Works great, you will not be disappointed!

Wow, it was easy to put together, but hurt my wrists a little because of my rheumatoid arthritis, which is what I got it for. I used hot water when I first started it like I had read. Within 3 minutes of sitting in it I was sweating. Stayed in it 10 minutes with my full body in it. The only thing that would make this better is if you could lay down in it. I didn't feel claustrophobic at all. I am 5'8". You just have to sit so that the steam doesn't hit you directly. I am really pleased with this purchase, and will recommend it to my friends!! This is a picture of the sweat dripping off of me after only 10 minutes. Its a great product!

Excellent purchase for me

Excellent purchase for me. I had a bad viral cold and purchased this to help get rid of toxins and it worked. I feel so refreshed after usage. Easy to assemble. It does get really hot but has vents to help release some of the heat if it gets overwhelming. I would rather have one with a remote for the temperature but oh well. I have it right in front of my tv with the remote. I would recommend this purchase for everyone.

Works like a Charm

This is a great sauna. I had a similar one, but infrared. Was worried about the radiation while nursing my daughter so I purchased this one. So glad I did. Been craving a deep sweat and this provides it in matter of minutes. Prefer it to the infrared mostly because I don’t have to worry about radiation, but also because the sweat and heat happens very quickly whereas the infrared takes almost half hour before anything happens. It’s easy to set up, and simply pull it apart to take down. Highly recommend.

This is my second purchase I love it so much

This is really a steam room and not a sauna which is a good thing. I loved my first purchase so much that when it got old I happily purchased this new one. It is really life changing I wish I had it during stressfull times in my high school years. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you buy some aromatherapy oils along with it. I use the sweet lemon grass oil with this and it gives my whole house a nice lemon smell. There are other oils as well but that is my favorite

Powerful & Convenient!!!

This product is absolutely awesome & I would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys the use of saunas for its various health benefits! I would also like to personally reference a fella named Jon who I assume is a sales rep over at Durherm(The makers of this product) he followed up with me upon the arrival of my sauna and he also shipped out two pieces(free of charge I add) that I needed to assemble the sauna because I had accidentally broke them while trying to put It together, but again he resolved the issue for me very promptly! Being in a rush I ignored the directions of how to assemble It properly, I actually just discovered today that there are directions plain and clear in the manual telling you which pieces go where(because they are all labeled by letters) so to anyone who will read this review please refer to that manual, It will save you much time and frustration! Anyway I just used It for the first time and it’s great! It takes about 15 minutes to heat, but according to other buyers, it’ll heat quicker if you use pre-heated or warm water. I watched a video review through YouTube and the woman mentioned using clean filtered water, so I followed that by using water from the refrigerator/filter line. The sauna does get very hot and you will sweat very very much. I personally like to submerge my entire body within the sauna to get the full body experience, I’m 5’11 and a little over 200 pounds, it’s not entirely comfortable, but for me it’s bearable, I just alternate between having my legs crossed and in a fetal position. I bought essential oils to use with It also to enhance the experience. This is a great alternative for me besides using the type of sauna a gym offers with the heated rocks, it’s also probably a better option than using a infrared portable sauna because of the radiation, so get this! You won’t be disappointed! Lastly make sure you are hydrated before using this!!!

Second sauna

Previous one lasted 1 1/2 years. Not bad for the price. Used it a lot. My daughter's functional doctor wants her to do this type of sauna. Lots of toxins can be sweated out. I dry brush, massage coconut oil, and then do a cold shower after sauna. Feels really goos.

Great buy, great product

I was very hesitant to get this cheesy looking 'sauna', and at such price, didn't think it would meet my needs. But thought I'd give it a try since it's so cheap.. I am pleaseantly surprised that this sauna really does work.. it is great for wellness, promoting body circulation, I can only sit in it for 15 minutes and now I'm addicted to it.. it helps me to sleep well and relax.. don't hesitate to buy!

Great for fascia blasting

I use this to heat up for fascia blasting and it works like a charm. I actually just get in and sit on the floor. That way my face and neck get the benefit as well. It takes about 20 minutes for it to really heat up but boy does it get hot in there. I think this works really well and it was a great price for one of these little saunas. I always feel better afterwards too!

Awesome for the price!

Very happy with the steam sauna. I've had it a month and use it twice a day. It's an awesome way to unwind at the start and end of the day. For the low price, worth every penny. Easy to put together, parts are labeled with alpha stickers so you can just look at the picture and assemble it in about 15 minutes. Great price. Hard to believe other vendors charge so much more than this. For a daily steam, I think it's worth paying $100-120 for a unit. But for the vendors charging twice as much as that for the same unit? Probably not. This vendor shipped the unit right away and it was packaged well. Generates a really good amount of steam for it's size and gets a lot hotter than I had expected it to. Frame is a little flimsy, but works for me. I don't move it around my house much. I'm 5'10" and I fit in it fine. It's a little tight, but not claustrophobic since your head sticks out the hole in the top. Buy your own chair. I put a double towel over the chair to protect my backside from getting burned because it getw very hot where the steam comes out. Water fill line on generator is not clearly marked, so takes a few tries to know how full to fill it so it lasts. Takes 10-15 minutes to heat up. If you wait 20 minutes, it's perfect. Tubing from the steam generator to tent is short, but you can buy longer tubing at a hardware store. Stays dry outside (as long as you wipe the inside down regularly). PVC pipes comprising the frame are hollow, so you'll need to wipe them dry regularly too -- water condenses on the inside of the PVC and collects in the bottom knuckle joints if you use it twice daily, which can lead to wet corners on the bottom of the tent if you don't keep an eye on it. I put a towel on the inside bottom of the floor and change that out every two days. I also unzip it and spray it down with Lysol once a week and wipe it and let it air dry after that. Center bar totally falls out of the socket -- but helps keep the tent in shape so just use it when your not inside. Orange/Tangerine essential oils will stain the inside of the steamer permanently. Bummer. But, It's plastic and much like a small rice cooker. To keep the unit clean, I run it with 50/50 water/vinegar about once a week because mineral deposits will get stuck on the heat disc at the bottom. After each session, I open the lid to let the unit dry about 15 minutes after it shuts off--be careful about opening it sooner because it's hot! Like everything, it's a little maintenance but for the reasonable price and convenience of having a steam room at home, not troublesome. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Ok, so I never EVERY leave product reviews, because honestly, who has the time? But I HAD to leave one regarding this product. Short and sweet and to the point I will be. It's Affordable! It takes no less than 25 minutes to put together. It takes 10 minutes to warm up. It works.... I mean REALLY works people. Within minutes of sitting in this thing I was sweating my backside off. It was worth ever penny. And its easy to clean, just wipe down and keep it open to dry out. It does not come with a stool or topper for your head but just grab a small stool from home and stick your head inside for a few minutes and you are set. Seriously...buy this thing.
