Programmed and working within one minute!
The two red keyless fobs came as described and delivered on time. I had them programmed for my 2009 Ford Ranger within one minute. However, the old keyless fob no longer worked. Upon re-reading the instructions, I realized I'd failed to click the LOCK button on my old fob within 20 seconds (you have to do this for the new and any existing fobs). Repeated the programming steps, clicked on all 3 of the fobs, and everything is working perfectly. Color options let you match the vehicle. See the YouTube videos -- or simply pay better attention to the simple instructions. As long as these fobs prove durable, they are a great deal. I'll update the review if these develop any problems.

Great deal on the two pack!
Decided to take the risk and buy these even after seeing some negative reviews. Both replacements cam carefully packaged. The range is not as good as the original remote, but still works within a nice distance, especially if you hold it up near your head area. The remotes came with simple instructions. It was fast and easy to program! I highly recommend this product!

Great and work perfectly
When the old key fobs on my car stopped working, i needed to find some new ones. I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for factory ones provided at dealerships so i decided to take a chance on these. I make sure to read lots of reviews before purchasing an item, but these till left me unsure since their was such a plethora of mixed reviews - good, bad, and just meh. I'm glad I decided to take the chance and if anything it wouldve just been a couple dollars out of pocket. These definitely work perfect on my 2002 ford escape xls. I followed the directions both provided and what was in the owners manual of my car and they worked out great. Tip: for those who mentioned that they tried a few times to set these and then your car wouldnt let you pair them anymore (go into pairing mode). Just unhook your battery for a few minutes and try it again after you hook it back up. (This creates a reset so you can try again).

Easy peasy, cheapy cheapy, slappy happy. Be sure your vehicle make and model is listed, and has factory installed key-less entry
NOTE: these probably will only work for FACTORY INSTALLED remote keyless entry systems. Worked great for my 1999 F150. I'm guessing that to replace after market systems you would need to do something else to reprogram it since getting the truck into "program mode" in my case just involved unlocking the door while open and turning the key to "run" position 8 times. I doubt an after market system would give you this option. Before trying these I called a locksmith and a mechanic, best price I could get to replace 2 key-fobs was about $150.00 including labor. Not to mention the drive to the shop and time spent without my truck, which would also cost me money. Ordered these instead, saved $140.00. Took less than 10 minutes to install. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. even includes CUSTOMER SUPPORT for DIYers. they seem a little bit cheaply made, probably inferior plastic in the housing etc. I will update in a couple months or if they stop working. But even if they do, WHO CARES? IT WAS only $10.00!!! I could buy 10 of these and replace them whenever they broke, and I'd still come out ahead.

Works absolutely perfect!
Perfect. A family member lost all of their keys and the key itself was easy, but the remote was a mystery as far as cost until I found these. Had them programmed and was all done in less than 30-seconds. Wow is all that I kept thinking. For me it was easy...parking brake on, drivers door open, and turn key on and off 8-times in less than 10-seconds...door locks cycle...pressed the lock button on each remote I was adding and after each time it would cycle the locks to confirm it was programmed, then key turned off and locks cycle one last time. Both remotes work great and have excellent range. Definitely recommend!

Follow the directions carefully and quickly!!
"When done correctly". I was about to give up after about 10+ tries when it worked. When I was able to get my ford in program mode for the remotes, when I pushed the lock button on one of the remotes I could hear the lock trying to lock again and again with the second remote. I would tell you to take your time but you have to turn it on and off 8 times while holding your mouth just right (I guess) in 10 seconds or less and get it right or it doesn't work. A lot harder than it sounds..... apparently! So glad I was able to get them to work because I missed it after the original ones burned up along with my house.

They worked great.
They worked great. These come with the chip internals and include a battery. They also came with instructions on how to program them. The plastic does seem a little bit more brittle than the Original OEM Fob but thats to be expected since these are a tenth of the cost. I did not notice any noticeable difference in the range of arming/disarming the doors. I have been using this product over 30 days now and its still doing great. Now i have a spare fob for my spare key as well. Would definitely recommend this product.

NEED remotes? GET these!! GREAT quality and feel for such a LOW price!
Lovin these new remotes for my old 2001 Escape! Look & feel just like original factory ones, and OHH man, it was SO easy to program em (I hadn't done this before so I didn't know what to expect). So, here's the process= 1) Get in your car and insert your key in the ignition. 2) Turn the key from this position to the on position (right before you'd engage the starter) and right back again; do this 8 times in a row within 10 seconds, and the 8th time leave it in the "on" position. The door locks will all lock & unlock showing you you're in "program mode". 3) Press the lock button on each remote, you will hear the door locks respond each time... yup, dat's it, yer done! :-) We'll see how well they hold up, but with the quality feel of them and button response I expect them to do just fine, VERY pleased with this purchase... I hope my review helps with your decision, thanks!

I did it...you should too
Works great and color matches my truck. After all, that is important. Well, to me at least. It was easy to program. Took maybe 30 secs for 2 remotes. Their website provides easy instructions that you look up using your vehicle year, make, and model. Once you enter this info you'll be taken to a product page. At the bottom you will see a link to print instructions. Clicking on it will download a pdf or MS word file. You do not have to print it. After you do exactly what is said in the instruction you're all set. They do come with batteries. I read other reviews before buying and saw some negative ratings. At $10 for a pair, if they work at all that's a good start. I recently bought a 2002 Ford f150 that came with a key. That was it. So having kids I needed a quicker way of unlocking doors to prevent the "kid pull". You know, when you haven't unlocked the doors so they run up to your vehicle and start yanking on your door handles. Yea, I hate that crap. So these were a must have. The range isn't perfect but my factory Acura key fob doesn't have range for crap either. Now if you park a mile away then no, it won't work. I got a range of about 500 ft, holding it to my chin. Which was perfect. Cut that in half if you dont want to look like you lost your mind. I live in a small town, everyone already knows I'm crazy so I dont care. Sooooo, in conclusion, I recommend these. They will work close enough for you to see your vehicle and know you aren't unlocking it for someone to sneak in before you get there. Easy to program with clear, short instructions. Affordable. You don't have to buy batteries. There were color options (I got the red ones and it is a nice color). 100% recommend

Worked for me!
These work perfectly! I have a 2011 Ford Edge SE. The owner's manual has no instructions for this specifically but was very easy to find online (basically turn from key off to run position quickly until the door locks cycle, leave in run position, then press any button on each remote). Got these programmed in less than 2 minutes. The range seems a bit less than with the original remotes (which were built into the OEM key) but I don't really care. The price on these is unbeatable.
