Bought this for my dog when she decided it was great fun to tear apart anything made of paper when we were not home. This thing is HUUUGE. Just be aware, I didn't realize how big it was even by looking at the measurements. But for us, the big size is a good thing. When we crate the dog, she has room to stand and move around a little bit. Her beanbag bed fits in perfect and she has room to not be on the bed if she wants as well. The set up is amazingly easy, and it comes down just as simply. The latches can be a pain sometimes, because they get caught up in the bars of the kennel, but it's not enough to for me to remove stars. I like this enough that I've also recommended it to several other people, as the price is amazing, especially compared to pet store prices.

We purchased this for our rescue pup after going to PetsMart and seeing the ridiculous prices. Our dog (we believe) is a standard schnauzer/poodle mix and fits very well in this crate. She has those long poodle legs, so she has bonked her head walking into it a couple times but she can sit/stand/lay perfectly comfortably in this crate. She is about 35 pounds for those looking for a size comparison. The latches are a little more finicky than what I am used to. You have to turn them up and then slide them over and then turn them back down. Not a huge inconvenience, but a little different to get used to. Also, sometimes the latches get slightly stuck and you have to jiggle them a little bit. It is a lot lighter than I expected, so traveling with it is a breeze. It was super simple to set up. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot believe that I was able to find full-size crate for my German Shepherd at this price. I was going to look on craigslist for a used but my son-in-law said that sometimes dogs will react negatively to the smell of a previous dog. But I didn’t think I’d be able to afford a brand new one. I expected to pay $50 just for shipping. So straight away the price was unbelievable. And —The quality is good, the way that it collapses and opens up and locks into place is flawless. My dog is full-grown, so I didn’t need the wire wall that would expand and contract the space, but it’s a great extra. I was also surprised that it has two doors, One on the short side and one on the long side. Very well-designed. We did not originally crate train our dogs, because I thought it would cost me $4-500 to have two crates, one at home aand one at work. But now, we’re going to get a puppy, and I will order two of these, and this pup will be one well crate-trained puppy. Thanks for making this quality available at that price, although I’m certainly surprised that you did.

I bought 2 of these crates for my Golden Retriever and German Shepherd puppies. I was able to crate the two of them together (they bonded once they met at 6 and 8 weeks old and wanted to be together in the same crate) for quite a while due to the size of the crates. Once they got to the size where they were a little crowded, I started putting them in their own crate, right next to each other. These crates are very durable and nicely put together. I like the top opening, especially for putting in their blankets - no squatting down to put them in the front door. My puppies are now 9 and 10 months old and they still have quite a lot of room in these crates and I expect to use them for quite a while yet without restricting them from moving around. They even crawl in together sometimes and cuddle during the day when the doors are open and they still can stretch out. Since all sides are open this makes it great for your pets to be able to see all around. They are also very easy to assemble and dissassemble, which saves a lot of time. The only negative I would give is the packaging. I think the corrugated packaging they come in should be a lot stronger, since I had little holes in the package when it arrived, but this does not take away from the quality of the product. I would recommend this crate to anyone who wants a quality product for a great price.

This is a basic dog crate. Was reasonably priced, good quality and easy to use. The amazing part was after I had the crate almost 6 months. My 65# dog stepped inside the crate and the front right corner cracked off- my dog didn’t step anywhere near. The crate had been inside- not in the sun or near heat, has not been collapsed and is used maybe once a week for a few hours. I contacted the company to explain the issue. They asked for pictures to clarify - then they responded saying I would be receiving a new replacement base tray. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. I would absolutely do business with this company again and recommend to family and friends.

There are so many perks to this cage. 1. The size was great for our two terriers 2. The multiple options available for doors and access from the top 3. We can take the cages with us on a trip 4. Came with a handle 5. A metal bottom instead of plastic—huge plus We only had one glitch--which we fixed easily. One of the cages came with a bend in the metal frame and one of the latches was bent, too. The metal was flexible enough to fix this with no problem at all. Two dogs are enough right now. But if we got another dog, I would buy this cage again.

I have a few of these and just purchased another one to use outside for my inside cat to get some sun without getting in to trouble. I have one of these for my 100 pound lab, pit and does great in it. I do crate train all my animals when young so don't have issues with them breaking the crates. The secret is to train them when you are home and don't try to put them in a new crate for long periods of time without supervision. I have one of these for my cat when he needs a time out from being an evil, attack cat. It has a small cat perch, small litter box, hammock and some cat toys. Takes up some space, but for a safe place that he loves, it works wonders.

I got 2 Javanese puppies...and My dogs are 12lb each....i bought 2, but I fit them both in 1 when they don't want to be lone and separate when they are being too annoying. I have them downstairs for while I'm at work and they are sturdy enough for my tiny things even tho one of them is a profesional escapist he seems restrained enough on this crate. It's huge for them I'm sure it would fit a Big dog without issues even tho I would not trust it with an aggressive one because of the thinner bars Other than that no complains whatsoever Btw, my 12 yr old son gets in it to play with the dogs lmao yeah it's that big

Great price and size, I have two of these for my Rottweiler puppies that are now both over 100 pounds and they are great. I would not recommend these to someone just starting to crate train or for a dog that doesn’t like being in a crate. They are thinner then the once 3 to 4 times the cost. But if you have a dog or puppy that has been worked with and loves having their own spot this is the crate for you. I have not had any issues with either of the two I purchased and would buy again without question if I need to

I’ve been using it for a week. The Extra Large 48" might seem too big for my dog (a forty-pound black-mouth cur) but I wanted something open and comfortable. He overnights in the crate and stays in there sometimes when I’m gone for a couple hours. I adopted him from the Humane Society and training and control are important. He easily learned to enter the crate on command (okay, it took some cheese to get him going) and I’m so happy that he doesn’t see it as a punishment. It was easy to assemble. It is lightweight which was a plus for me. So far, no whining or barking. I think the open, airiness of it keeps him relaxed. Now, if I could figure out how to get the cats to like him.
