These can be used to cook pretty much anything!

We bought this product so that we would be able to use it for multiple purposes. I have the usual steel muffin baking pans that are the same size, however, they are not very versatile if you want to keep them in mint condition. We use these to cook muffins, poached eggs, quiches, bread, etc... Everything that I have cooked with these came out great. I don't have to worry about these rusting, or using the extra care to clean them either.

Very good quality silicone and something I like a lot is that the silicone is thick enough/ rigid enough to hold its form while you work with it, it won't flop around like some other silicone pans which can sometimes make moving them very difficult. Also, the large size of the cups, about 2" deep, is great for cooking all sorts of things and its convenient that this set is 2 pans with 6 cups each. I recommend these without hesitation. Happy with this purchase

I have been wanting to try silicone bakeware for a long time now and decided to do it as my old jumbo muffin pan started to rust. I am so happy I purchased these! I love that I don’t have to grease them pan, the muffins came right out of the pan. These Texas size are perfect for my teenagers. The only thing I would say that will take some getting used to is the floppy ness of the pan, not a big deal, but takes two hands to put in and take out of the oven. I will try putting them on a baking sheet the next time I use them. But I still highly recommend!

I love these silicone muffin cupcake pans. After reading MANY reviews of other silicone pans, trying to find cupcake pans that were not shallow I decided to order these because the description said they were big. The description was right. The muffin pans are two inches deep and almost three inches across. So far I've made cornbread muffins and banana bread muffins with them. The muffins came out of the silicone pans very easy. Although I think I read somewhere that oil or greasing the pans are not necessary, I did oil them just a little. Clean up was so simple and easy, nothing stuck to them. I also love the red color that they came in. Long story short, I am so pleased with this purchase that I can honestly say I think this is the best purchase I've made this year on Amazon... and I do order a lot.

Very Impressed.

I just received the muffin pans this evening. My first impression is one of quality. They seem to be very well made and arrived in perfect condition. Registering the produce on the company website was also easy. You will definitely need to use a cookie sheet when you are baking with these, they are more stable than other silicone products, but they are still silicone. I will update my review after I start using them. Update on 12/09/2015. I finally got a chance to use the pans last week. They are everything the manufacturer promised. I very much love these pans and will get lots of use from them in the upcoming years.

Excellent Product!

I received these just a few days ago and have already used these to make brownies individual lava cakes and they came out perfect! I had no problems baking at 450 degrees for the lava cakes. After my purchase, I received an email from Silicone Designs with 21 pages of recipes for the silicone pans. I can't wait to try them with more recipes. I would highly recommend them.

Perfect for a toaster oven.

These work just as advertised. I did use some spray on them just to be sure that they'd release the muffins, and they did, without a hint of sticking. I let them cool for a half hour first. You have to be sure to use two hands handling them, as unlike metal pans they flex a lot. What I like best, and the reason I bought them, is that they fit into a toaster oven. You can only do one tray at a time, but that still beats having to heat up a big oven, especially in summer when you don't want to heat up the house.

Frozen food to order

I love these silicone pans. I purchased these for individual frozen foods. The cups are just the right size for individual servings of gravy, mashed sweet potatoes or anything . I then put the pan in a Rubbermaid plastic container and freeze. The next morning I remove the frozen food and place in plastic bag and vacuum seal. Presto!! I have individual servings of all kinds of vegetables and food to make a complete meal.I am past 65 and this is so convenient for me. My beloved husband of 48 years has can have different food each meal. I just give him a choice and he picks what he wants. No more eating the same thing for three days in a row!!! Now after each meal he comments on how much he enjoyed the meal. Do you think he realizes how easily I made a "delicious meal" just as he ordered?

Farewell metal muffin pans!

I love these muffin pans! No more accidentally scratching the metal pan with a knife when trying to remove the muffins! Before finding these I went through countless metal pans because they would wear out quickly with scratches, and then everything would start to stick. I baked banana bread muffins last week using these silicone trays, and they easily popped out of here with no sticking whatsoever and I did not pre-oil the pan. I accidentally dripped some of the batter in the center of the silicone pan, so when baking, those drops of batter burnt, and if this were to happen with a metal pan it would be very hard to scrub off those burnt pieces, but with this they come off immediately. I can see these lasting a very long time and I will never go back to metal baking tins.
