Great amber necklace!!

I received this multi colored Baltic amber necklace a few days ago. I'm currently wearing it on my wrist (I have a small wrist) until my next little one arrives. I have had experience with these before so this is not my first one. This is a very nice amber necklace, it seems to be high quality and the necklace is assembled very well. There are knots in-between each amber bead so in case it breaks beads week not go everywhere. It's designed to break away when enough pressure is applied, however I'm not going to test that for obvious reasons. The clasp closes completely with no gap, which I have seen in other types of necklaces. It is very well made and screws together. The color of the amber is beautiful, it is unpolished which I'm told has more effect than the polished ones. I love the multi color. This is not too be chewed on!! It is to be worn only. I've seen other reviews speak about chewing on the necklace. It is not what this necklace is for. I definitely recommend buying this brand. I love the little bag the necklace comes in, it is packaged so well.

It really works!

I was one of those skeptic moms that thought that these necklaces weren't worth the money. I finally gave in and tried this one and I was happy to find I was totally wrong! My little guy has been teething since he was nearly 3 months old. Everything I put on him was soaked 10 minutes after I would get him dressed. He was gnawing on his high chair, and really, everything he could get his hands on. I had to do something. I finally broke down and bought one of these Amber Necklaces. I love that this particular one has raw beads and that they are an assortment of honey, lemon, and cherry amber stones. Each bead is knotted in place like a pearl necklace would be, so there's no worry of beads going everywhere if the necklace breaks, posing very little chocking hazard. This is a very short necklace and my kiddo never even realizes it's on him. The clasp is super easy, it is just a screw on clasp-similar to a barrel clasp-and is well hidden in the necklace. The beads closer to the clasp are smaller and as they get to the front of the necklace, they do increase in size a bit. All for aesthetics, I'm sure, but doesn't effect function at all. I have noticed a HUGE difference between the days I remember to put this on my kiddo and the days I forget. The days I forget, he is fussy, drooly, and just generally really unhappy and uncomfortable. When he is wearing this necklace, there is virtually no drool, and he enjoys his day considerably more! He's a happy boy! I don't put him to sleep at night with it on, just in case it could cause a problem, but for naps during the day, I don't bother taking it off. It's far too short to get tangled, but at night when I'm zonked out, I don't want to take any chances. I have seen where some people double it and use it as an anklet, but my kid chews on his toes, so that would cause a serious risk, in my opinion, so I wouldn't recommend that. This is definitely a high quality product and I can say that I am a believer now! I wish I had these when my older boys were teething!!

Very cute necklace, keeps drool at bay.

I wanted a new amber teething necklace for my 18 month old daughter because she out grew her old one. This Raw Baltic Amber Teething Necklace measures approximately 13" long. The ribbon is knotted in between each stone to minimize losing them in the even of breakage. It also has a very little bit of "give" to it. The stones are graduated. They are smaller at the clasp and gradually get bigger toward the center of the necklace. I like this feature because, unlike her old teething necklace, this necklace does not twist around as much. The stones are lovely colors and none are exactly the same. I prefer the more matted (raw) finish of this necklace as opposed to a high polished finish. My daughter doesn't even notice when it's on and we rarely ever take it off of her. I cannot exactly personally attest to it's pain relieving properties. However, it has significantly decreased the amount of drool, saving on clothing changes and the need for bibs. That in its self makes it worth having. **I was given this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

Highly recommend this company!!!

I purchased this for my 6 month old who drools constantly and has been more fussy than usual. Ever since we put them on, I've noticed a tremendous difference! So much, in fact, that my husband, the skeptic, asked if I could order a second one for my 2.5 year old who is close to cutting his 2 yr molars. I just put the order in today! Customer service is also great. I ordered and received an email a few days later to check in and let me know how to use them. I also got a follow up email asking if we had any questions or concerns. I appreciate a business who appreciates their customers.

Just what we need!

I really love this amber teething necklace! It arrived super quickly & looks just like the picture. I love that each bead is tied, so I'm not worried my little man will choke on it. It fits his neck nicely, or around his ankle as suggested! It feels like it's high quality & looks very nice.

I was skeptical in the beginning until I put it on my baby and she just less fussy and sleeps longer on the first day itself. I also notice she drools less. The non-polished beads are beautiful. At first I was hesitant to order the non-polished ones. But once I received it, the necklace is very beautiful. The natural color combination on this necklace is so pretty. I have small wrist (5'1 and 110lbs), I am able to wear it as a bracelet (double loops the necklace) and also as a necklace for myself when I gave my baby a break from wearing it (little snug though). Note: Few days after I received the necklace I received email from Baltic team for safety of the baby, we need to do sanity check of the necklace for any cracked, missing half or whole bead. After checking, I noticed that couple of beads either cracked missing half of the bead. I contacted Baltic team, sent them order ID and pictures of the cracked/missing bead. The team responded to me on the same day. After evaluate the necklace from the picture that I sent, they refunded me right away so I can buy a new one. I dont need to send them back the damaged necklace. This kind of customer service shows they are very honest and care our baby's safety and the quality of their product. Good job Baltic Wonder team.

Pretty Sure it Works

Pretty sure this works. I did both the salt water test and the acetone test and the amber passed both. I've had the necklace on my daughter for about 2 weeks now and she cut her first tooth. She is a little fussy but not nearly as bad as everyone said she would be. She also doesn't drool much. So far pretty happy with the purchase.

My son LOVES this necklace!!!

Our son has a horrible time with teething. He is cranky and irritated and not a pleasure to be around for anyone. Ever since we tried this Amber necklace, he has been doing awesome with teething. This is his 3rd set of Amber beads. A couple other anklets and necklaces were easy for him to pull off or cheaply made that he broke in a week. This is a sturdy necklace and it has a screw on closure so it's near impossible for him to take off. It's so cute on him and he loves it. He uses it as a personal chew toy and a comfort item when he sleeps. He likes to rub it when falling asleep! Absolutely the best product out there in Baltic Amber teething necklaces!

Proven Wrong

When I first got it I was a bit disappointed at the size, which I thought was too small. Turned out to be the perfect size! My son also started to scratch at his neck a few times and I was afraid I would have to contact the company and ask for a new one. The stones were only a bit more coarse than his previous necklace, so I assumed he was just not used to it. Turned out to be just fine as well and he has no issues with it. Lastly, he had gotten sick 2 days after starting to wear it, with the croup, and I felt let down in a way (again) that this would happen after how great I believe the stones help with immunity. Well, he surprisingly got over it so fast! My husband and I were amazed. All-in-all...love the amber necklace!!!!

I just received the necklace yesterday. But I ready reviews of the beads not being authentic. I did the saltwater test and they passed. My little guy is 3 months old. He hasn't been super fussy, but drooling like crazy and chewing on his hands nonstop. He's been a little bit more fidgety then his usual self. We put the necklace on him yesterday afternoon and he was noticeably more calm. He still has been drooling, but not as much. I think it can only get better with time! Also I warmed the beads under hot water before putting the necklace on to release the oils faster.
