I received the IPAD AIR quickly. The unit was in pristine condition. I bought this for my wife, replacing an Ipad 2. Cannot say enough about this unit. Being a refurbished unit you would never know. I would definitely buy again. Warranty is the same as a new unit. You cannot go wrong. I also purchased 2 year spills and drop warranty. She loves it. beautiful screen and what can I say it's an apple.

For me A great buy ...

The tablet I received has worked perfectly since opening the box and turning it on. I signed right in to my Apple ID w/no issue's, the display is beautiful, IOS 12 update popped up as soon as I checked for updates, no scratches or dings anywhere on the front of this tablet. There are a coupe hairline scratches across the back of the tablet - but buying a refurbished unit, I knew it was not going to be perfect. I am very impressed and pleased with this purchase. If I had to fault this item for anything, the power cord and adaptor included are not Apple brand. (Which I also knew might happen) I do see myself purchasing a lighting cord as the one provided does take awhile to charge the unit. Other than that, a great purchase that saved me a couple hundred $$'s.

I'm so happy with this purchase

I'm writing this review because I had a very poor experience buying the same item from a very reputable seller on eBay, that was disappointing. I received that iPad and it wouldn't hold a charge. It would die 3 minutes after it was unplugged. Very disheartening. So I decided to research Amazon and came across this seller and the same iPad I had purchased from eBay. The one I received from the Amazon seller works impeccably. It is as good as brand new. I was worried so I gave it some time before reviewing it, but it has been great on every level. It came with an actual apple charger, unlike the other one. It came in excellent physical condition. Perfect really. But the most important thing is it works great. It keeps a normal charge, no problems whatsoever with the battery or charging. Just pleased all the way around. Thank you for providing a reputable product. I received it quickly and it was packaged nicely. I highly recommend this seller. With this purchase and how smoothy and perfectly our device has worked, I would never again try to dissect eBay buyers. I would come back here. So thanks for providing great customer service and product. Can't ask for anything more.

I am happy to report that I received a beautiful

I was nervous about the condition this would arrive in due to some of the negative reviews. However, I am happy to report that I received a beautiful, fully functioning device in essentially perfect condition. No visible scratches or dings. It didn't have the original Apple packaging, but in almost every other way it is like new at a fraction of the cost of a new device. A great buy!

Exactly like a new iPad Air 2

I got this for college to supplement my laptop while I'm in class. I got the chance to use one for a semester that was provided by the school, but it was the much older iPad 3 and I really loved how easy it was to use since I'm not really savvy with iOS products. The experience convinced me to get my own, but of course the price was pretty high compared to other tablets available, but if you want the iOS platform you have very little choice. I priced both new and used models from several online sources including directly from Apple and found this iPad Air 2 factory refurbished model at a pretty competitive price here on Amazon. I'm quite familiar with factory refurbished items as most manufacturers offer similar deals on electronics so that wasn't a real issue. In fact, that was exactly what I was looking for to get a better price for a factory warranted product that is for all intents a purpose is a brand new device. I came in a factory sealed box with all new accessories just like a new item would. Its much lighter than the iPad 3 I was using before and the quality is second to none for fit, finish, and performance. If you are in the market for an iPad and don't have to have the latest and greatest model out there then this is a very viable option to get one at a deeply discounted price. I've had mine for an entire semester and I use it constantly everyday for hours at a time and I have never had an issue at all.

I love my ipad. Thank you so much. It works great. Looks and feels brand new. Very fast. Pictures are beautiful. I can now down load my photos from my Nikon 7100 using WiFi and the Same with my go pro. I bought one of these for my husband from my Apple account and I can not tell a difference. This is a real customer. update: I bought two more of these pads and they work great.. I have had no problems with the first one I purchased and this is why I bought two more as gifts.

Purchased For My Teen; Appears To Be Working Fine

My teenager had to have a tablet for school and we originally purchased a Windows 10 tablet (since the school computers use that OS) but found that Microsoft has not resolved all the hassles with "Family Safety" on those devices, therefore, we bought a used iPad. If you have worked with "Restrictions" on an iPhone, it works exactly the same on an iPad so, this met the need. So far, we have had it for about 2-3 weeks and it appears to be functioning fine. It had very minor scratches on the back of the case but the screen looked good and the buttons all functioned normally. My daughter uses it all day at school and at home to get homework assignments from the school website. We purchased a Supershieldz screen protector and an iPad keyboard/case for her and I would recommend both. (see my other reviews).

So far so good, no scratches or dents. It came 4 days early. Came in original Apple Packaging. The iPad was wrapped nicely in plastic, and the charger cord and box was wrapped nicely, I easily set up for the most recent IOS update (IOS 10.2). It looks like it's never been used. We'll see how things go in the next couple of months but I love it so far. Worth my money.

I will buy re-furbished from now on - These have been working great

I am very pleased with this reseller and I purchased 2 of the full sized Air 1. The price was very fair and the best I could find. I had an Air 2 that went beyond the usual screen/digitizer issues (I can fix those myself) - I paid almost 300 to have my Air 2 fixed, and it still can't hold a charge past 1 hr. So I paid close to what it's worth for nothing. Lesson learned, I will never do that again. Needless to say, I'm not willing to pay what I did for a new one, if they are that delicate. Apple needs to work on making them a bit more sturdy/robust. (I do have the otterbox defender case) - Though these are Air 1's, the only major difference might be a few of the newer apps (like fortnite), It doesn't seem to be compatible with that game, but the Air 1 is still good enough for mostly everything else. Just remember that it's an Air 1 when you go to buy the defender case for it, b/c the Air 1 case and Air 2 case are slightly different, but different enough to make an Air 2 case unusable with an Air 1. (Personally I feel that's stupid in itself, but I won't get on a soapbox over it) The 2 I purchased have been put through the test (with my kids using them daily) and they work fantastic. The screens are great, they hold a charge, they are fast, & everything works as it should. They don't come with the original Apple box or charger, but this is a refurbished item for a mere fraction of the price. I'm not going to balk of such minor things (in my opinion) - I am happy to have these for the great price!! (I waited a few months before writing the review to see if these were solid. Mine are very solid)

Wonderful Tablet

There came a insert with the IPad asking for an honest review. So tha'st what I will give! 1) It came on date was given. Great delivery and boxing! (Box was white, not the apple box itself) 2) Opened the box and the IPad had a foam protector over the screen and well tucked into cardboard inlay.Removed and found no scratches or marks on screen or unit itself. 3) Charger was there and nothing visually wrong with it. Matched with IPad perfectly. 4) I took out and pushed the power button and it started up with 45% power on it, which was cool. I was able to use my IPhone 5s to link up to it right away! 5) Following the on screen directions it walked me threw the whole setup process and had no problem at all.Kept my IPhone close by as certain steps it helps to have it there, since it refers back to the phone for a reply at times. 6) I added my apps no problems and was really pleased with how clear the screen was and the speed it has for doing things. Even viewing u-tube on it was a breeze for it. Installed my screen protector (Tempered Glass for IPad Air 9.7" by supershieldz) and my (Jetech IPad Air Case Wake Feature Black) 7) I am charging this IPad right now and am having no problem with the charger or tablet. Everything working as it should. I have read the reviews before buying this myself, because I always value what you guys say about a product. And it does very much influence me in my purchases. I saw there were problems as well as good experiences, and looked like it was worth the try weighing everything out. My Personal and very honest opinion to anyone looking to get this, I am very happy with my whole purchase, and cannot see anything refurbished about this although it is. It appears new and works as new.
