Great vitamin

I have been taking these a month now, they seem to work fine. My system is vey sensitive, so I would know if I were feeling run down, or other side effects from the synthetic artificial imgredients, or wrong vitamin mixture for my system. I am female, 54, and these are working great.

Feel more energized!

I’ve been taking it daily for one month and darned if I don’t feel more energized. It’s easy to swallow, tasteless, price is right and it’s unusual for me to notice a difference. I’m 63 and doing serious physical labor on my Caribbean fixer upper. I’ve tried a handful of supplements to boost my energy and will be sticking with this one. Thank you for this product. I’m very happy & with palpable results- highly recommend these vitamins.

I take Centrum Silver since I am 51 and it was recommended by the dietician I see. She told me it is a very good vitamin and is the one I will need to be taking when I have my gastric sleeve surgery next month. She likes that it has all of the vitamins and minerals and it is a quality vitamin. I like the vitamin and take one every morning as part of my regimen.

Alphabet soup

It has the correct mgs/IU of the vitamins and minerals I was looking for. I dislike overkill as I don't want to may my kidneys and liver work any harder than needed to expel the extra nutrients. The price was right also.

Women over 50 should definitely take this vitamin as their daily vitamin.

Energy with and without taking them I feel sluggish the next day. Obviously healthfully helpful for my older body and mind.
