Helps my hot flashes

I put mine horizontally across my bed, so it's under my torso on both sides of the bed. When I have a hot flash, I just roll over to the cool side. It's a life saver and finally gave me a good night's rest. Per the other reviews, of course it will warm up after you are on it for a while... that's physics. But the side you are not on will cool down in a few minutes and give you relief the next time you have a flash. I had one pad that worked just as well but it had gel pockets that leaked. This one looks to be very durable.

I loved this pillow for cooling off... So much that I ordered TWO... I get overheated easily and I just slip this into a pillowcase and INSTANT relief...

great for night sweats

I wake up with my hair soaking wet because of the heat my body gives off, I have done so since I was a teenager. Finally now at 50+ yrs old I find this and it is amazing the difference. I no longer have to get out of bed to let my pillow dry out. I place these on my pillow in such a manner as they will be under my neck and it is awesome. I did however purchase 2 of them as they will become hot and reflect the heat back at you so when one gets hot I can replace it with the other and get quickly back to sleep, if I need to change it again through the night the first is cool again by the time I might need to. Also I suffer from migraines so I can place them so that when laying down one can be under my temple and the cooling effect is great for that. They do tend to get "wrinkly" after several uses and I have yet to find a way to work those wrinkles out but I have actually not found the wrinkles to make them uncomfortable to lay on. Just that when you look at it then it looks like ti might be uncomfortable lol We eventually plan to buy me a couple more of them to keep in the living room by my chair so that I can wrap one around a neck pillow to help keep me cooler in the summer in a house that has no air conditioning.

It really works!

I took a risk and ordered this product because every time my back heats up, I am in pain. Therefore, laying in bed with my husband was extremely difficult. Now, this cool (literally) thin pad has made all the difference. It doesn't stay cool for hours on end. But, I am able to make it several hours before I have to get up. And after a few minutes, it is cool again. Such a blessing for me! I haven't got a clue how it works, but it does! You don't have to refrigerate or freeze. I just keep it on the night stand until I go to bed.

I'm going through whole body hot flashes that last hours. I lay on half and switch to the other half about every 2 hours. I love it.

Great for cooling off in the middle of the night

This is great for when I get a bit too hot at night. I just bring it on the bed and it really helps me cool off. It stays cool for several hours.

Works better than expected.

I bought this to help with hot flashes that are getting worse as summer approaches. The first 3 nights I’ve had it ive been thrilled. The coolness lasts much longer than the pillow I have which I am constantly flipping over to fine a cool spot. I’ve actually been too cold at times which almost never happens to me.

Perfect for the hot sleeper

I bought this for my husband because he burns up at night. He loves this. He falls asleep on it and I don’t have to be under a freezing fan!
