I want to speak for the functionality of this helmet as I think it deserves to be recognized. My 5-year-old needed a new helmet. She's always more concerned with the look over anything else... naturally. I have always been a little skeptical of these prettied-up products and wondered if this helmet could actually serve its purpose if called upon. The day it arrived at our door we put it to use. I took her out for a ride pulling her in a Burley. Right before we made it home I took a turn too sharply, causing the Burley to tip and ultimately land on top of her and drag her across the concrete before coming to a stop. You can imagine her screaming in fear and the horrible feeling that initially comes before assessing the damage. Fortunately it was minimal. A few scrapes was all she had. The helmet was definitely put to the test. It suffered the worst of the impact. Not only did it save her from head trauma, the material held up. Even the tiara that is fixed to the top stayed put. I couldn't be happier with this product. I hope this review will help put your mind at ease if you question the safety factor as I did.

We love it BUT....

So I measured my 3 year old daughter's head and her measurements fit the size range for the 5 years and up size. I got that size hoping it would fit and yet it is still a bit big! I tightened up the straps and it still slides around on her head. The actual helmet itself is super cute, the tiara was intact unlike what many others received and she loves it. I'll probably have her wear a beanie underneath to help it fit better until she grows a little bit.

Simply adorable!!

When I first saw these helmets, I thought they were the tackiest, most hideous helmets I ever saw. But as soon as my daughter saw this one she would not consider any other helmet. Even though I didn't want to buy it, I decided to let her choose this one. When it arrived and I put it on her head I was so glad I bought it! It is simply adorable and my daughter gets so many compliments wearing it. My daughter also loves it and wears it for long periods of time even after she is done riding her bike. The helmet is high-quality and the straps fit well and look neat, not too long and cluttered like other bike helmets I've purchased. The only disappointment is that I was sent the wrong size. I ordered the 3 year old size for my 3 year old, and they sent the 5 year old size. It fit my daughter OK though, loose but still safe so I kept it anyway. In fact I loved it so much, I bought my son the shark Raskullz helmet! Simply adorable helmets....

Great Helmet with Easy Adjust

Loved this helmet for my 4yr old daughter. It is easy to adjust the straps. Fits her head well and has supportive cushioning on the inside. Not sure how long the ears will hold up as they are foam, but for now they look great and she loves her Kitty helmet great buy in any mom’s book! I would recommend this helmet and buy again if needed.

So cute, and most importantly, my daughter LOVES wearing it!

When I started searching for a helmet for my 3 year old to go with her new scooter, I knew getting one that would be visually appealing to her would help with her compliance in wearing it. I underestimated how much she would love this helmet! No fussing over putting it on, and she’s normally not a fan of hats or any kind of head gear. I recommend trying helmets on for size in person. We didn’t find this style(the kitty) in stores, but were able to confirm the fit with another pattern from this brand. She just turned 3 but is wearing a 5-8 size helmet as she’s always had a 90+ percentile head. Even with measuring at home, I don’t know that I would have selected correctly. My one complaint is that the tiara isn’t attached in a very substantial way. The center of ours had already detached from the helmet, but is still attached on either side. As it is one of the major design features, it is disappointing it’s not more durable.

Cute and functional

Adorable! I ordered this for my 4yo to go along with her new bike. We got the helmet before her bike and she proudly wore it around the house for days. She was a little nervous about learning to ride a bike, but she LOVES the helmet. It has been dropped on the hard floor many times and all the accessories (crown, ears, etc) are still firmly attached and no marks on the helmet. Very pleased with the quality!

So cute she’ll ask to wear it!

My daughter wanted a helmet with a cat on top and this princess cat helmet fit the bill! She gets many compliments when we ride bikes at the park and I feel good that it is keeping her safe at the same time! She never complains about wearing a helmet because she loves this one so much.

My Bobcat Loves her Helmet!

Awesome helmet. Brought it for my 6yr old (who we had nick name Bobcat) and she absolutely LOVE it. Here's a pic on of her on her scooter! It's so cute and perfect with the crown--any girly girl would LOVE this helmet!!

My Daughter Loves It

My daughter loves this. I've read other reviews that had problems with crown coming off...but I haven't had this issue yet. My daughter wears it everywhere....be it riding a bike, eating a bowl of cereal, or getting ready for bed. She is 5 and tells me to look at her beautiful princess cat. It fits well, and seems to be safe based on my quick inspection. If you have a little one that loves cats and princesses, they'll love this helmet.

Cute

It was very cute but online it said 3+ and when we received it, it said 3-5 so it wasn't what we needed as my child is 5 and it was a bit too snug so we sent it back but the look is really cute!
