These seem to be typical Pyrex measuring cups. Seem to be thick and well made. I didn't realize how much I liked the handles until I got a glass measuring cup with a handle that is more like a mug.... it doesn't stack well in your cabinet. However, these three stack perfectly well because of the open ended handle. I had read reviews about Pyrex quality not being what it used to be when heated in the microwave and possibly breaking, however, we have not had that happen so far (although we have only had them a few days). I also did not realize how much I would appreciate the red lettering until I got another mug with green lettering which is not nearly as easy to be read as the red lettering. I believe I chose the best set.

I swear my grandparents have pyrex products that are decades old and still look like new. Several years ago I tried to save a buck by buying a non-pyrex product. Fast forward...I finally gave up after having to struggle to read the disappearing lines and bought a multipack. One thing I will say is there is 1 large cup in here that is massive. I would have bought one size down if I had known it came that large. We'll never use it. The other 3 sizes will work great. Very happy to have these in my kitchen again.

I call this a bowl because it's a pretty huge measuring cup, functioning as both that and a mixing bowl. Best of all, it goes in the microwave. My main goal in buying this cup was to have something to measure milk and also heat it when starting yogurt. Most vessels this size are too tall to fit in the microwave or metal or plastic, and/or unmarked which made my yogurt prep more complicated than I wanted. I was moving the milk from one container to another and I knew the process could be easier if I just had the right vessel. This wonderful big cup has met my needs completely. I like the straight'ish sides which means the cup has a large base and won't be tipping. The other feature that makes this the cup of choice is that the handle is open at the bottom (doesn't attach to the bowl). The handle is very sturdy but because it's open, the bowl is easier to store. It can be nested with other bowls and pots in the cupboard. The red measurements are very easy to see for right or left-handers. Although I haven't used the lid yet, it is nice to have the several available options. It fits snugly so the contents can be sealed in there securely. The lid can be put on the cup so that it is closed completely or so that the contents can be poured openly or poured through either strainer holes or slots so as to hold back ice or whatever. You have to remove the lid and reinstall it in the position of choice rather than turning it once on, but it holds quite well due to the flexible silicon-like edge that fits into the cup. Since the lid is not domed, it is also easy to store when not needed. I put mine in the drawer that holds my other lids. I anticipate using this bowl with the lid to make sun tea among other things. I'm very satisfied with the purchase and would buy again.

Ok, they are heavy-duty glass measuring cups and they do a stand up job at measuring ingredients. There are two aspects that differentiated these from some others that I have had: (1) The handle provides a leverage point to place your thumb on, maintaining a firm grip while pouring; (2) I like the cool aqua-green rim when you look directly into the cup. (Pardon me while I'm having a retro moment thinking about when people used to have glass tables.)

I learned about pyrex in Chemistry class. Ever since I have been using pyrex. I noticed this deal on four pyrex cups. These cups are virtually unbreakable. I do have some at home already as I have been using them ever since Chemistry class. We have tiled floors in the kitchen. I do not know if it was luck, but my wife has dropped our cup several times without it breaking. She is a bit clumsy, but do not tell her I said that because I will say it is a lie. But they are great with high and low temperatures. They withstand boiling water and freezing in the freezer. I bought these but one cup is basically 20 dollars. I could not pass up the offer of getting (4) four cups in various sizes for such a low price. They are real pyrex. My wife was delighted, because she usually breaks measuring cups and regular cups. I am going to buy another set. I recommend this set. It is very well worth the price. They are easy to clean. I love them.

After our dishwasher destroyed several measuring cups (we haven't figured out the temperature stuff in the new house just yet), I wanted to replace some of our nicer pieces. This set seemed to have the right variety of measuring cups for our needs. The bigger one is great to reduce on dishes that we need to clean since it can be used as a mixing bowl too. The measurements are clear and easy to use as opposed to an Ikea version we bought a while back that has transparent lettering against a transparent plastic. They are glass so there is a little heft to them, but that's what we wanted. Afterall, it's Pyrex so you kind of know what the great quality you're getting.

I haven't had the chance to use these much yet, but they look nice and seem to be well-made. I bought them because I needed a new 1-cup measuring cup after donating mine to our camper, and because we use our 2-cup measuring cups all the time an they're usually in the dishwasher. Plus, the writing on my old ones has become barely readable. usually The smaller 3 measuring cups fit into each other, but because of the handles, they don't fit together into the big 8-cup measuring cup and take up more counter and cupboard space. I can't wait to use that big 8-cup measuring cup! It'll be great for all sorts of batters!I I wish they came with matching lids. That would have been perfect, especially for the 4-cup and 8-cup sizes. This whole set was cheaper than a set of lids for the 4-cup and 8-cup measuring cups.

Classic Pyrex. You cannot go wrong. IT is great getting 3 measuring cups in one package. They come packaged together in one box safe and sound with excellent packaging materials. All cardboard and no Styrofoam. Makes it great to keep them in the box if you have to move. They are of course dishwasher safe which was important to me. Pyrex has been proven over time and these are the best and most sturdy glass measuring cups.

Good quality product and good price. The glass is heavy, without any defects and the markings are all very high quality. The 4-cup measuring cup is way too big. I can't imagine ever using it. This isn't the fault of the manufacturer or the seller. It's just my lack of imagination I guess. The measuring cups are larger than the sizes marked. I am able to get in at least 1 ⅓ cup into the 1 cup and over 2.5 cups into 2 cup.

Nice and sturdy. Very strong, thick, reliable glass measuring cups that work well as mixing bowls. All of these measuring cups surprised me by their large size. I could eat large bowls of cereal and ice cream out of these. With room to spare. Pyrex seems pretty good and dependable. I liked the price and the reviews. I'm glad I chose this set of glass measuring/mixing/pouring cups for my DIY skincare products. They are versatile, useful glass measuring cups/bowls that are helpful in various recipes and I've even eaten cereal and soup out of them! I wish the spout was a little bit longer for more precise pouring. But overall they've always come in handy.
