Great toy.

Bought these for my 1 1/2 year old and she loves them! I put them in a pouch and they are easy to throw in the diaper bag to bring with us. Especially when we go out to eat as they keep her entertained at the table.

Great building toy

My five-year-olds not as interested as I would have hoped. But the idea is great. So when he gets a little more interested I'm sure he'll love them

HOURS of imaginative play with only two small sets!

Five-year-old grandson now has two of the very small sets, and amazes me constantly by how many things he can make with them, and the joy he has while playing. This little guy is incredibly inventive and relentlessly cheerful about everything he encounters so his effusive reaction may not be typical.

Great blocks!

My kids love these blocks. I was hesitant to purchase them because they are quite expensive for a few blocks, but we were traveling on a plane and I would have paid probably anything in the hopes of entertaining my kids and making the flight tolerable. These blocks are lots of fun - both my 18 month old and my 3 year old really love them. I now keep them in my diaper bag and use them as a special toy that we only pull out at restaurants when I'm feeling desperate to keep my kids from crawling under the table/throwing silverware at each other. I ended up purchasing another set so they could both have one. These were well worth their cost.

It's a favorite for him

We gave this as a gift to our one-year-old grandson. It's a favorite for him, and for the adults as well! Smooth, rounded blocks with magnets that attract and hold, but do not "snap" into place. I was concerned the magnetics might attract hard enough to pinch, but it isn't a problem. More, please!

Wonderful set for a range of ages!

I purchased two boxes of these blocks to use as a quiet STEM activity for my homeschooled children to do between lessons or when I am working with a sibling. We received them today and they have been playing with them for over an hour ever since. Some reviews made it seem like children were limited to what they could build with the eight pieces but my five year old has created a few versions of robots and animals. The magnets are stronger than I expected and have cute but subtle designs that can be used as eyes, body parts or details in creative play. I would buy a couple more sets but they seem to be sold out. Hoping they restock soon!!

Quality Classics

We received our first Tegu product in a Citrus Lane Subscription box. It was just 4 triangle shaped pieces. They were great, and I wanted to try more without getting a huge set in case they lost their luster with my son, which tends to happen with kids. We ordered this set to go along with the 4 pieces we already had. The wood is lightweight and smooth. It is almost soft to the touch. The dyes used are non toxic. The magnets are safe since they are encased. This set is great. My son likes robots, so the Robo look on the side of these blocks added to the fun. He can rearrange them into various new robots. We stick these in a busy bag for church, and they keep him occupied most Sundays. We will most likely end up with more Tegu. The cost seems reasonable for a humanely produced toy made from quality materials. The only problem we have is that sometimes the poles of the magnets don't line up, so they do not attract. We are used to Magformers and don't have that problem with those. I would still recommend these and consider them a go to gift for preschoolers.

Great quality wood and magnets

Purchased these magnetic blocks to put on my desk at work to help with stress, but also for someone to be creative with and reduce idle hands when in my office. Great quality wood and magnets.

Fun toy for a restaurant

Love these toys! This is a great size for travel and because it's magnetic, you don't have to worry about the pieces spreading all over the place. My two and a half year old loves it!
