Slept on it day 1!

I wasn't sure if my 19 month old would like his pillow since he's never had one before. I put him down for nap and he was so excited and just plopped right down on it like a natural! The pillow fits great in the crib and is just the right size for him.

Perfect baby pillow ☺️

Perfect amount of neck support for my 15 month old baby. Not too high at all!!! Just right. He has taken to this dreamtown pillow since the day I put it in his crib. My baby just loves it! I recommend this pillow to any baby transitioning from no pillow to a pillow because the filling is so soft and not too firm , it won't be a big shock for their necks.

Best Toddler Pillow and Company!

This pillow is a amazing! My little one loves that he now has his own pillow and will not sleep without it. In today's age, I was struck by how responsive and caring the customer service was. There was a small issue with the pillow that would not have impacted its use but not only did Dreamtown Kids quickly respond to my email and address my concerns, they apologized, gave me a number of a real person to call if I had any issues at all, and shipped a new pillow and case. I truly felt taken care of as a customer and as parents know, when buying things for your kids, you spend so much time doing research, your hope is to provide the best to them and this pillow fits the bill. I appreciate how much pride and care they take with their product and in treating people fairly as customers. Thank you for a great buying experience and a great product!

Superior customer service

Initially, I had posted this review: "I'm very disappointed with this pillow after some high expectations based on previous reviews. It doesn't hold its form, lumps up after one wash and is slightly too small for a regular toddler pillow casing." Then Eric from Dreamtown Kids replied the following: "We had a small batch of defects get through a few months back and we were able to recover most of them but unfortunately a few slipped through and it looks like that you got one. I am extremely unhappy about this. We have taken measures to make sure that this never happens again. I feel terrible. I have issued you a full refund on your original purchase and I have also sent out a new pillow at no charge (the one you should have gotten to begin with). I paid to have it shipped 2nd day air so it should be there by Saturday." In sum: The product that I've received the second time around looks and feels completely different. I have not washed it yet, but would be really surprised if it doesn't hold up to expectation. And the customer service was simply superb. I've never experienced anything like that online! Fantastic!

Great toddler pillow! Better than other brand I have bought.

This is the second toddler size pillow I have bought. This is so much better than "little sleepy head" pillow I bought before. This one is a little bit larger & so much more comfy for my toddler. It is thicker but not too thick. The other brand is too flat and does not hold up well. I have attached pics to compare.

Great pillow and even better customer service!

After spending way too much time agonizing over which brand toddler pillow to get (Slumberlux, Little Pillow Co, Zadisonjaxx, etc.), I picked Dreamtown based on customer pictures and reviews. In particular, people were saying that they received prompt, personal responses from the business, and they were absolutely right. Trust me, if you even have any minor issues with your pillow, the owner Eric will more than make it right. I actually enjoyed communicating with him and learning about his small business and family (he's expecting a baby!). About the pillow itself, I thought it was a little fluffy for my daughter who's a stomach sleeper, but she reports that it's "so comfortable!" and won't even share with her daddy. We tried giving her an IKEA toddler pillow at 20 months but she threw that out of the crib on the first night. Now at 27 months she's finally been converted with Dreamtown! I noticed on the baby monitor that she moves around less at night in her sleep, presumably because she doesn't have to try as hard to find a comfortable position. Btw, please ignore my girl's facial expression...that's her pretending to sleep when I asked her to pose for me :) Highly recommend. Note that I did NOT receive a discount or other freebies in exchange for this review. I'm just a mom who was shopping for a specific need and came across a great company that I felt compelled to commend. Hope this helps!

toddler pillow

I actually purchased this for my "between knees" pillow. A regular pillow is just too big and too thick. This pillow is the perfect size. It comes with a pillow case too which is perfect as those are harder to find. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

Reviewed after a years use.

I wanted to wait until we actually used this pillow before reviewing. We bought it August 2015, when my daughter was 2 and it has held up very well over the course of a year. It has been washed, dryed and laid out in the sun numerous times. It is my daughters favorite (we have tried less expensive pillows and travel pillows). There is a very slight separation where her head always lays but a little fluff up ever so often and we are back to original pillow shape. This separation only started recently (after 13 months), my mom says to replace your pillows every year but with the washing and drying, I feel this pillow is "clean" and could still go another year. Travel pillows are too low, this pillow seems to have the perfect height for my for my then 2, now 3 year old. We use travel pillow pillowcases to cover. I would definitely buy this pillow again and I highly recommend.

Perfect for 18 month old

This is my son's first pillow at 18 months old. I was concerned about getting a pillow that would be too thick, but this pillow is perfect size and thickness. My son seems to enjoy it and has been getting some great zzzzzzz's! A bonus that it comes with a pillow case. I was a little hesitant at first after reading reviews that this pillow was thick... but after receiving it, I'm not sure what those reviews were about (maybe their kids were a lot younger/smaller?). For an 18 month old, perfect size! Provides the perfect amount of head, neck and shoulder support for my growing little man.

First Time Mom Review For Daughter.

So I ordered two pillows for my one and half year old daughter ,she was getting older and it was time for a new pillow. I'm also a first time mom and I wanted to make sure I got the best pillows for her, so I did my research and look around for the best pillow I could come by. I found the dream town pillow and it had great reviews and looked like the pillows are comfortable and perfect size so I order two and they came at good time. Just when they go here the pillows didn't look the same and felt different so was the size one was smaller than the other. So at first I didn't think anything of it but once I had sent a email to dream town company. They responded the next day and told me to just send a picture and would send me a replacement pillow for my troubles I was honestly shock because every time you make a complaint or do a return with any company it's such a hassel and takes days for them to even see what they can do about the problem But Not DREAM TOWN They right away sent me a new one just like that!! It was amazing!!!! Honestly best customer service hands down! I was beyond happy with this purchase and my daughter absolutely loves her pillows even though the price is slightly high it was very worth it in the end definitely get what you pay for !!! I'm definitely gonna buy more once my daughter gets a bigger bed!!! THANK YOU DREAM TOWN PILLOW !!!!! Also for all first time moms out there I definitely suggest this pillow it's the best for baby's comfort And comes with a pillow case !!! -April
