We love this thing
We love this thing! Many of the other posts are correct, you have to make it work for you a little. The towel around the neck and over the zippers makes a huge improvement. Also, we recommend setting it at 150 for 10 minutes before using. This also helps speed up the process of getting the sweat to start. You can back it down later if it's too hot. For the money, and size this thing is worth every penny.

I've been using this sauna for over a year now and love it. I truly feel I am getting a good de-tox. I am dealing with cancer and arthritis and it is helping in both areas. For the last month or so I have been using it every day. It is definitely worth the price. Update: I have used this sauna for about 15 months, daily, and this week the side panel went out, so the unit no longer heats enough to provide any benefits. I figure for the amount of use I got of it, it is worth it buy another.

Great Product That Delivers
This works! I had been paying for sweats at Shape House and decided to purchase this sauna instead of another package of sessions and I do not regret it. At Shape House the sessions last 55 minutes and sweating and heavy heartbeat kicks in at 45 mins, thus I do two 30 min sessions in the tent and it gets my heart rate and im sweating profusely by the end of the session. Since its infrared it heats you from inside out, thus it takes time to build up the sweat. This may be by other consumers complain they are not sweating, the 30 mins may not be long enough. I much prefer the at home sauna as it's more hygienic, cheaper, convenient. The sauna arrives basically assembled all you have to do is unfold it. It also folds up in a second to be stored. Super convenient and a great investment. Highly recommend this product.

Blew me away. Works incredibly well.
I never write reviews, but I just wanted to take the time to write one for this sauna because it's just incredible. Works like a charm, you do have to make sure the heat doesn't escape (so try and wrap a towel around your neck to prevent the head hole from letting too much escape, and don't constantly fiddle with the arm holes), but that's pretty much it in terms of downsides. I had copper poisoning, and infrared saunas were basically my main method of getting better. I was spending a fortune over at one of the few places that have infrared saunas. Once I got this one and used it for the first time, I wished I would've bought this guy sooner, it is legitimately one of the best purchases I have ever made. If you're on the fence about buying the sauna, I personally would say definitely do it. Reading some of the reviews, I'm baffled as to how some of these 1 star and 2 star reviewers are using it, clearly not correctly. Anyway, this is an absolutely fantastic piece of technology, and I would highly highly recommend it.

Rejuvenator is a GOOD WORD fo this I like this a lot so far, YUM
Love it. I sweat a lot as it is. Don't know why but I feel so relaxed I want to sleep. I do have arthritis and cold really gets me. I live in FL so that is weird It really feels good. I never took temp...I know from one device it went over 125. It gets hot. I take very hot baths. Every device is different. Could hardly believe how easy it was to set up. Like a VERY simple tent. I keep it up at all times because you can just move it out of the way. I have told a few friends who never looked for anything like this. I just joined a gym too. I am 68 going on6 69 in Jan been very active and really want to stay that way

Love It!
I don't usually write reviews, but I was apprehensive about purchasing this item and thought it might help others. All of the great reviews helped to put me over the edge with my purchase. I usually go to the sauna in the gym, but don't always have time to go. I thought I would get more use of it if it were in my home. I purchased it and received it today. It was so simple to unfold and set up. I let it preheat for about 10 minutes. I got in, zipped it up and started sweating within about 5 minutes. This is definitely a keeper. I stayed in for about 45 minutes. Had it up to 150 degrees the whole time. Dripping sweat. Left a big puddle in the floor of it. It is easy to clean up. I will definitely be using it several times a week. Great Buy!

Just like advertised. Get one!
I was paying $20 per session at a local spa. I need to do the sauna 3-4 times a week for Lyme disease so it was getting pricey. I found this one on here and was like there is no way that thing will work. Well I was completely wrong!! This works exactly like the spa version as far as sweat goes and it 100% relieved my joint pain. Keep in mind the price it is great for what you pay. The chair is uncomfortable and I will probably get a stool but other than that this is a winner!!!

Works well for mold/Lyme detox
I have to admit that I was skeptical that a $200 tent spa made in China would work. But I saw a link to this one on one of my mold recovery Facebook groups and decided to give it a try. I slept through the night for the first time in a long time the first night I used it. Now whenever I can swing it I sit in it for a half hour before bed while I listen to a meditation on Insight Timer. I have kids and getting out of the house for a massage is a huge deal, but I can sneak away for a half hour to my bathroom to sit in the spa. Having this has been nothing short of life changing. It was a little off-gassy at first. I'd say leave it set up outside or in a room with an open window for a day or two before you use it. I also find that if I sit too close to the panels it bothers my muscles. I still need to figure out exactly where to put the chair. And I do follow the tip of putting the bottom panel in front of my legs. I put an emergency blanket on the bottom to reflect heat.

I shouldve been have this long before now!!
After reading 100's of reviews on various models....i decided to pick a dry heat sauna & not a steam one. I got it in today & i could hardly wait to play w/ my new toy!....let me say, Im glad i bit the bullet & took a chance even after reading some of the negative ones....i can truly say that it works for me. I lather myself w/a lil sweat enhancer & the sweat pour like raindrops on a car windshield. The only con is that if you're too tall you may have to slump back a bit....im abt 5"10 and I did my best to maintain a straight posture....the chair wasnt too uncomfortable... it does have a small backrest....i just need to learn how to position myself so that i wont strain my back. When i got out...i dripped sweat from my socks onto my carpet....Oh & i did use the foot pad..but i eventually turned it off.....& no it did not take long to heat up....it is a very easy set up & controls are easy.....i had it all the way up to 150°....and i could stand it very well, it was not overwhelming at all...in fact i think i could stand it a little hotter...im glad that j have it for home use...b/c when in done...i shower & sleep like a baby under the fan....happy trails! update: a couple days later.....ok the only drawback for me is finding a comfortable position in the chair, in order to not slump & strain my back...Im right at 5"10..so I cant sit to far back b/c i would hit touch the heating panels....anyone taller would need to look into getting that bigger one....or maybe just taking the chair out completely & sitting with a towel on the floor of it...IDK..i'll think ill try that...but other than that...everything else is great

It works for me!
I was very, very skeptical when I ordered this but I say this is a home run! I set it to 150 degrees and I don't know what actual temperature inside was but I was totally drenched in 30 minutes and I felt great. I read some lower rating comments and I understand it didn't work for some people, but definitely does for me. I think it all depends on the individual how warm it needs to be and how long it takes to sweat enough to make one feel it effective so you just have to try it for yourself. I agree the chair is small and must be uncomfortable for many people since it fits just right for me with 5'5" and 140lbs. Have towels on the chair and wrap it around your neck, happy sweatting!!
