absolutely love this dish rack! i love the fact that the sides fold in and the legs are foldable so to make it either lay flat on the counter or angle it so the water drains from the rack. i also love the idea that the holders that hold the spoons and forks etc are detachable. make it easy to clean when you need to. the other great idea, the rack that holds the plates, its foldable so that it can lay flat inside to make room for a larger pot if you have no plates to dry. a great idea and totally worth the investment. feels durable and its easy to wash. i highly recommed this!

Amazing customer service! Way to go, Oxo!! I ordered this through Amazon and it arrived with a broken hinge. I emailed Oxo, sent them a few pictures of it and they immediately sent me a new one, which arrived in less than a week! Besides that, I absolutely love this dish rack! It's super easy to set up and it's relatively compact on my counter top but it holds A LOT and dries so quickly! It's designed so well, it really holds all my dishes and it folds up nicely when I don't use it but it's pretty much on my counter next to my sink all the time. The legs on one end prop it up so the water drains well and the spigot works great too! It looks so clean and contemporary on my counter, I am so glad I purchased this. Very pleased with my purchase and AWESOME customer service by Oxo!! Thank you!!

Ok, I haven't had a dishwasher in over ten years, and I cook A LOT, so I've always been super picky about dish drying racks. I have never found one that I love as much as this one! It's huge! The little drain spout works! I can fit so many utensils and silverware pieces in each of the removable holders! The plate holder folds down so I can fit a ton of mugs or bowls, or just big bulky items! Sorry for all the exclamation points, but this thing is just that exciting. There are two very slight drawbacks. It can take just a bit longer to dry items that aren't propped up a wee bit at the very bottom of the rack, but what with how spacious the rack is, this has never been a problem. This also was pretty expected considering it's not a wire metal rack so air doesn't move around so well. Which brings me to the other drawback-- I wash this rack much more frequently than I did my old Rubbermaid wire rack (every other day), just so I don't worry about germs or bacteria growing. I don't really think this is a drawback per se-- I bet this is much cleaner than my old one, but it's something to keep in mind. I do NOT regret this purchase, not even a little bit! :)

If you even care the slightest bit about that stuff that never really goes in the DW, or just the hand washables you might use several times a day, etc., you need this. It's funny to write a review about a kitchen item, but this one bangs. Not to over-repeat, but you can actually fold up the back feet to drain 'down', and fold/unfold every little thing to not only save space, but dry efficiently. I've never had a better glass (glasses) drainer, nor better silverware caddies. Yes, caddies; two. I leave mine out, but yeah, it really is super easy to either fold either up into the smaller space of the unit, and put away either permanently, or even just for you'all tiny house and/or NYC apartment dwellers use when needed. That's the true beauty of this whole unit. My personal favorite feature is THE PLUG. I keep it closed and then open to drain into the sink after a wash' worth; it somehow reminds me of my swimming bathtub aquaman from kidville...just a cool feature, and efficient. Get one.

I read many reviews for dish racks before purchasing this one. Get THIS dish rack! It's awesome, stylish, versatile, and roomy. It has a slope and drains well. It doesn't take up too much space! No RUSTING! Ample space for silverware, and the sections have holes in the bottom for drainage!!! The slots for plates fold down in case you have lots of bowls so you can utilize space better! I LOVE it. :)

I very rarely absolutely love any product. But this dish rack is awesome and worth every penny. I can pack this rack with so much stuff it's amazing. It is classy and modern looking too. Best buy ever and highly recommend it.

This dish rack is THE BOMB! I've had mine for about a month. I love being able to fold it up and easily store it under the sink vs the old wire rack w/the flimsy drip tray. I have a dishwasher so I don't use this daily. I use this a few times a week when I'm cooking larger meals. I set it up on the counter where I can wash dishes as I go and have them start the drying process. If you open the spout and tilt it slightly, the water drains out into the sink. If you don't want it draining, you can leave the spout closed. This hold a large amount of dishes. When you're finished with it, it's easy to dry and put away. Because it's only pulled out when you're using it vs the wire rack w/the drain tray (wish are a pain to store so I always left mine out), it doesn't collect dust or get "slimy". This is DEFINITELY worth the investment - I LOVE IT!

I bought this because the other dish rack I had from a big box store had become quite gross and impossible to clean (it had a plastic bottom with a wire rack glued to it, making it difficult to thoroughly clean. And no one wants to put clean dishes on a gross looking dish rack. This one is very easy to clean and looks nice by the sink too. I will say the old wire dish rack I had was better at stacking dishes because of all the grooves created by the wire. This one doesn't have those grooves so I'm able to use it less efficiently--even with the raised rack for dishes and the cup holder area (which by the way only hold a total of four cups--two prongs per cup). That said, if you're just washing dishes for yourself or for yourself and someone else, I don't think it's an issue. If you're hoping to efficiently stack as many dishes as possible on this, look somewhere else. For my purposes, it works perfectly.

This is perfect for our small apartment. I was dreading living without a dishwasher for the first time in over 10 years, but this makes hand-washing pretty easy. It folds up and stores easily under our sink. Great for when you are on kitchen duty and don't have someone designated to dry for you. Easily holds 4 dinner plates, drinking glasses, silverware and small odds and ends. For larger cooking projects, you have to do 2 shifts. .one for cookware and 1 for dinnerware.. . but still great!

There is no way to say anything bad about this dish drainer. I read all the reviews before I purchased it, read all the product info, examined the picture closely, measured my space, and hoped for 99% great. It is, in fact, 100% great! Everything the reviews say is true. Two important points: I do have it sitting on one of those absorbent foam kitchen counter mats, but the drainer itself does NOT leak. We found the reason water is pooling on the counter under the drain end is because as we lift the wet dishes from the sink into the drainer, water falls off the wet dishes and our hands down the front wall of the drainer and pools on the counter. There's no way they could have made this better to prevent that - it's just unavoidable. So, we're happy with the foam mat underneath, but we may switch to one of those old-school plastic drain-edge trays that's designed to sit under the old-school drain racks. But other than that, this thing is extremely usable and extremely attractive.
