• MAIN FEATUR:Fully extended the tripod itself stands approximately 55’’ high; Measures 20 inches. Supports up to 11 lbs; Weighs just 2.6 lbs. The feet of the legs are self-adjusting, so you get a very steady platform
  • EASILY ADJUSTABLE: Aluminum alloy legs which include three flip locks for adjusting the size of each leg, which works great outdoor on uneven surfaces
  • LIGHTWEIGHT & PORTABLE: Ultra-Compact tripod made of lightweight material, lightweight and portable multi-functional, multi-directional tripod; Weighs just 2.6 lbs, perfect for packing around
  • STABILITY: The center column also has a hook to hang weight on to lower the center of gravity on this tripod to make it more sturdy and less prone to vibrations which is awesome for photography where you take long exposures
  • PAN HEAD: The lever used to pan and tilt the head. Pan-head is mobile and can be adjusted and screwed with the fixing screws and water balance. Pans left and right and tilts up and down fairly smoothly

I only use it at home to shoot night scenes so I'm not sure how durable it is if people take it outside often. At this price level the quality works fine for me. It is light and yet steady.

I am very pleased with my purchase and would buy again from ZOMEI. This is the 2nd item I've purchased from them (the other was a variable ND filter) and I'm very happy with both purchases. I was very pleasantly surprised by this tripod. It arrived in well-protected packaging and even includes a handy, durable little carrying case. Considering how inexpensive it is, I was not expecting the build quality and ruggedness. I took it with me on a camping trip and although it got a little dirty, its solid construction and build kept up with the tough environment I was in. It kept the camera steady even on uneven dirt and grass surfaces. It's very easy to adjust the 3 legs to get it level. And the legs extend VERY far. This tripod is very tall when the legs are fully extended. The quick-release plate is fast & easy to remove. I kept it attached to the camera. This tripod definitely goes with me on all future shoots.

Much nicer than anyone I've ever had and perfect for the price... I believe this one's going to last a while ... it has padding for good grip when you use it to move the tripod ... this also has a hand crank that allows the camera to go up higher ... I also would like to add that has a lever up where you screw the camera on that you can release and you can take the camera off quickly without having to unscrew it , it keeps a small base attached to it so you can just stick it right back on the tripod and snap the lever closed and there you have it, it's stable on the tripod again :) WAY COOL !

Very solid tripod. Other reviewers did not address the removable plate which I was concerned about since it can leave gaps and allow movement. This plate removes and reinstalls easily. There are small gaps which allows movement, but are easily eliminated with rubber bands or paper pieces. It's not loose but can be moved, only if I try, so it's not an issue except in extreme cases. A normal camera should not be a problem. All other aspects work great, including panning which has been a complaint with other tripods. The locks to prevent movement work very well in all places and it fits well into the case.

i am excited with my order. very good tripod with optimal price. i'm using it with my big dslr & it is very comfortablè tripod. because quality is really fine... communication very easy. because this seller is very attentive. i will buy other things from this seller. because i like high level of quality & service also have very acurate waterpas wich is best choise to shoot nice photos

I almost went with a cheaper tripod, but after reading reviews decided that it would save me money in the long run to just get this one. Boy was I right! This little guy is so compact and light, yet very sturdy even when expanded to its full height. I recently used this to photograph the solar eclipse (2017) I had it set to its fullest height and had my huge Canon 7D mark II with zoom lens (~4lbs) pointing at an angle up for about an hour and it held sturdy, didn't even need a counter weight, although I'd recommend using one just in case. The only flaw I noticed is that it doesn't screw on very tight. I don't know if this is a flaw with my camera or the tripod but it does feel a little looser than I would like. That being said it does stay attached even at a fairly extreme angle with a heavy camera.

So i needed an inexpsive tripod to hold my video camera setup for my wilderness explorations in northen Idaho. This dang tripod is tough as nails. On this tripod perminently sits a Sony a6500 with Sigma 16 f/1.4 lens with firecrest 6 stop ND filter. A 5,000mAh external battery to keep the crappy fw50 battery of the a6500 charged. On the camera a SmallHD Focus 5" monitor (Sony doesnt give an articulated screen for self filming), and a Shure VP83 lens hopper shotgun mic. When backpacking up steep trails or orienteeeing through wilderness i had the legs together to use like staff. I threw it in pickup truck beds, strapped it to ATVs, dropped, etc and it still fully works. One word of caution is that the pan lock knob does not have a stopper and will get vibrated out if not tightened. Also I would add a standard arca clamp to their proprietary plate, so you can swap out any of your arca plated cameras. Also be careful of that proprietary plastic plate, the clamp can let go of it if you are climbing up a mountain with the setup horizontal. But other than that i couldnt be happier. I will be posting vdeos from that adventure to Idaho soon on my channel "Hangs4Fun" if you like backpacking, hammocking, photography :-) Have a great day!

I got this tripod for a trip and I am very surprised with the quality. Very light and small. It is great to carry on the airplane. I took my for a trip in Alaska. I am using with my Fujifilm X-T1 with grip and with 50-140mm f2.8 and 16-55mm f2.8 and holds very well. And I always put my backpack on the hook to keep it more stable and to keep my gear close to me. To be honest I was a little bit scared for 39 bucks but I gave it a try because I got a ND filter from the same brand few months ago and I love the ND filter ND2-ND400 so I decided to get this tripod and also not to spend a lot money in gear so I could have more money to spend on my trip. Good quality, and low cost and very light. Now my wife is using for her social media work. Making videos daily.

Fairly light and compact. I'm able to strap it to my camera backpack and it doesn't really bother me. Lots of adjustability in it. Took it last night to a lake with a pretty sloped bank and it was very solid. Only complaint is the quick release mount base can spin a little. It's still in the camera but the base doesn't jam up to the camera as I would have liked. Other then that minor issue the tripod is very nice. All other adjustments lock down so you have a very stable system. The lateral movement like many others have said takes a bit of force and isn't the smoothest initially but after the bump is ok. But for static position this tripod is great. Great for both hiking/ backpacking and studio setups.
