I am 5'4 165lbs and have always had an issue with my eating habits. This has completely changed that. In the beginning I used to use it as a meal replacement for breakfast and lunch because I've never been a breakfast person. Now I use as just a breakfast replacement when i get up in the morning. I have a pretty active life style but my eating habits have always held me back. Since using this with small food changes (eating more greens and fruits and veggies) and regular exercise I've lost 10 pounds in 1 month! That's an average of about a pound and a half a week. This has changed my eating habits and has helped me to make better food choices. This is also perfect if you're the person that loves to snack in the morning because this takes all your hunger away so no unnecessary snacking! Woukd definitely recommend. I mix 1 scoop of the chocolate flavor with 6 ounces of almond/coconut milk, 4-5 medium sized ice cubes and a banana in my nutribullet. Not chalky at all and gives it such a smooth consistency, worth every penny.

I've been on a number of different meal replacement shakes and this has worked best for me. I've been on these particular shakes for exactly 5 weeks now, and have dropped 20lbs. I'd do the shakes for two of my meals, and have an actual lunch or dinner. I prefer the chocolate over the vanilla chai, because the vanilla has a very sweet artificial flavor to it. I'll have to try the cappuccino flavor a try soon. For around $27 for a two pound tub, this shake is a steal. If you're on the fence about this, it wont hurt to try it!

Delicious and a way better deal $$. It costs about $50 for a 2lb container at another health store (you know what I'm talking about) but on amazon it is $20-25 (depending on the flavor per container). My aunt was telling me, "well don't you think it's fake? View the seller" and the seller I bought it from is the real fitmiss account so I definitely saved myself money. I bought vanilla chai & chocolate delight 2lbs each of course. $21+ for the chocolate and $25+ for the vanilla I think. I paid for 2 for the price of one! :) ... shipment arrived quickly!! I ordered on Wednesday night and it was supposed to take a week to arrive but instead it arrived the following Saturday evening. However there is a little emptiness as others described but i took a risk. I thought it would be literally half but actually it's not too bad. It's about 3/4 full of protein. The taste of the vanilla chai is great. Indescribable. Chocolate delight tastes like hot cocoa (cold cocoa actually lol). I drink mines with unsweetened original almond milk. I already tried both flavors that I bought at a grocery store a long time ago which they discontinued selling in my location. Still a better way to save money considering literally half the size at target was like $19+. Another plus, before all the social media hype I suppose.... I actually bought this awhile ago before bc my favorite fitness guru drinks this. I normally don't follow mindlessly behind people but this girl is legit so I had to try.

I've been drinking this brand for over a year now. Love the taste and the consistency. I've lost 74 pounds in the last year with the help of fitmiss and exercise of course!

Mix a scoop and a half in with a cup of organic milk, cocoa powder, (1) banana, peanut butter powder, and a teaspoon of vanilla extract and you have a FLIPPING delicious protein shake. I make mine each morning before work (8:00ish) and I am not hungry until 12:00 - 12:30. Anyone who has tried my above recipe compares it to drinking chocolate cake batter with a hint of banana. SO YUM! This protein powder is BOMB.

I'm hooked! I buy this regularly now and have lost 25 lbs so far over 3 months. At first I lost quickly and now I'm at about a pound a week. Nice and steady. So this is what I do ... I make two shakes every morning in the blender. One for morning consumption, the 2nd for lunch. I freeze it and take it with me to work. I also drink a water cleanse with turmeric and moringa powder along with lemon, lime and apple cider vinegar with a few more ingredients throughout the day to keep hydrated. Overall, the hunger is appeased well. A reasonable dinner. I workout usually 3 to 4 times a week for an hour. I went with this product after a lot of research, low in sugar, low in carbs, high in protein, lots of great ingredients, overall, the best purchase and very pleased with the results.

I absolutely love this protein powder. I've always struggled finding a protein powder with a good carb to protein ratio that tastes good. If that's something you want, look no further! I bought the small size of the vanilla chai just to be safe and man was I surprised. It tastes so good, I can drink it with just water, unlike many protein powders that you have to add a bunch of stuff to to make it taste good. Now I just add the powder to whatever nondairy milk I'm drinking and have it for breakfast while I'm at work. I don't have to chug it down and I actually drinking my shake in the morning. One of my favorite things about this protein, aside from the protein to carb ratio, is that it had a greens and superfoods mix in it. That added makes me feel like I'm getting a nutritious shake. I just purchased the cappuccino flavor to try that out and I'm excited to see how it is. This is the best protein powder I've ever had, the nutrition is perfect for me, it's not to heavy on the protein, perfect for women or anyone who is trying to tone rather than gain muscle and it tastes so good. My only negative I'd have to say is it isn't filling enough by itself, when I was drinking it with just water I felt hungry not long after. But now that I'm taking it with milk, I feel like my appetite is definitely curbed.

I did a liquid diet only drink the shakes and i went from 230 to 180!

I'm a wee bit of a protein powder connoisseur, so I can tell you that there's nothing really SPECIAL about this protein powder. It's not as low carb as many that I use. It's not as delicious as others, either. Its strong suit is how middle-of-the-road it is, I think: a good flavor that isn't excessively sweet, well-rounded micronutrients to supplement my weirdo keto bodybuilding diet, and easily dissolving. Sometimes I mix it with the creamier vanilla casein isolate I get from GNC; I also mix with some dollops of heavy cream to make it feel more indulgent. But it's perfectly good on its own. If you mix a scoop of this with one egg, you can make a pretty good chai-flavored waffle too! I buy this in the autumn now because I NEED my vanilla chai to feel like I'm in the fall spirit. :) I'll keep buying it through Christmas, then switch to more excessive protein powders (cookie flavors! weirdo additives! etc). But I always like coming back to this one. I ignore all their weird pinkness and claims about female health or whatever. No interest in that. But if you want chai protein, get this one.

Update 11/7/2017: I've lost about 30 lbs, now I know it's the shake because it's the only thing I've been consistent with Monday thru Friday! I eat what I want the rest of the day and weekends in moderation (sometimes). Every person's body is different, but I think some of the bad comments are user error...like gritty-ness is just a matter of it not being shaken properly. Without my shaker bottle I think I wouldn't like it. Also, I no longer have a need to add peanut butter or bananas. It tastes like cold hot cocoa and I won't stop drinking it until I get to my ideal weight. Will upload pictures of my loss soon. Not sure if it's the Shake, or just me...but this stuff is Ah-Maz-Ing! I am in my early 30's, just had my first child almost 3 years ago, and my weight has fluctuated up and down within 100lbs consistently for the last 8 years. The last 2.5 years have been tougher since the birth of my son, and I also quit smoking cigarettes which increases my appetite for junk food, specifically sweets at night. Needless to say, I got to a point mentally where I was tired of gaining weight from eating snacks and unhealthy portions of things and I decided to find something to help me curb my appetite and give me the nutrition I need. After a lot of research, I went with this one because more people seem to have success with weight loss with FitMiss Shakes. Here's my honest review of the shake: It's been one week...I got the Chocolate flavor. The powder is very fine, and I used one scoop with 12 oz. of 2% milk. Upon my first inspection, I noticed that after I shook it up, I could still see some bits of the mix floating around so I just knew that it would have a grainy taste. To my surprise, it was very smooth. I could not taste/feel the bits of powder that I could see. The flavor was delicious! It was not too rich, like some semi-sweet chocoloate shakes that I have tried, but it was definitely reminiscent of chocolate milk. Honestly, since I was just starting, I was hungry still, so I had a protein bar shortly after my first shake. I now do 1.5 scoops in my 12oz. of milk, and I have also added peanut butter for a little more substance/protein and it's still delicious. For meal replacement, I suggest definitely adding banana or peanut butter. I put my milk in the freezer for about an hour before I mix it so the milk is cold, it makes me feel like I'm drinking a milkshake, YUMMY! I have tried two other shakes given to me by a friend since I started the shakes, and neither of them was as good as the FitMiss. I think I will try the Cappuccino next, but I don't know, the chocolate is to die for! I do not have cravings for sweets as much as I used to, I feel full faster with each meal, and I feel good on the inside. Now I don't know if my appetite has anything to do with the shake, or if it's just me being tired of this weight, but for now, I'm giving the credit for suppressing my appetite and giving me a fuller feeling to the FitMiss shake. If you are looking for a weight loss/protein shake that doesn't taste like a protein shake, you need to try this one! I'll add photos later. Disclaimer: I don't know how much weight I've lost in the past week because I have not weighed myself and don't plan to because I get obsessed with numbers, and I just want to feel good and look good by knowing that I'm doing the right thing for my health. A coworker did just ask me this morning if I was losing weight, and I just simply said "I'm trying."
