Plantar fasciitis - life saver!

I've been suffering from severe plantar fasciitis for 4 yrs. A friend recommended trying gua sha. I looked on Amazon and ordered this scraper. I can't believe something so simple has worked so well. To my surprise, my pain has improved substantially after only one use. I'm hopeful that it will continue to get better and better. Physical therapist here. Great product for soft tissue mobilization and stimulating blood flow to fibrotic areas. I would say it is somewhat comparable to an ASTYM tool if you are familiar with the technique. I bought this for a patient of mine to use for scar tissue mobilization. Very effective.

Love It

I've only used this for for a short time but I can already tell that this will be a part of my skin care regimen for now on. My face is visibly more toned since using this. Also, I was having a problem with my thumb and used the Guasha in that area. I can't believe how much it helped with the pain. I should buy several of these to have on hand in case I drop one and break it.

Every once in a while one comes across something uniquely wonderful that works in ways not previously thought available. The guasha tool hugs the curves of face and neck making this treatment increase the circulation as it refine the skin. I was concerned it would cause capillaries to break as I have extremely sensitive skin and have worked on it for years with little effect as I could not use most methods because of my sensitivity. However, i decided to try this. i am so very glad i did. it does not hurt my skin and is improving the blotchyness - I am using it with grape seed oil. The change in your skin begins from your first use. As i say, i have never had the clear glowing skin i have always hoped for until now. i am 70 - yup that was 70 years of age and the sagging chin line is improving as well as overall clarity. I couldn’t be more delighted!!

I had SLAP repair (shoulder) surgery a year ago and went through 6 months of physical therapy. The most painful part of recovery was the nerve pain that would constantly shoot down my arm. My PT used this jade scraping technique on both the rotator cuff muscles that were torn (to get blood flowing and speed the healing process) and down my arm, in combination with manual PT and dry needling. She told me I could buy a set of these jade scrapers on Amazon after I finished PT, and this little guy helped a lot transitioning out of PT and back to the gym. I read reviews of people whining that the color was off...Who cares about the color (as jade comes in many shades) as long as the product works as intended?? Love it, highly recommend it.

Great product

Great quality and very cute... Came exactly as the picture shows. I use the gua sha in the morning after I wash my face, and it seems to help reduce the puffiness under my eyes. Seems to also be helping subside the acne that pops up in my cheeks. I’m not sure if using the gua sha is truly helping these things, but it’s still fun to use and very relaxing, so I think it’s worth it.

Cannot live without it!

First for those concerned about the stone color - jade comes in six colors including yelllow and lavender. Green is most common and can range from pale yellow green to dark green. If you have a stone with black spots it indicates that the jade has not been bleached - bleaching may make the color more uniform but weakens the stone which you do not want. With that said, my stone arrived 4 days ago and I am in love. I was experiencing sinus tenderness the first time I used my gua sha stone. I had warmed it up in hot water and started gently massaging using organic jojoba oil. So very soothing and comforting. I do a facial massage when ever I sit down to warch tv. It's almost an addiction because it feels so good. I had no idea facial muscles could be that tense. I have been using jojoba oil as my facial moisturizer for years so when I immediately so a difference in skin tone I knew it was the stone and massage. I highly recommend spoiling yourself and getting one. I've already purchased several others as gifts - what woman doesn't want to look her best naturally.
