Great for projects
My go to product to use for my makeup looks, some of which require me to glue my eyebrows down so I can paint over them. Do this by using the stick and combing your brows up, let dry, then apply glue again, follow with setting powder and you have a smooth canvas to start on without your brows getting in the way. It doesn’t irritate my skin and is so easy to work with. Plus, you can use it around the house for other projects too!

3D printing glue for glass beds
I use this glue on my glass 3D printer bed and it is amazing. Since it easily washes off with cold water, it makes clean up quick and easy. I recommend this to anyone who is 3D printing on a glass bed with PLA or ABS as an easy way to get the filament to stick to the bed while making it easy to remove after the bed has cooled.

Awesome for 3D printer build plates!
I bought this pack after reading so many reviews that fellow 3D printer operators use this. I'm adding to the number; These glue sticks are EXCELLENT for application to my 3D printer's build plate. I'm using 6 inch painter's tape with glue applied from one of these sticks, and my printed parts either barely warp or they don't warp at all. I'm still on the first stick of this pack of three but when I'm on the last stick I will certainly buy more!

Works well and covers a large area easily
I use this for 3D printing on a glass bed/build-plate. Great results with polycarbonate, 20% carbon fiber PC & PC/ABS alloy on glass. Unlike with hairspray, I've run the bed to 130 °C with no issues with adhesion or clean-up. On paper: It's very much like working with a thin film of classic glue-all but easier to apply to paper. This has very little initial tack, allowing you to slide the work for perfect positioning. Once dry it's at least as strong as most papers. Drying time varies with paper-type and humidity but my experience is that after about a minute it's pretty much permanent. Coated stocks may take a little longer depending on the permeability.

These are HUGE
I use these glue sticks for the bed of my 3D printer. Purple glue stick works great for sticking the 3D prints to the glass bed. This product gets 5 stars because these larger sticks are HUGE and are a way better value than the small sticks. Unless you are doing precision work, I recommend these larger sticks. Perfect for 3-D printer beds!
What can I say it’s cool and it sticky! I use this for bed adhesion on my 3-D printer and it does that great!

Imagine my surprise when I discovered a youtube video by a guy who claimed that purple glue stick worked better than hairspray
I do a lot of 3D printing with ABS and other filaments that need help sticking to a heated bed. Imagine my surprise when I discovered a youtube video by a guy who claimed that purple glue stick worked better than hairspray. Now I'm a guy who shaves his head every day; what need do I have for hairspray? Or worse, creating some slurry from ABS scraps and acetone? What am I, a chemist? Nope, I'm an electrical engineer. I don't need to be mixing up noxious chemicals in my printing room. So I gave the glue stick treatment a try and what do you know, it will stick both ABS and PLA, it's non toxic, there's no fumes, and it goes on quickly and cleans up with water. I have to keep these locked up because my kids have discovered that they're also good for (who would have thought of this) sticking papers together for art projects.

Purple when wet
The purple color is actually quite helpful when rinsing glue off of my 3d prints. As soon as water hits glue it's bright purple again, so you know if you have removed all of it

Sticky in a stick.
Just the thing to lightly apply to my 3D printer print surface. I have used it on glass as well as BuildTak and it is a much better alternative to 'ABS Glue', it goes on easier, comes off easier, and doesn't leave a permanent color on the bottom of my prints. It is water soluble so you can wash it off your prints or your print surface and start over at any time. It doesn't take much so one jumbo stick lasts a long time. Oh yeah and I hear it sticks paper to stuff pretty well too. :)

Love, Love
Love, Love, Love the size. Believe it or not, this glue is usable as a sewing aid and will not gum-up your needle or machine! Don't spend tons of money on "sewing" adhesive or glues, this works great.
