I love these sign post kits

I love these sign post kits!!! When I started in real estate the instructor advised that I hire a post digger to put out my signs; warned me how difficult it would be to dig a hole in frozen winter soil. NO ONE SHOULD BE DOING THAT ANYMORE!!!! a $10.00 3-pound hammer will easily drive the 3/4" metal stake into the the most hardened frozen earth. The kit snaps together in less than 5 minutes and even provides thumb-screw fasteners for rider signs on top of the horizontal beam. Great high-end look! Great value for the money!

Clean and easy to assemble.

I like that it’s easy to assemble. Although it can easily be disassembled too... as long as the local pranksters don’t realize that, it’ll be fine. Hint. Do not try to glue on any of the end caps, not even the decorative top. Especially if you need to disassemble the post after selling the house and you need to get it back in your car. I haven’t installed it on a lawn yet.. I’ll keep you posted (no pun intended)

Light, Sturdy and Beautiful. Easy to Transport and Install.

The package comes with everything except the sign. Field assembly is simple. Just plant the spike into the soil by stepping on the side paddle, and put the vinyl post over it. Be aware that you will need to use a drill to secure the rider clips onto the arm. The metal hooks are thin but very strong. It takes a bit of effort to unlatch.

Good Quality Real Estate Sign

These are good signs! They were easy to put together and they seem durable. Bright white, very clean looking. The only complaint is the stabilizing flap on the stake could be stronger; when using on tough soil we tried stepping on it when constant pounding of the stake wasn't working and it bent. We eventually got it though and the signs are very stable.

I have received many compliments on this sign post! Very simple to assemble, place, and remove. Strong materials! I have zero complaints.

A Great Sign Post

This sign post was delivered on time and all parts were included, there was no damage, and it went together quickly. I tested it by leaving it up all day with my signs attached and it was sturdy and looks great. When I pushed it real hard a couple of times it did not lean or fall over and bounced right back into the upright position. The blue stake is much better than the other types. However, I do prefer to use zip ties instead of the clips to hang my signs (use two on each side for good measure). I am going to order more of these.

A+ sign, went together right out of the box. Took a philips screwdriver along to secure the rider mounts ahead of time. Getting the stake in the ground is much easier with a 5 pound sledge or heavier. Remember to pause every few taps to make sure it's vertical. Take along some thick (gray) double sided tape to help mitigate the intangibles of vinyl on the caps. They fit but need a little help braving the weather. Any drawbacks that may come up are a small price to pay for not putting a hole in a well manicured lawn.

Professional looking post!

Very professional looking, great height, lightweight and goes together quick. It may move a little in high winds as opposed to a wooden post and I would suggest a rubber mallet for stake installation. This will pay for itself in no time, it beats renting a post!

Worth Every Penny!

This sign post assembles VERY easily. The height is perfect! It sits higher than the “normal” real estate signs, so it really grabs attention. The construction is quality and substantial. I used this for a rental house and JUST using this sign, no other marketing, rented the house in two days.

Better than 5 star rating

I would have rated this product higher than 5 stars if they were available. My installation site was right in the middle of an area of ledge and the spike mounting mechanism provided exactly the answer to this problem. As my usage is of a permanent nature, I first primed and then painted the sign to match our property and then hung our sign.
