Love Moon Cheese

These are delicious. I'm on a keto LCHF diet, and I cannot recommend these enough as a snack. They are tasty, easy to transport, and low to no carbs. The cheddar does has a carb, but the other two do not. If you want to add more crunch to your meals, or just snack, I would recommend trying these snacks. No complaints, only praise for Moon Cheese. I love these things

I love these things. I ran across mozzarella Moon Cheese at Starbucks ($6/bag) and thought it was yummy. Decided to see if Amazon had the product for cheaper- sure enough, Amazon comes through! Got the variety pack and tore into each pack to try all three flavors. I think the pepper jack was my favorite, then Gouda and finally the cheddar. They do have a bit of a "squeaky" texture, kind of like a cheese curd... But I love cheese curds, so I don't mind it. Very much enjoyed, and will be reordering again!

Buy only if you love amazingly delicious, cheesey, crunchy niblets of dairy heaven!!

Crack....absolute, delicious, tasty crack. I'm up to half a pack a day. Found these at Starbucks and gave them a try. Healthy crunchy alternative to chips etc that have a terrific cheesey, salty crunch that's almost guilt free. Thankfully Amazon lowered their prices to beat Starbucks and I ordered 9 bags. I've made myself swear that they will last 2 weeks.....riiiiight.

Out of This World (See what I did there, because MOON cheese?)

These chips are strange in a good way. When you pop them into your mouth, you're immediately bummed. "There isn't any flavor!" you proclaim. Then about two chomps in, you're punched in the fact with cheddar (or pepperjack, or gouda, or...). It's a shame they're so pricey - while I follow a fairly ketogenic diet, my thin buff husband does not and he mows through mine at a shocking pace, lol.

Give it a go - this stuff is good for no-refrigeration cheese!

Ok, this is a weird product, but worth it if you are doing any outdoor activity where you don't have refrigeration. I bought these as an experiment for an backpacking trip. I usually take cheese sticks for the first 3 days - after which, cheese really starts to separate, and be questionable (I still plan to experiment with some of the drier cheeses). But these things did the trick. Think Cheetos, in terms of texture - only much better in terms of flavor! These stuff is really enjoyable. I especially liked the Gouda. Based on the labels, these are nothing but 100% cheese, somehow puffed up like a crunch snack. I highly recommend them!

a dream come true for Ketogenic diet!

I am SO HAPPY to have stumbled across moon cheese!! I discovered the pepper jack and the cheddar at Starbucks while waiting for my order. I looked on Amazon and found there's additionally a Gouda flavor. Just received my order yesterday, and immediately reordered! All 3 flavors are so incredibly good! Just the thing for when I'm wanting something crunchy. Hope to keep having access to these!

OMG!!

So tasty!! Feels like I’m cheating on my Keto diet. Thought they would be like a Cheeto puff-but was surprisingly pleased-they are way more satisfying crunchy dense and full of flavor-that’s for the cheddar -I haven’t tried the other flavors yet. Wish they were cheaper , but they are 100% cheese.

Love these things. My wife and I are on Keto and these are great snacks compatible with it. Anyone on a low carb, high fat diet should try them. They're similar to cheese balls/puffs, just crunchier and without all the carbs! Also, they aren't loaded with preservatives and chemicals.

Great snack on LCHF

Rating the product not the price, and based on my opinion, not my wife's! My son and I love these. My wife and daughter don't care for them. You would think we were discussing the color of a dress on the Internet. Pepper jack is definitely the best. Gouda is more like string cheese and the cheddar is strong. Mixing the Gouda and cheddar together is pretty good. Bought more at Winco. First time in there was interesting. They only take cash. These were $3 there so I bought all the pepper jack they had. Good stuff.

Love love love

OMG I love these ! The gouda is my favorite.. tastes like a smooth, mild parmesan. We usually buy parm crisps but they are so sharp I don't enjoy them nearly as much as these babies! Cheddar tastes pretty good, even the Pepper Jack is good, but I don't fancy the spicy kick, so those go to my hubby. Cons - the darn bags are sooooo small. 2 oz goes quick! I wish they would offer mozzarella one as part of the variety pack. And they are still expensive for a small snack. Overall though they are great! I'll be buying more for sure.
