Love them!!!

Used this for a Bjork concert at the Carnegie Hall NY. I was in the second tier (kind of far) and I was able to see her face and her cool costume details, with this Binoculars! They work perfectly and they are very fashionable and cute.

Stylish and pretty

Stylish and pretty. I bought these for a Broadway show knowing our tickets were pretty far back. They worked great and so pretty. Like that they are like normal binoculars in that they don't have the little side handle like most opera glasses. Wish they made opera glasses in wide angle!

Gorgeous Opera Glasses!

Shipping: Super Fast ship to Hawaii! The seller was so kind and helped me get these glasses in time for my Opera this Friday after I discovered last week that my old pair had lost a lens. Thank you so much for all your help!! Product Review: These are GORGEOUS Opera Glasses and they work perfectly for both my eyes. The metal chain is very pretty and functional. The box also contained very clear directions on how to use and adjust your glasses, a small cloth to clean your glasses, and a nice pleather pouch to put your glasses in. I have tested them and am extremely satisfied with the distance it covers. Don't make the mistake I first made, I tried to adjust them in my room. Silly me, I know! Unless you live in a palace your room isn't big enough to get the full effect, you will need to look outside your window and adjust it to far off objects to see if it works. You will still need to adjust them when you get to the theatre but my recommendation is only to check to see if they are working correctly, you wouldn't want to find out at the theatre that they are defective. I usually sit in the Orchestra seating but on occasion I sit in the balcony and I'm sure these will be well suited for both. I will try to write an update in a few months on their durability since I plan to use these for the entire 2015-2016 Opera Season. I'm sure I will have a better review in a few months, but by the looks of things they appear to be durable and ready for years of service!

Excellent product for going to long range events

Excellent product for going to long range events. A little on the heavy side (weight). Got up and personal with the characters in the opera to see facial expressions and costumes and we were in the back section! I bought 2 pairs of these for my husband and myself. We enjoyed them!!!!

A closer view

The opera glasses were given to a dear friend just before our trip to the upper balcony at the Lyric Opera. They were a huge success. The neck chain keeps the glasses available for instant use without fumbling. Several other attendees asked where we got the glasses. Answer: Amazon!

Just what the broadway lover ordered

As a Christmas present for my theater loving wife, I knew this item would not just satisfy our asthetic desires but far exceed them... What I didn't expect was the high quality of the build. The optics are beautiful right up to the very edge. The field of vision is extremely wide meaning your whole eye is engaged instead of feeling like you're looking through a paper tube. Even from our balcony seats, the magnification level is just right. It's easy to follow the action of the show, where the 8 times magnification binoculars these replaced allowed only close examination of a performers face and little more.
