Second time was a charm
Had problems with my original order and noticed issues with the bottom bowl and parts so I decided to return it. Scheduled a UPS pickup and they stopped by the next day to pick up the box. That was easy and didn't need to print a label. My replacement arrived 1 day sooner than expected which was a surprise. I inspected everything the bowl, lid, and all parts were in much better shape than the original purchase. Watched a couple of YouTube videos then put it all together. Just take your time assembling it. As for the Weber 26" Kettle itself I have yet to grill on it but this thing is huge compared to the 22 inch. It has a lot of real estate and it's going to save time. From the looks of it you can fit a lot more on the grill that's for sure. I can't wait to use both my Weber Kettle 26" and 22" to knock out some great BBQ for my family and friends. Overall I am satisfied with the way things turned out. Thank you Amazon for taking care of me.

Great product, bad assembly instructions
I am really enjoying this Kettle. It was an upgrade over my original Kettle for a bit more space and for the ash catcher. I will caution you that the assembly instructions are awful. I figured it all out but it's a good thing I knew what this was supposed to look like. Seriously Weber you can do a lot better on assembly instructions. The Kettle itself performs well, I appreciate the ash catcher though it gets in the way of seeing the vents. I smoke in this a lot with a Slow and Sear and vent control is critical. I usually take the bowl off so that I can see the vents clearly. You simply can't beat a Weber Kettle.

Don’t wait - buy it now, you won’t regret it.
Picture is my new 26.75 Weber kettle with Cajun Bandit rotisserie and the red head 22 inch kettle it’s replacing (after 25 years, it’s still going strong and is not being decommissioned.). This is a Weber kettle, so it’s a great grill. It’s got a large cooking surface so you can feed a crowd. It’s super versatile - rotisserie, smoke, sear, grill direct or indirect, put a griddle on there and make eggs, whatever you want, this grill will do it.

Top Notch Weber..
The grill is top notch as always. I did see minor imperfections in the kettle but am very pleased with it. It is a step up from my 22. The main kettle it self is huge. and pictures couldn't do it justice. It's simple and and solid. Everything has a purpose on it. With this bad boy you get what you pay for.. Looking forward to cooking a whole brisket on it.. I'm guessing you can cook 4 to 5 tri-tips or 19 burgers in one shot..

Smoking BBQ
Can't complain about this grill. Smoked 12 lbs brisket and it turned out fantastic. I manange to put 12 lbs brisket and pork butt using the indirect method. A. Plus

Huge and plenty of room to cook
Love the hinged grilling grate for adding coals. No more raising the hot rack to add. Only issue is the wheels. Locking caps that hold the wheel on popped of several time causing the hell to fall off. We only moved it when is was cool. To solve the problem I drilled a hole in the axel and put a flat washer on and then a cotter key through the hole. I love it!

New Weber Lover
I bought this as a Christmas gift for someone and they have used it numerous times and love it. The assembly was easy as the instructions were very clear. What else can you say, its a Weber!

Love it!!
I looked at this 26" grill for 2 years before I made up my mind to buy it. Don't do it to yourself.....It is soooo worth the price. This is quality at its best. I could kick myself for putting this purchase off for so long. I cook all the time now with ease. You will never regret this purchase for a well made grill. You get what you pay for.

Best grill you will ever purchase.
As a Weber 22" owner for 14 years I can attest to how good of a job they do. After back and forth debate with myself over getting another 22" or not, I ordered the 26.75 as a replacement for my 22" which still has some life left in it even though it has sat outside in the weather the entire time year round. The legs have gotten somewhat wobbly and the grill surface doesn't sit level and it was just generally tired and beaten looking. I had been looking at the 26.75 for some time and decided to just do it. On the 22" there never seemed to be quite enough room. More than two racks of ribs placed flat was impossible, more than one cut up chicken was not doable, a big pork butt or kabob baskets etc is tight. I did a 14 lb. turkey at Thanksgiving on my 22" and though it was good, it was marginal in space. I have read where the 26.75 will accommodate a full 17 lb. brisket easily. Another person can do 3 pork butts. With a 14 lb turkey on the 26.75 there will be room for side dishes. So I am looking forward to the extra room and better heat control on the 26.75. And if I want to do both a butt and some chickens I can. I can have extra to take to work or if I want I cook enough for the guys in the shop. Compared to the 22", too many people on numerous sites have said that once you get the 26.75 there is no going back. So I don't question the purchase at all. As an experienced Weber owner I have no hesitation to give a Weber five stars based on the quality of the food you can produce using it and how well the grill itself is made and holds up over time. I have read where a number of people complain that the one weakness is the thin metal, hollow legs. Here is a suggestion that I am going to try with the legs when I get my new Weber . I am going to spray foam fill in the legs (essentially make them solid) which should possibly offer more rigidity, stability and support. I have done it with PVC pipe and a hollow fiberglass rake handle in the past to strengthen it. Just keep the foam a couple inches short of where the leg end meets the kettle due to heat and I think it should help with it.

The best grill!
I had many grills so far and at least three of them were webers including genesis and kettles. As for size, this is the best grill I ever had. So, one can easily cook enough food to feed the whole party; and cooking with indirect heat, which setting diminishes cooking space is also easy because there is enough space for food on the grate. Temperature management is awesome! With 2-3 fire bricks, foil, and tray with water I had stable 225F for 5 hour's (see attached pictures). The only concern is about package -- rattling parts in the box left couple of dings on the brand new surface! Dear Weber, I know you do care! Please, fix grill legs or whatever is scratching grill inside the box better.
