Best one yet

I've owned two other brands of frothers over 20 years and the Cafe Casa is by far the best frother I've owned. The dual speed feature is excellent and comes in handy for cooking or baking. Past frothers had speed differences that were unnoticeable. The Café Casa highest speed makes excellent whipped milk for a coffee or tea latte. The unit is sturdy and well-made. It definitely surpassed my expectations.

This is an amazing frother! I've used frothers my whole life and none of them are powerful enough. I had one that plugged into a wall and that was the only one with some kick behind it but I looked for one like it for years with no success. Boy am I glad to have found this one. With heavy DAILY use it has held up amazingly and the power behind this little guy is incomparable. Even though it is battery operated it lasts a long time as well so I'm not constantly changing batteries. I have to also mention that I had a little snafu with my first one after a year of use and I contacted the company by email and they responded immediately and sent me a new one free of charge and gladly. This is a great company and a great product. No need to look any further. IF this one eventually dies, I'll buy it again.

If you were in a boat speeding toward a dangerous waterfall, you could probably use this frother to propel you to the safety of the river bank. Very solid construction, very powerful motor (dual speed), definitely recommended. I bought this to replace the much cheaper Ikea frother. The Ikea does a decent job, but don't drop it on the floor, it will be an ex-frother. If I dropped this frother, it would probably dent the floor. One word of caution: I'm not kidding when I say this thing has a powerful motor - used incorrectly, you might find the froth-able beverage of your choice on your ceilings and walls.

Powerful frother and great customer service too

So handy. I originally purchased for frothing matcha. But have since found many more uses. A great little mixer and powerful. It's so easy to clean, too, so that makes it never a hesitation on my part to choose it to quickly use for mixing powders into my juices, frothing almond milk and much more. Very pleased. 12/10/2015 update: What great customer service!. Savannah at the company which sells these frothers even took time out of her weekend to phone me and set thing straight on the broken wands. Now I have replacements for the 2 frothers I had purchased and am merrily frothing away again. Thank you so much for being so responsive to your customers. I am re-upgrading to my original 5 star review (and if there were more stars to give, I would). 12/3/2015 update: Am downgrading my review from 5 star to 2 star - Unfortunately, the wand on this frother broke off from its black plastic casing. This is after only 6 months of light use (since I was away for 6 months after time of purchase during which I did not use this frother at all). I actually had bought a 2nd one of these for use at my other home I spend half the year at, so now am wondering if it is going to have a similar demise. Very sorry I bought these for such a limited time of use. Otherwise, loved it WHEN it worked.

I didn't think it would be much better than the other items we've used

I do vendor events, where I have several dispensers that have drinks to sample. We've done the spoons, beaters, whips, etc, to keep our products well mixed. When I ran across this item, I didn't think it would be much better than the other items we've used, but, I got it with hope that it would make our lives easier at shows, at least less messy. The first bonus was, it is battery operated, no need for electricity. The first time I used it, I was floored at it's mixing ability in not only the thin drinks, but the protein shakes! It was so fast, so quiet, no mess, and so easy to use. I thought I'd check to see how it fared in a comparison, between this and my usual blender, for mixing my protein shake, as well as throwing in a blender bottle. This item is not quite as great as the Ninja blender, but it's very close. I even use this in my blender bottle (instead of using the wire ball), when at shows. So far, we've done 5 shows and numerous mixing and remixing of the dispensers, and it's still surprisingly doing well on the same batteries I started with. I highly recommend this. I can't give an honest review on how it froths, I don't use it for that.

I wasn't getting the most out of this product at first, seems it was operator error. With a few suggestions and a little help from their customer service, and a change of batteries...it is working perfect. The ebook on frothing, recipes, and helpful tips got me on the right track. Nice frother!

After a few months of use the wand came off – kept trying to push it back on but no go – super frustrating! Contacted the company and they sent a replacement (with the issue solved). Haven't had any problems and that's after a decent amount of use. This is one of the strongest frothers I've found, and the power is still just as strong as day one (others I've tried usually start dying out after a while and no longer froth as well). Only thing I'd suggest is an optional finish that isn't as slippery, and/or making the switch easier to maneuver with one hand (esp if hand is at all damp) – tho it does loosen up a little over time. Changing the battery on these isn't much fun either. Anyway, that said, I'd totally buy it again if needed. And appreciate that they have great customer service!

Amazing Commitment to Quality and Support

I want to add more followup. I posted the comments below about 6 six months ago. Now, after 6 more months of using this frother (and giving another as a gift), I still love this frother. I have purchased several others to compare. There is no comparison in this price range. This is a wonderful product that produces wonderfully frothed milk with a high-quality "feeling" in your hand (the stainless steel construction rather than plastic). ------------------------ Earlier this morning, I posted the One Star review below. About an hour later, I received a call from the owner of "Idea Marketing Group". Seriously? THE OWNER of the company took the time to call me personally, on a SUNDAY? WOW! AMAZING attention to customer satisfaction! The owner expressed her personal apologies to me that I had experienced the problems I had with previous models of the frother. She expressed (empathetically) that they had, in fact, experienced some past problems with some of the product manufacturing runs. She assured me, with great confidence, that they have addressed the problems. And, she went to astounding effort to address my past dissatisfaction with the product (include sending me their latest model at their expense). There is no more wonderful a consumer experience that one can have than that of experiencing, first hand, a company's willingness to admit an isolated product manufacturing short-coming, and a willingness to bend over backwards to turn a customer from "very dissatisfied" to "very satisfied". Idea Marketing Group has done just that. And I know that from here on, when I'm looking for products on Amazon, I will first make sure to find out if Idea Marketing Group is the source for the product. If they are, that is where I will place my order. I have purchased 5 of these in the past year. Why, because when I first get them, I LOVE THEM. I love the feel of the quality of stainless steel and they work really great (16,000 RPM) at first. But the problem has been (at least for me), they keep breaking (they stop working altogether, or lose their RPM capability). The first couple of times this happened, I thought maybe I just got a lemon, and because I liked them so much, I simply replaced them. One of the 4 that I replaced was actually my breakage (I dropped it). But that leaves three that I replaced because they simply stopped working. My last one (4th replacement) I purchased only last January, and it now (only three months of use) it makes an unusual noise, and now no longer runs at the RPM speed it did and first. At $20 bucks a piece, I'm done. I've moved to a different brand (sadly, it's housing is plastic - wish me luck). By way, watch out. There are several of these items distributed under different manufacturer names. But when you look at the pictures, clearly they are all coming out of the same manufacturer line.

'The Real Deal'

Taking it out of its box and holding it in my hand, its weight made me think that it had come with the required batteries already inside. That turned out not to be the case! The Casa Casa without any batteries is already a hefty little piece of machinery, undoubtedly owing to its all-metal build and very powerful motor. I haven't made any exhaustive study of all the milk frothers on the world market, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if this one were actually the 'Mercedes' among the rest of them. It works powerfully and very quickly. Presto, frothed up milk! Not only that, but it will work equally well as a smoothie-maker and also as an egg-beater for making omelettes. Want to make your own mayonnaise? Quickly stir up the sauce on your stove? Mix milk powder and water in order to making milk without getting lumps? Or cocoa powder for making hot cocoa? Or soy sauce, some vinegar, a tablespoon of sugar and a bit of corn starch for a quick and easy sweet 'n sour sauce? The Casa Casa is a lot lighter and handier to use than getting out your relatively heavy wand mixer and having to plug it in first! It can always be left out on the counter, standing upright, just like in the photo. Cleaning it means just rinsing it under a running faucet. If you're in the market for a frother cum mixer for every and all light mixing chores, then the Casa Casa Deluxe Professional Milk Frother is the real deal!

Product description is otherwise identical. I'm looking into manual options to replace this." Of the original (such as mine), William Curtis wrote it could power a boat. I agree. Since then, the design has been amped up. Redesigned switch, thicker wand, better case --- details that may not matter to those purchasing now, except to say that for 3-star and lower reviews posted about the quality of the product as sold some time back don't seem to apply to the revised one now sold. What really impressed me was that within ONE hour of my 2-star post, I was contacted by Savannah of Idea Marketing, who, with no fuss and tons of Southern charm, sent me units to replaced the two I bought (1 as a gift for a friend). No fuss. No "just wrap it in zirconium and ship it back at your expense" nonsense. I received the new products within 2 days!!! Great, high-value frother with customer service that exceeds all one could imagine. Highly recommended! ps - I don't see how to get "verified purchase" activated, but I did indeed buy this on Amazon.com.
