Great value, very effective

I'm 34. If I sneeze, cough or laugh too hard, I leak. I would often end up having to change my pants. I kept a spare pair at work. I'm sad for my defective bladder control, but very glad I tried these. They are the same price as the pads I used to purchase, but actually work. I would rather buy a sex toy in public than peepee pads, so it's nice to have them delivered discretely to my door.

By Far, the Best Product

I will never go back to the other brands. I am a 60 yr old, over weight woman with moderate stress incontinence. These do not bunch up like a rope of cotton. They are long enough and stay flat. I rarely have an issue with leakage. I won’t say never, because that would just be stupid. A full panty is the only way to guarantee that.

Effective product for your needs

While I'm not entirely thrilled that I need to use a product like this one, it definitely does the job. I used other pads for light-moderate urinary incontinence before, but when Always came out with these, I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did, and I now prefer these pads over Poise or Tena. The pads aren't bulky, and they do a good job of absorbing/wicking away moisture. The adhesive is good on the pads, and I have no complaints about the wrapper which is a thin plastic that you can use to roll up a used pad and it has a self-seal tab.

I cannot say enough good things about this product

I cannot say enough good things about this product! Amazon seems to be the only place I can find it in the "long" length which is really important. It absorbs so much, it has saved me more than once. Life doesn't always work out the way we think it will, and having a product like this makes some of those moments so much better. It's really nice to have the odor control too.

Finally I found What I Wanted

Writing a review for incontinence or period pads is a bit strange but like my headline states, I finally found the ones. Most packages do not list the length of their pads so a long pad- is not always what we would consider long. Only if a previous customer answers a question about the length are consumers able to make a reliable decision. I wanted a pad that was long but not bulky. So for those others looking for the same type of pads here is the information. The actual pad is 10 inches long while the backing is 12 inches. And speaking of the backing these do not have a plastic covering and then a backing to remove. Just one simple backing to remove and it is ready. They are each folded into thirds so you can easily tuck one in your purse. Finding these will definitely make my life more comfortable and dry. So there it is, a review about panty liners!!

These pads are great!! I have come to that point in life where I need some extra protection from bladder leakage when I sneeze. These do the trick well. I can wear them with confidence knowing that they can handle at least 3 - 4 sneezes of bladder leakage from a full bladder while I'm out before I need to change. I always carry an extra one with me especially with allergy season here. These have saved me from many embarrassing situations and extra laundry as well. I wear them at night as well because sometimes I'm too tired to get up in the night to go to the bathroom and I want extra protection for those situations. They are thin and don't feel bulky like I'm wearing a mattress. Very comfortable, I don't even know I'm wearing one. I highly recommend these pads for moderate bladder leakage.

The Greatest!!!

I am elderly and have a problem with holding my urine at times. I bought these Always Discreet pads for when there is a chance I might need this protection. Well my husband put on the movie "Old Dogs" and I started watching it with him. I laughed so hard that...……....you got it!! That was the 1st time I really tested them and have to say that when the movie was over I was very happy with the results of the test! They really, almost instantly, make you feel dry. I will not use any other from now on, these are great and make my life so much better!!

Number 1 incontinence pad...

Get it? Number one? Pun intended. My mom & I both think these are the most effective pads currently available. Mom was wearing one of the diaper brands and has been able to switch over to these completely, even for overnight use. Good-sized and stay in place (that's always a plus, right?)

At last, a pad that really works!

I admit that this is the type of product it's embarrassing to review; but in this case it has to be done! I have to, because I didn't even know that Always made a pad for urinary problems until I read someone else's review. I'm a far way from needing a diaper – but there are times when leakage is a big problem. I had always bought 'Poise' pads and they were the only ones offered at my drugstores and supermarkets. What a difference! They have a sort of a dam around the edges so it would have to be a huge accident to leak. With 'Poise', I could never guess whether the pad should be positioned war forward, backward, or anything to keep it from leaking around the edges. That's not a problem with Always pads! I might sound like a TV commercial, but you can actually be confident with these on. I wish I didn't have any supply of 'Poise' at this point. I'll probably use them for emergency situations only. If your stores don't carry this brand, I suggest you get them delivered from Amazon. They come in a box and nobody knows what they are.
