Fits my lens good, and the rubber focus ring cover is a nice bonus. I got this because I lost my original cap. I knew I would, since I always do unless I use a cap keeper. I didn't use one because they annoy me. However, unlike a lot of cap keepers with the elastic that goes around the lens, this one can be attached to the camera strap area and doesn't have to go around the lens barrel itself. Works much better for me, because the ones that dangle from the lens tend to bang around into it when I'm hiking and want to keep it off for quick shots. This way it's away from the glass. Very nice design.

I replace most of my OEM Sony, Minolta, and pentax lens caps with these. It is a clear rip-off of the Nikon design, and II find them easiest to get on and off the lens quickly. I haven't had one break yet, and when lost they're inexpensive to replace. They are thicker than some lens caps, but that really only bothers me on the Sony 16mm 2.8 pancake lens.

I tend to lose lens caps and try to keep an extra one in my camera bag. They are an inexpensive way to protect your valuable camera lenses. These caps have never failed through years of constant use.

This item works as advertised. It clipped well on my 18-55mm lens (Nokia D3400) It snugged onto the lens for protection. Would recommend this item to replace lost lens caps.

CamDesigns lens cap is an excellent replacement for canon 50mm lens cap. I hate using the old canon lens caps that required you to pinch the edges instead of the middle because when using a lens hood I would never be able to put take off the lens cover because the pinch able portion of the cap was covered by the hood. This solves that problem and is an excellent replacement for the original cap at a great price.

20180904: I bought several of these to replace lost caps. They work well. The springs give good tension, the caps stay snug. I've bought several sizes of these, and used them on both vintage and modern lenses. They fit and stay in place.

A must-have if you're tired of being paranoid of losing your lens cap! I got tired of having to put the cap in my pocket and gently removing the cap every time I wanted to take photos on our Sony NEX-6L/B so that it didn't go flying out of my hand. This cap solves all those problems. You can attach it anywhere on your camera (we attached ours to one of the strap rings on the camera) and you'll never lose your cap again. It fits perfectly on our camera. No more delays in taking photos because I'm having to remove the cap gently to not lose it. Highly recommended!

As much as I like the Fuji X-mount cameras and lenses, Fuji can't seem to make a lens cap that will go on easily and stay on. This works much, much better than what comes with the lens -- I have the 18-55 and the 55-200 for an X-E2. Well worth the modest price.

I used this on my Pentax 645 55mm f/2.8 lens after purchasing the lens used and it didn't come with a lens cap. The lens has a 67mm diameter so this fits and since it's a center pinch style I can leave the lens hood on and still put the lens away with the lens cap. If you're looking for your lens diameter it should be on the front of the lens or some where in a long string of information on the barrel of the lens. Good luck.

I'm guessing that how well this works will depend on the lens, as some people have had trouble with it falling off. Mine fits perfectly on my Sigma 10-20 (also have one of these for Sigma 150-500) and is a huge upgrade from the awful Sigma lens caps that come with the lenses, which barely stayed on the lenses and fell off constantly (until I finally lost them).
