Great battery replacement for my Toshiba laptop!

The battery was delivered super quickly (next-day delivery); it came in a quality box with padding and sealed. The battery has the brand on it, it doesn't look cheap or fake and it included clear instructions. It fit the laptop perfectly and it started charging without problems. I followed the instructions and charged it to 100% before turning the laptop on; after that, I let it discharge down to 7% and then charge to 100% three times and it works great; my laptop is quite a power hog but I have no issues streaming movies and shows for 3 hours with both the display and HDMI output on.

Great Service, very fast

I purchased this for my Toshiba laptop. The battery from the factory indicated that it was not chargeable. After I received the new battery as well as a new charger and prepared to install, the battery from the factory was back at a 100%. I am going to keep this in reserve just in case something happens with that 1 in I can't use it anymore. Delivery was very prompt and free with Amazon prime.

As good as OEM Battery

After charging & discharging battery 3 times according to instructions I now have ~ 3 hours of battery life. We'll see how long that lasts but it's as it stands now it's as good as the original battery when new. Update: This battery failed within the 1 year warranty, eleven months to be exact. But to be honest I did leave it plugged in all the time after the break-in period. However, upon contacting DTK about their one year warranty they immediately sent a new battery to replace the bad one. In this day and age service like this is damn near extinct. Five stars+ for DTK!

I gave it five stars even though the first battery did not work at all. We wrote the company about that after 6 months and they did not ask too many questions. They sent us a new one without asking us to send back the old one. The new one worked right away! 4 months later still going strong :o)

Lifesaver!

This was a life saver...purchased for my Toshiba Satellite laptop C655D-S5300 and it works perfectly! ! I can now use my laptop without keeping it plugged in all the time! Saved me money in that I don't need to run out and buy a new laptop right away...I can shop around. Awesome deal and product!

Excellent customer service.

I bought 2 of this product for my father's Toshiba Satellite A665-SP6001M laptop and mine. It fits perfectly, and it gives me like 2 and a half hours of battery. I experimented some problems with one of the 2 batteries, but DTK contacted me and helps me solve the problem with a replacement, I think that gives them extra points for the effort. As an extra information, I live in Mexico and I had to use a forwarding method to acquire the products, everything perfect.

Good fit, 3-hour run on an old laptop

So far, so good. Ran an entire discharge cycle, recharged, and got almost 3 hours on this old Toshiba. Fit perfectly. I've used quite a few DTK batteries in refurbs we sell, and no one has complained yet.

Awesome battery replacement for a fraction of the price

This battery works just as promised. I've been using this for almost 1 week now without any issues. One fully charged battery lasts between 3-4 hours. I did the full 3 time discharge as they have suggested. I will be purchasing another one for a different laptop as it works so well.

not quite 100% perfect, but very close

The battery arrived on time and well packaged. Fits well in my Toshiba L755D laptop. not quite 100% perfect, but very close. Came with a 50% charge on the battery. Installed with no issues and charged up to full withing 1 hour. Followed the instructions for discharging the battery 3 times, took about 2 hours to fully recharge after being depleted to 10%. 3.5+ hours of battery usage time depending on applications. For the price you cannot beat this!
