My son’s first 6 weeks of life were incredibly difficult until a proper diagnosis was made. Unknowingly, I was unable to provide the nourishment he needed by breastfeeding, and the only way to feed him was by formula. He tried 3 other organic formulas, all of which constipated him. I came across kabrita after researching available goat milk formulas, and after switching our son Carl to kabrita at 2 months, his life turned around. Carl was in the 3rd weight percentile/10th for height. He is now in 40th for weight, and over 99th for height. He’s 8 months old and is in amazing physical health. Before solid foods at 6 months, we encountered very occasional constipation, which was remedied by adding an extra oz of water to the formula (6oz for 5 scoops). If you need/want to use formula, this is the best decision you can make for your baby. *Carl drinks about 30oz/day and we go through 4-5 cans a month (we’ve found that one large can lasts one week).

My newborn wasn't responding well to my breastmilk, even after diet changes.. We were left with a gassy baby with colic like symptoms who screamed for hours each day.. What's a parent to do? I reviewed several formulas while pregnant and none felt "right", this one was the only one I can give my child and actually feel good about. His poop even resembles breastmilk poop, which shows that the body is responding and using it better than it would cows milk formula.. People may discourage you from buying this bc it's marketed as toddler formula.. That's only bc of strict criteria from the FDA which is the biggest crock of our country (I'm a nurse-do the research).. And the fact that it's low in folic acid.. I was actually glad to read that, as my children and I all have a MTHFR mutation and supplement with methylated vitamins anyways:) good luck to you and your baby!!

I started this when my baby was about 14 months old. I am not a fan of Cows milk and my baby wasn't liking coconut or cashew milk. I started giving her a 5 oz bottle of Kabrita in the morning when she wakes up to help her not be as fussy and to slowly ween her from my breastmilk, she is now 18 months and it's definitely helping. I also feel good about her daily recommended calcium with this milk. It is such a fine powder it mixes so very well in your water. I will continue to buy this brand.

Love this formula! My pediatrician recommended it for my 7 week old because of her very sensitive tummy. The other sensitive formulas still hurt her stomach. This formula is gentle on her tummy and doesn’t cause those painful gas bubbles!

This is the best toddler formula we found as far as organic, non-gmo ingredients, and it's easily digestible. Our daughter couldn't tolerate soy and we didn't want to give her cow's milk, so this was a great alternative. Also, just a side note, the only reason it doesn't say "infant" formula is that it's still in the process of being FDA tested to meet those specific standards. However, according to a reputable hospital in our area (initials are J.H.), it has all the necessary ingredients and is comparable to other infant formulas as far as vitamins and minerals and is completely safe for infants. We've been using it since our daughter was 2 months old.

I ordered the formula monday night and recieved it wednesday at 2pm in great condition. I was eager to have my little one try a taste since he was ebf with some solids here and there. I have always been "anti-formula" but also never thought I'd have a supply issue either, never had an issue with my first. Anyway, needless to say he took to it so well and gave no looks of disappointment! It is now Saturday and he's had about 8oz/day of this formula and he has shown zero discomfort and no belly issues. Just a happy baby😁👌. My son is almost 10 months old and so I was looking for a formula that would be easy on his little tummy, isn't filled with crap ingredients, and closest to breastmilk as possible. It says Toddler 12mos+ but after ready some of the reviews, I was convinced it would be alright though, I am probably going to run it by his pediatrician just in case its missing something he needs at this age. However, he is still getting breastmilk at night and 1 feeding during day. Hope this helps 😊

My 9 m old has been exclusively breast fed, but has started to need some extra milk. I didn't want to give her something with corn syrup in it, which is what most formulas contain. Also I know that goats milk protein is more easily digested than cows milk protein and more closely resembles cows milk. I was so excited to find this. It says 12-24 m on the container, but since I'm just supplementing, I didn't see harm in giving it to her. She loves it! She only drinks about 3 oz of it a day at present, since she's getting everything else from me, but it's 3 oz that she needed. Thank you!

My son has been on formula since 1 month old and he hasn’t reacted well to any we’ve tried. His skin got really really bad and our pediatrician said it was a small milk allergy so we tried soy which made him concerningly sick so we went back to regular formula. Been using this for 4 days now and his skin is clearing great, we haven’t used gas meds in days, around his eyes are no longer red and he’s not constantly clawing at his face. I’m so happy to see him feeling so much better! Also if anyone is looking for it at a store I’ve only found it at sprouts but they only have the small container and it cost 21$ so it’s cheaper here for sure, we are just going there if we don’t have two days to wait for another.

When my son's pediatrician said "eczema is not something we treat, we just wait it out til age 1-2" I knew I was on my own. Even when i asked if it could possibly be his formula, she looked at me like I had antennas sticking out of my head and said "well yes, but we don't want to switch formulas - just to see how things transpire." don't know who this "we" is she keeps talking about. Any parent with an eczema baby knows how hard it is seeing your baby cry and scratch and be covered in scaley welts. I would cut off my right arm if it meant giving him a little bit more comfort! Of COURSE we want to treat our babies and of course we want to do our best to explore all options. After changing all forms of bedding, clothing and contact fabrics to super breathable hypoallergenic materials, after giving up hair spray, scented deodorant, and putting the most expensive air purifier in the house; and after using every $$$ eczema lotion 12+ times a day on his little body, because, according to the ped "eczema is just dry skin." I thought I was stuck watching my baby suffer. I'm not a medical professional. I don't have a fancy degree. I guess I just woke up and decided what the hey. I'm this boy's mother- I care about his welfare more than anyone possibly could. Why am I waiting on someone else to give me permission to do something for him? I ordered Kabrita. I was sooo worried. What if it hurts him? What if it makes him sick? What if I give him the wrong formula thats not even for his age (he was only 4 months and the only Kabrita available in the US is toddler formula) and what if something happens and I end up in cuffs for endangering my child because it was against the doctor's advice.. oh god the nonsense we worry about. I did my research and prayed and whipped up a bottle per the instructions. He GOBBLED it up like a champ! I mean, he realllly loved it. I can't say I'm too surprised... the Enfamil and Similac he'd been on before smelled pretty gnarly. Kabrita looks like milk, smells clean and pure. Now for the wow factor: Within 2 feedings his temples and neck were clear of red scales. Within a day, his trunk was down to just dry scales, no redness/inflammation. Within 3 days, he was completely rid of ALL redness and most of the dry patches. Babysaurus has been on Kabrita from age 4 months to now 5 months. His wheezing is gone. (never occurred to me before that his esophagus and mouth could have been irritated as well! Doc had said "some babies are just noisy breathers" smh) His red watery eyes are gone. He doesn't claw at his face anymore. He doesn't have weird poops and screaming painful gas pains anymore. Yes, he still has eczema. When he has a bath or after a car ride in the cold when I unbundle his layers of winter gear, he's irritated. But it's NOTHING like it was when he was on traditional cow's milk formula. His skin is 95% pure and clean. I am sooo glad i used my better judgment and tried Kabrita. My baby doesn't suffer anymore- and we didn't have to just "wait it out" til age 1-2. Oh & since he has just started solids - he loooooooves the kabrita yogurt pouches :) :) PLEASE- parents! If your baby is hurting do your research and try goat's milk formula. It could mean everything for your baby's health and comfort. *a couple notes- although the formula says "toddler 12-24 mos" according to their website there is minimal nutritional difference between this and the infant formulation. Basically, it's a red tape thing; toddler formula was OK'ed be sold here right away- infant formula has to be 'approved' by the FDA. Presumably when the government authorities and pediatricians like mine are done playing touch football with the infant kabrita cans, or floating little paper boats across a pool filled with goat milk or whatever other rigorous safety tests they do- the infant formula will become available in the U.S. as well. I mean, they're fine giving our babies crap from china and letting ANYTHING be fed to our toddlers without testing, but hey who am I to judge. I have found goat milk formula to be better for gas, tummy rumblings and spitup, yet more constipating. I've countered this by adding 1/2 tsp virgin organic coconut oil to each bottle helps with digestion as well as adding extra nutrition & fat for our under 12 month babies. Coconut oil is da bomb. It's nutrionally BOSS. I plan on still giving it to babysaurus when he's a tot. And a tween. And a teen. And at his college graduation. And someday as he pledges, on bended knee, his undying affections to some lovely young lady -There I will be; jumping out from behind a bush with a jar of EVCO for them both. No, coconut is NOT a tree nut therefore an allergen- it's a fruit. It's used topically as an anti-allergen so there. Dang near anyone can use it. My son is reaching milestones like a boss, growing strong and steady. He's a 22 lb beefcake at 5 months and can rip my hair out at the root with his killer grip. He can sit up, roll over, bear weight on his legs, etc. Healthwise, he is doing just peachy on this formula. Yes, I tried the homemade goatmilk formula with the Meyenberg powder and the 50 million steps. I found it to be a huge P.I.T.A. and also it seemed to make the boy super gassy and hangry all the time. Felt like something was missing. Ain't nobody got time for that. Kiddo is worth the $$$ and so is my time so I just buy Kabrita. Maybe if enough parents push for amazing products like these we can create the demand for them to get it on the shelves at more stores. Until then, I will continue to trek to Whole Foods and order it online. * No, I have not been paid by Kabrita U.S.A. or by Coconuts to write this. I'm just a very thankful momma.

I love this formula. My breastfed baby takes 3-5 bottles of this formula a week. She never complains or acts like it's any different from the breast. It agrees with her, doesn't cause any bowl changes whatsoever which leads me to believe it's pretty darn close to breast milk. I've supplemented before for my twins before she was born, and the similac, even just 1 Bottle a day would give them the smelliest toots and bms...NOT this brand. I LOVE knowing I have a back up plan should I not be able to nurse.
