Living large!

This pan has been great for baking. I'm now able to bake twice as much just by having a super large baking sheet. One thing I have noticed is that I need to rotate the baking sheet halfway though the baking time to try and get a uniform done-ness across all the cookies, but this is the case with most regular-sized baking sheets too. You tend to notice it more with the cookies near the edges, some will be done while others are goopy. Also, if you dare put a second pan in the oven above this one, it will take significantly longer to bake if your heating element is on the bottom of the oven. I found it best to only use this sheet because it's so large!

It washes up clean with minimal scrubbing, my kind of pan.

This pan fits in my oven with almost no room to spare. I bought several and one of them warps in the oven while baking, it goes back to normal after it's had time to cool down. The others do not warp, not sure why this happens at all. It washes up clean with minimal scrubbing, my kind of pan. Oh, we bake dog cookies on it, and they come off clean without any struggle or sticking to the pan.

Big is better than more... does that make sense?

Great BIG pan! I was going to buy a set of 3 smaller ones for more money, but the thought struck me why pay more when this pan can hold a good serving of cookies. If you buy the Betty Crocker mixes, this one pan can hold the whole batch. And no matter how many smaller pans you might buy to do the same number of cookies, this method leaves you cleaning only one pan. Easy to remove the cookies... just putting the cookie sheet on top of the range to cool will see them disappear rapidly... no spatula required. Easy to clean... just a simple soapy wipe and a rinse, and dry it off... no scrub.

Great pans!

Awesome baking sheets! So no-stick that my cookies were sliding off the pan when I took them out of the oven. Very heavy weight and sturdy, so I don't think they are apt to warp easily. Fit perfectly in my oven and was able to fit a LOT of cookies onto one pan. I have another Wilton baking sheet that is of the same quality and weight, but smaller, and it has been my go-to pan for large batches of bar cookies, with great results. As I replace my baking pans, I am likely to go to this brand with these results.

Single greatest cookie sheet ever!

I got one of these cookie sheets as a gift a few years ago. I finally decided to buy another because it is the greatest cookie sheet I've ever used! Its extra large so you can make more cookies on one tray! I use mine all the time and my new one works just as well as the one I've had for years! I will buy these as gifts for anyone who buys a home or loves to cook. I can not recommend these enough!

worth every cent

these trays are the perfect solution to the “i can’t fit two trays on one rack, but one tray just isn’t enough space for what i need to bake” problem. it’s a tray that fits my entire rack in the oven. dream come true. note - my kitchen is a small galley kitchen, and while ordering a larger tray went against my instinct it worked out better because i need to have less trays but get to have the same amount of real estate in the oven.

As pictures...as described... came on time.. AWESOME pans... really large just as I wanted ..Really well made....replacing two I had for years...... they do bend and bang with the heat....but still recommend hightly..

The pan is the largest I've seen yet fits nicely in my stove. Construction is solid, giving the pans a heft that most other cookie pans lack. Although the instructions state the pan is "dishwasher safe," I wash all pans in soap and warm water and let them air-dry upside down before putting them away as it is important rust doesn't form inside the lip. In addition, by drying the pans with a towel, I remove the majority of the water that over time can decrease the non-stick capability of the pan.

This is great for cooking larger quantities of cookies without uneven cooking but.......

This is a great cookie sheet but I will give just one warning. Use this only for baking cookies. DO NOT USE IT AS AN UNDER LINER FOR CATCHING SWEET RECIPES. I LOVE THIS BUT I used it under my pie pans to prevent spillover into my stove bottom so I wouldn't have to clean the oven base. Bad mistake. When it spilled over slightly and the sugar liquid from pumpkin pie cooked into the cookie sheet and I could not clean it back to normal. I scraped the black off but the smooth surface did not some back. I used vinegar, bar s etc. So, just use it for cookies. I am now going to use my damaged one for spillovers.

Great quality pan

Wilton always has good quality products and this gigantic sheet pan is no exception. I found a fun recipe for four pies baked in a 15" X 21" pan and just had to do it for Thanksgiving. It provided a good selection of pies for my guests as well as a great topic of conversation. Will I use this pan often? Probably not! But the next time I make cookies they can all go in the oven at one time.
