Good value for the money

The product fit nicely and with just a little effort my wife and I were able to install ourselves. Other than a step ladder no tools were needed. This was a replacement for our original one so we were forced to still use the plastic hangar hooks that came with the original and had to be 'frustratingly' inserted into each grommet on the side curtains. A royal pain as were the originals. The new covers and curtains came with much larger and easier to use hooks, but sadly, we did not have the bar to attach them to and would have allowed the curtains to drag on ground. I guess the problem was fixed and improved on part of the manufacturer which ALL future users will appreciate the ease that we could not enjoy. Had we bought the newer frame itself it would have had the bar, but we didn't need the frame. Overall, highly recommended value for the money. And, if you don't want to take down every year for the winter, buy a tarp type covering that you can simply cover entire gazebo by pulling over the top with rope and fasten down to keep in place. Keeps gazebo dry and ready to go in the spring. Maybe the manufacturer could actually make a 'WINTER COVER' that could be purchased as well. Great selling point and so much easier than taking it all down!

Good as original replacement

The replacement canopy fit our Allen Roth gazebo perfectly. Color is a little darker than the original but I actually like it better. We would get 2 years out of the original replacement as we live in south Florida and the sun is brutal. If we get the same wear out of this one then it is definitely a 5 star replacement!!! On a side note how can Lowes continue to sell this gazebo without selling a replacement canopy? They were clueless and of no help when I was looking for a replacement. Guess that is why Home Depot is my go to home improvement store.

Lasts for 2 - 3 Seasons

We live in northern NJ and we leave the frame up all year (anchored to a deck) but the canopy top is only installed for 5 or 6 months and gets stored for the winter. Even with that care, as with any outdoor item, the sun takes it's toll on the fabric and after a few seasons (12 - 18 months of use) the fabric gets very dry and can tear easily, especially when your are stretching at the corners to install or remove it. Even with that inconvenience, the design and appearance of the overall gazebo is the best we've owned and is a very inexpensive alternative compared to the price of a full retractable awning or roof over the deck.

Fits like a glove

I bought the Allen and Roth Brown 12x10 Gazebo (Item #510327. Model #GF-12S004B-1) at Lowes about 4 years ago. The original canopy lasted 4 summers, but the fabric broke down eventually. I decided to buy this replace and it fits perfectly. It is a little darker than the original. It also came with the top part. I did spray it down with some Kiwi camp spray so hopefully it will make the fabric last longer.

Exact replacement

It really does replace this Allen Roth gazebo from Lowe's and now that Lowe's doesn't seem to have the replacement top I went for this. Well it fits as expected. The box it came it seemed really small, but it was both parts of the canopy. Next time it rips...and it will living in New Hampshire I'll buy this one again.

Good as new!

High quality, perfect fit, really happy with this item. Our old one had started to tear, then a wind storm completely shredded it. I thought I would have to replace the whole thing, but ended up saving a bunch of money by just replacing the fabric. If you have the corresponding frame, this canopy will make it look brand new again.

MUST READ: THE FIX..for inferior contruction

Should be one star...but if you read the Fix...you will be happy... THE GOOD: Fit and Color is spot on perfect. THE BAD:..It's not UV protected! faded dramatically in just 4 months of use and Im in Northern Ohio!.and it had very limited direct sun, exposure! Stitching is another weak point, with pin holes at every connection . THE FIX!........ 1: Must buy a UV-water proofing fabric spray.. so material wont Break down and will stay very water resistant. 2: Buy HH-66 VINYL CEMENT! And use old canopy material (or similair material)to glue under every stitched attachmment point pocket. Essentially doubling up the material, covering up and overlapping the stitches and making it nearly Bulletproof.

Fits perfectly

Just bought these and installed last night (in less than 1/2 hour!!) They fit exactly like the original. Haven't had long enough to rate water resistance and durability although they feel like they will last. We had tried another brand which were so incredibly tight, one ripped trying to put in on and the other was opening at the seams I am so thrilled with this entire experience. The description is thorough - relieved to see they are manufactured in Canada Please continue to make these -- they are the best!

Gazebo canopy

It looks just like the one that came with the original gazebo. This is the second time I have purchased this from this company. The last one lasted two years. That's pretty good considering that the ones I use to get from Lowe's only lasted one year.

Great product and comes with cap canopy too

Outstanding replacement. Good cost too. I am an almost 60 yr old woman who got on a 7' ladder and was able to install this alone in about 45 minutes. Last corner was a bit hard but with a pair of pliers gripping it I was able to pull it on with some work. It looks great! And I thought it was the main cover only so I was very pleased and surprised it had the cap canopy too. Very happy!!
