually run at sub-1 amp, so avoid those. Batteries in the pictures are Panasonic flat top (non-protected) batteries, which require a smart charger like this one to protect from overcharging. Pictures show it working in the provided figure 8 cable and from one of my 12v 2a wall warts.

Does a good job of recovering over-discharged batteries.
Read the instructions! Then decipher them. Anyways, what happens with most flashlights that use the 18650 Li-Ion battery is that by the time you notice that the LEDs are getting dimmer, the battery has already been over-discharged. This device allows you to recover those batteries that other chargers won't charge. It doesn't work for all of the over-discharged batteries, but it does recover most. When you use the recovery, sometimes you have to do it a half-dozen times before the battery comes back.

Well thought out, flexible design
I got this as a gift to go with a set of six Moobibear 18650 batteries (Li-ion) for an e-cig mod that use three batteries at a fairly high discharge rate. I selected the charger because it monitors the charging of each cell individually and shuts off each cell as it reaches full charge. The cells I purchased are all matching and rotated in use as a set. So far so good. This charger gives me some reassurance it's as safe as I can get at this time.

awesome charger
This is such a great charger! I love it and highly recommend it to everyone who needs a good quality charger that works awesome! Upon receiving the item it was new in package and not damaged at all. Once I opened it I found the charger, power cord, and instructions. I bought this charger to charge my 18650 batteries for my vape mod and this was definitely a good choice. The batteries fit in very nicely and with ease. They slide in and are snug and easy to take out as well. I love the lights above each battery that shows the charge. It has three bars above each one to show if it is barely or fully charged. Once plugged in and with my batteries in their ports the lights start flashing to show it is charging. I found this charger charged the batteries fairly quickly. a lot faster than my two battery charger. I love this charger I also love how it is still small so i can take it with me on the go. It also stops charging once the batteries have reached full charge and has over charge protection. Also love how it can fit so many different types of batteries!

So far I love this thing
So far I love this thing. It is so much better than the double chargers that come with most of the 18500 batteries. I've had to take pliers to the dual chargers just to stretch the springs so they somewhat charge. This unit has the spring loaded holders on the bottom that pull the batters to the terminals and hold it tight. I've taken batters from my other chargers that have been sitting for a day and this charger will show them at only 1 light or maybe 2 out of three. My batteries have definitely been lasting longer now that they are actually being fully charged. Another bonus is that it has a short cord that plugs into the wall and it doesn't block any outlets in the process.
