Really good skillet

Even distribution of heat. Good nonstick qualities. Easily cleaned inside and outer surface. Heavy enough but not too heavy to be comfortably used. Has held up well to oven temp to 400. I use it nearly every day.

Terrific Skilets!!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THESE SKILLETS!!! I've tried numerous brands of skillets over the years, from cheap Walmart stuff to high end. These are by far the best, especially when you factor in the cost. I use these pans virtually every day, and after three months of use, I couldn't be happier. Most skillets I've used, even the much more expensive ones, tend to warp up in the middle. These haven't. And the quaility of the non-stick surface is excellent. With that said, I've learned to follow their directions and NOT use non-stick sprays, which tend to gum up along the sides of the skillet. I cook exclusively with olive or coconut oil, and no matter what I cook, the skillets easily clean up with warm water, a bit of liquid detergent, and a sponge (no scrubbing pad necessary). The strength and security of the handles is the best I've used, and it's easy to see why these are considered "commercial grade." You won't be disappointed! UPDATE on 1-23-18: So, just over a year has passed since I received these skillets, and my above review still holds up!! These are by far the best pans I've ever owned, regardless of the price. After a year of heavy use, they remain non-stick and scratch free. But, like I said in the above review, I've remained faithful in cleaning them only with a soft sponge, hot water, and detergent. No scrubbing pads and no cooking sprays! You'll love them!

Better than pampered chef

My wife told me these are the best thing I have ever purchased. I ordered her a replacement pot last year and she kept raving about it. Therefore, a few months back, I went to fry some food for a late night meal and noticed the copper pans I had ordered her were warped badly and the coating had come off that was supposed to make it no stick. Given, she raved some much about that pot, I decided it was time to get her some good updated pans. She absolutely loves this collection and she has mostly pampered chef which is kinda like the snap on of cookware. She is a believer and I must say, the food tastes better or maybe it's in my head. Moral of review, she loves it and Im glad.

Tramontina Perfect Skillets

A teaspoon of oil of choice, and this pan can do anything! Excellent clean-up! Long lasting, as long as heat is not above medium high. Own several sizes, and have purchased a few for each adult child! Made in USA....keep America working!
