It's working
This product has helped curve my addiction and OCD tendencies. Not a CURE but has helped tremendously. Anyone with a drug, alcohol or gambling addiction should consider trying 2000-3000 mg a day of NAC!

Powerful antioxidant for WELLNESS
I am a big fan of any supplement that is suppose to do good things, and this is one of two that I take. The National Institute of Health. GOV website lists a wide range of benefits of N-Acetylsyteine, and if they say it's good I'm inclined to believe them. I am 43, do not have any health issues currently and hope to continue being well, and count on this powerful antioxidant to keep me that way. For added clarification to those who are researching this for the first time- NAC is a precursor to glutathione, which your body makes naturally, but the reserves can get depleted for one reason or another. Glutathione is a free radical scavenger (free radicals are bad things that age you and your body) and create inflammation. Inflammation is the root of many health issues. At the risk of sounding preachy I will stop now but do the research, I think you'll be amazed.

This Stuff Is Great!
Three weeks ago I was diagnosed as a pre-diabetic and with a mutation with the MTHFR gene. So basically, my liver cannot detox very well. Plus, I was suffering some sinus issues. This stuff works great. It really makes a difference in my mood, my ability to absorb calcium. detox, etc. I also take it with a Homosysteine Support supplement. I sleep really well at night. Like deep sleep. More focused at work. I can concentrate. When I go for a walk I feel my legs are stronger, even when climbing the stairs. When descending the stairs I don't feel like I'm goign to trip and fall over. This has really been helpful.

Helped lung problems
I'm under 50, don't smoke, and I was told I have either chronic bronchitis or copd. Last winter I had a very difficult time breathing due to cold air and lack of humidity. I had to get on steroids and use a nebulizer to get through the winter.....I was essentially unable to function for six months. I started taking this product and so far and it has tremendously helped with breathing issues.

Helped stop my hair pulling disorder!
My therapist recommended that I buy these to see if they would help with my Trichotilomania (hair pulling) disorder. Let me tell you, it works! I was working on a nice bald spot on the front of my hairline and within 3 weeks of taking these I have not pulled once! I have been suffering with Trich since I was 13 years old and have tried every trick in the book to stop... This is the only thing that has helped me. My hair is starting to grow back and I am going to continue to take these for the long hall. Thank you so much!

This product worked!
This stuff works!!!! I was diagnosed with NAFLD. Taking Milk Thistle probably helped but it was not until I added this NAC product to my daily regimine that my liver enzymes returned to normal and the pain eliminated. Even my hematologist said NAC is good.

I am autistic, and I take this 2-3 times ...
I am autistic, and I take this 2-3 times a day to help with some of the symptoms. It relieves some of my anxiety and makes me somewhat less obsessive over certain things. For more information, search pubmed for "N-acetyl cysteine autism".

Good grief! It reduces a stress belly.
It was hard to tell if the NAC was working. But after almost 2 months the results are in. My waistline has shrunk 1.5 inches. And I haven't lost any weight. First, I have three medical conditions that crank up my stress. So no matter how much I meditate, no matter how many adaptogenic herbs I take, no matter the lifestyle, my stress levels will be high and stay that way. What about NAC? NAC is N-acetyl-L-cysteine. It is one of the necessary precursors to glutathione. Glutathione is THE MASTER STRESS ENZYME. It regenerates all of the other stress control/antioxidant enzymes in your body. In times of stress, you can strip all of the glutathione in your body. When this happens, it sure is nice to support your glutathione. Do you need anything else for glutathione support? Yes. I recommend magnesium glycinate. You need magnesium to produce all those stress enzymes in the body and in times of stress, you can burn through all your magnesium too. Anything else? oh ARRGGG! Glutathione is made from NAC (you got), glutamate (go get), and glycine (you got from the magnesium glycinate). So why is losing 1.5" from the waist a good sign that NAC is working? Stress puts fat around your waistline. And it won't budge. I lost 50lbs about 2 years ago but my waistline dropped from 36" to 34". 20 years ago, my weight was the same but my waistline was well under 30". I have a big ole stress belly I do. And, alas, alas, since this stress is triggered by my genetics, I'm stuck taking NAC for the rest of my life.
